Didn't give me all my change back!I gave them a 5 and some change she gave me a penny back! Really unprofessional she probably pocketed it because I was busy. Their parking lot lights don't work so be careful as a pedestrian at night.

Staff at this new location has always been super welcoming and friendly. I'm glad they added a dollar tree to the store. It's actually "family dollar and dollar tree" now, all in the same building! This dollar tree actually has stuff stocked up, organized, and they use the same cash register. It's should actually Be called the 1.25 tree since nothing Is a dollar anymore! Whos ever idea it was to combine the two stores is a genius! Thank you for that and this is by far the nicest dollar tree or family dollar I've been to! Hopefully it stays that way. 😉😁

I didn't shop here much until recently, but I have gone in several times and found some good deals. The employee I interacted with was extremely friendly. The store is much better organized and less cluttered than DG stores. It seems that this store will be moving into the old Super One store location a few blocks to the east.

It seems every time I am in this store, there is someone in there with a dog. They are not identifiable as service dogs, or emotional support dogs. This last visit, there was a dog knocking things off shelves, jumping, and barking in the checkout line. There needs to be some rules here.

I was at the store, well before closing, and the cashiers, had already done a cigarette, count, and would not sell cigarettes. And, I had left an item behind, and the manager, threw it away, before I was able to retrieve the item. Does not belong to him, he should not have thrown, my merchandise, away.

I was in crosby store on 8/5. They were not wearing masks as they claim on their site. Not only that the female cashier was complaining and spreading misinformation on mask wearing and the vaccine. They were saying the vaccine was poison. This is not family oriented behavior and will never shop there again.

I had a terrible experience when I was here a few days ago. I love the store and normally wouldn't be doing this but I'm still annoyed with the situation.I gathered my things and walked up to the counter to pay for my things, I waited my turn. Then when BETTY was finished with the transaction before me, she looked at me, then walked away picked up her phone responded to a text message, then came to start my transaction. In the middle of my transaction her phone gos off once again and she stopped walked over to her phone reads the message, laughs, responds, then comes back to finish ringing me out. I was in a hurry but she treated me like I was the scum of the earth and could care less if I was there. Like how dare I interrupt her conversation. And I've had many other issues with her every other time I go to the store. She is a terrible employee.

Your employee Steve the store manager was very rude. He made me feel ashamed for having to use quarter to pay for my food because it was Sunday and banks are closed. He then said yelling well there I 6 other days of the weak.Sincerely, not a rich person

Family Dollar it's less than a General Dollar Store. General Dollar Stores so low price merchandise lower priced then Family Dollar.Customer service is excellent but then of course in Minnesota all customer service is excellent.

Everytime i go in, store is dirty and music is always to loud and sometime not music i would be playing for a public store, the workers need to be more ashamed about how they keep there store instead of always sitting down behind the counter chatting to each other.
