Our server was so friendly and accommodating. We (about 12 people) arrived late, but we were made to feel like that wasn't a problem. We were never asked to leave, despite being there after they closed. After we left, we all walked down to the lake to see the most beautiful sunset ever!! The waitress came out with us and took our picture!!!! Great great service!!!

Having to approach the bar to receive your menu, then go to your assigned seating, then select from the menu, go back to the bar, place your order read the fine print, not all dinner meals come with a salad. Take the table top marker like the ones at Hardee's and place at the edge of you table. Then wait. Get someone else's salad, have it taken back, then get your salads. Get our meals, and a seven dollar 4 oz. Serving of wine. Flag down someone from behind the bar. A different server.. Ask for two extra servings of barbecue sauce, get one. Ask for the second and get an eyeball roll, then receive second barbecue sauce. Finish the meal and wait. And wait. Finally, take the table top number back to the bar, wait in line to pay our bill. Seemed to to have plenty of wait staff and the place was not that busy.

We stayed in their newest addition, The Den, a 5 bedroom house. It was a a beautiful with lots of space for many people to be together or spread out a little. Lots of kitchen amenities, lots of beds and the laundry room was a plus! There is a nice yard space and private dock too. A little walk to the beach and main office but very easy to do. The beach was well kept as well.

It's been awhile since I dined in, and to be honest I wasn't as impressed with the prime rib as I thought I would be. It was also a little strange having to order and pay right when you walk in. I don't believe that would be easy if you had a large group. But overall still a great place and great staff.

The food was okay but there was not much of it. We had scallops, sirloin and it was supposed to come with risotto but it came with broccoli instead. This was one of the specials for $28. I have eaten here many times and this was the first time I have been disappointed. It will be a very long time until we go again. The service was okay and it took awhile for the food.

We tried Ten Mile Lake Resort Steakhouse last night for the first time. The food was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly. Their season is winding down quickly so I would highly recommend trying them soon or you may have to wait until next year.

This resort is nothing fancy but that is part of what makes it so great. The cabins are simple but nice. Activities include fishing, swimming or going to the small park. My kids are forced to just hang out together with their family, go fishing and sit by the fire and they actually LOVE it. We have been coming here with my parents for 16 years and we all look forward to it all year. The kids never want to leave when it's time to go and can't wait for next year when we leave. The food at the restaurant is awesome! The workers are all so friendly at the entire resort.

I've been coming here since I was a kid and I love the fishing and good people. The food at the steak house is always awesome! There is nothing negative about 10 mile lake period! Also awesome beautiful views !

This is a great place! Mike & Linda are fabulous hosts and are so accommodating! We stayed in the Bayview cabin. This cabin has been redone and redone beautifully! It's right on the lake w/ enough green space to set up a lawn game, if it's allowed! Also has it's own fire pit, which is a big plus in my book! Great value for the price! We will definately come back, if possible!

The family atmosphere that Mike, Linda, Ben and Celeste have created is truly unique and remarkable! Our family felt completely at ease and at home while at Ten Mile Lake Resort!!! It was truly an oasis in a storm for us. Our kids caught countless fish, including huge small mouth and large mouth bass, sunnies, perch and northern pike. The cabins were spotless and have beautiful amenities. THANK YOU MIKE, LINDA, BEN, CELESTE and everyone who blessed us during our stay!!!

My fianceé and I had dinner at Ten Mile restaurant. The food was great, service was excellent, and we had a nice meal at the outside patio seating. They have had dipped Blue Bunny ice cream, so save room for dessert!

They have an excellent king prime rib and queen prime rib dinner on the weekends... Unless you order your prime rib cooked medium or anything more than medium rare, then the prime rib comes served DRY DRY DRY. They serve a basket of rolls with every meal and they come with delicious cranberry butter. They also have delicious jumbo shrimp that comes with a little candle and melted butter. The staff are generally pretty friendly and attentive,and but on occasion you'll get the one who makes you feel like you are just middle class and don't fit in there. There is a swimming beach across from the steakhouse, but only camper lot renters to use, so it isn't a public swimming access. Besides, if you swim there on the wrong day, you are likely to go home with chiggers or lake itch. HOWEVER, just off from the steakhouse is a road bridge that channels North Ten Mile Lake and South Ten Mile Lake and if you go fishing there at the right time of day, and the right time of year, you are certain to catch a couple or few fish before or after your supper at the steakhouse! That's all I got for ya. I'd say if you are visiting from out of town, and are looking for an outdoorsy type feel, this would be a good place to try. P.s. There is also outdoor seating, and b.y.o.b. if you like. They do serve a small selection of tap and bottled beer, a couple different wine coolers, and a couple different types of wine. No hard liquor though, however you are allowed to bring your own choice of hard liquor and they will hook you up with your soda or what have you to mix it with.

We stayed in the Sunfish cabin. There was a deck on the back of the cabin that overlooked the lake. That made for some great sunsets. Each camp site had it's own fire ring, and dock. We were over at the beach every morning. The kids loved it. We enjoyed our time and would defiantly plan on returning and would recommend it to anyone.

If you are looking for an authentic Minnesota Lake's experience look no further. Stepping into the Ten Mile Steakhouse you are greeted with a smiling staff surrounded by a log cabin decor. We were there on a Wednesday, where there standing special is ANY burger (they have plenty to choose from) for $7. These burgers are fresh off the grill and are nice and juicy. Fries and crisp and save some room for their homemade shakes. You can pick up some MN memorabilia from their shop.

Ten mile lake is a trophy lake for fish. It is named ten mile lake because it is 10 miles around the whole lake. This is a great place to fish! Also, there are cabins to rent. Some are right on the banks of the lake. The cabins are all nice, 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms with outfitted kitchens and comfortable beds. I have friends/family that has vacationed here regularly for 20 or more years. There is a small beach with a floating bounce playground, a slide, and a platform. On sunny days, it's a great place for kids to play. You can also take out row boats, kayaks, and paddle boats..

Our family has been enjoying one week every summer for going on 40 years at 10 Mile Resort. Families now come from several states to enjoy our Beach reunion. We are up to four large cabins plus tents. It is a great tradition grandma started with her ten kids so everyone would keep in touch and now cousins know their cousins.The staff is great and the resort has a fun atmosphere.

Cabin was great besides the water pressure and the bugs but other then that the lakes are full of fish, state of ten thousand lakes is very true. The people that own the resort are very nice and hospitable, they happen to own the gift shop and diner as well, very well ran!!!
