Orderd food on app and spent 50 bucks there. Waited over 45 minutes past the pick up time and got our order 1 item at a time and repeatedly had to ask for missing items. there were customers lined up all waiting for orders. Then we hear yelling and very loud swearing and continued arguing throughout the time We were there. There was 6 people working there and they sounded very dysfunctional. watched multiple customers who ordered after us get served. Almost never come here. Probably won't come back. So no don't reply with the generic ( sorry for you bad experience. Please consider giving us another chance and visit us again) just fix what ever was going on there.

We sat at the drive thru window for 5 minutes and no one answered. Some teenager ran across the parking lot into the back door. We pulled up to the window where he stayed they could not find their headsets and he could not take our order. A few minutes later another person came to the window and took our order. We ordered a pumpkin blizzard and it was vanilla ice cream with nutmeg sprinkled on top. No pumpkin flavor or graham crackers….. I’ll skip this place from now on.

Super disappointed with this location. Went there tonight with the family and spent $30 on 5 small Blizzard's. Spendy but worth the trip with the kids. Went inside and waited 15-20 minutes (no exaggeration) to be handed a hot tray with 5 very melted Blizzard's. The audacity of the employee to even think these were acceptable to give to a customer blows my mind. Unfortunately this is not the first time I have been less than pleased with this location. In fact, it has been twice in just the last 5 days. I will not be stopping back again.

I used to love coming here, but since the prices went up it’s almost unaffordable to eat there as a family. $17 for two medium blizzards, is pretty ridiculous in my opinion anyways. Drive thru, is almost ALWAYS a nightmare. 10-15 minutes waiting for our order when there was at least 5-6 people working and not a single vehicle in front of us. Not impressed, and will not be coming back.

Every time I come here the service is poor I never get what I order live 3 blocks from this DQ talked to the gm several times about the issues and nothing ever gets solved even offers replacements and when I get the replacement it's still messed up. Alot of the time the food is so old it's hard to eat

He was rude barely paid attention to what I was ordering in the middle of my order he walks away to take a picture of someone in the parking lot no clue what that was all about never got my receipt nor did he turn my blizzard upside down I asked for ketchup because it’s not out for customers I asked when he brought my food he never brought it so I had to get it myself he’s too focused on his cell phone apparently and the place was not even busy very disappointing

Betty joe you are one amazing employee at dairy queen.. The food was great, the prices were great. And this lady actually walked around the restaurant asking people how thier meal was like it's the olive garden or something. Great attitude despite my brutt sarcasm. Lady you won me over, I will stop there every time for the quick meal and $7 chicken strip basket

I ordered FRIES WITH GRAVY usually a fan favorite or a staple for Minnesota, I assumed my order would be correct, but once I got home, however, I eagerly open my bag to see it was LOADED WITH KETCHUP 🤮 🤮 🤮 NO GRAVY.Update! I did end up going back and they were on top of everything this time and I will definitely be returning! How can I not forgive my favorite food, irresistible!

I've only had blizzards here, but they're always well prepared and the staff is friendly and focused on quality. Can't go wrong with ice cream.

Been here twice in the last 5 days. Bad experiences both times. First, of the two chicken strips baskets that were ordered. They came with no toast. (Paid extra for toast with both.) Also the wrong dipping sauce. Most recently, I ordered 5 blizzards. After waiting 20 mins. A warm tray with 5 completely melted blizzards arrived. Management needs to figure out how to fix its labor problems. We will not be returning to this location..

A chicken sandwich shouldn't be two really small chicken strips plus when it's ordered it shouldn't of been sitting in the warmer for as long as it did the bun and chicken were rubbery and kinda hard to eat plus it was ordered with no lettuce and there was a bunch of lettuce in the wrapping and extra mayo doesn't mean less mayo then normal. I definitely feel it was a extra that was made and sat in the warmer till someone ordered one and it sat there longer than it should of

Food was decent but that isnt the problem I haven't been to this location in several years and wwwhen in there on 12-3-22 around 3:39-4pm the staff had friends back in the kitchen cussing being extremely loud and every time you ever looked back by the kitchen there were two staff hugging and always kissing not the best representation of dairy queen. Thank you.

Just went through dq there was a girl in there her name was Angel. She was working all by HERSELF and rocked it! This girl definitely needs a raise! She was still super helpful and didn't let the stress of being the only employee working hinder her amazing performance

Fantastic service and very fast service. I asked for several variations on their Flamethrower burger and not only did they happily oblige, but asked about adding other things they thought would make the burger even better with the changes I made. They added those changes without even charging me. Eat there and enjoy!

Very clean from the front counter to the restrooms. The young adults that work here are very customer oriented and a great group of employees. It's nice to see young girls and boys that are so focused on keeping the restaurant clean during these hard times and making the experience a good one.

It looks like to me most of these reviews are from old employees. Also no one should put employees names or anyone in their post! All Dairy Queen have days that don't work out. Just like the customers have their days. reviews are to explain the experiences not put bl aim and ruin peoples lives. All I see on reviews are crabby people not getting their way. This is some teens first job and you just showed them how customers think,, only about themselves... Kudos for the restaurant . yes something could of been avoided, just keep working on it as I am sure the managers are. Employees, keep in mind you are there for the job, it is your responsibility to do the job expected of you... You applied and took it... They didn't go door to door to get you.. So show respect towards the store, stay off phones, be polite to that customer (no matter what) you can always vent later.. If know one ever said it. WE are proud of our workers!

Our order was way messed up, my plain cheeseburger had no cheese, and the gravy was like rubber, fries were actually squeaky when you eat them🤔🤔 can you say too much microwave?? This isn't the first time it's the 3rd, it's pretty sad because Crosby doesn't have a lot of restaurants to choose from. Better step up your game Dairy Queen

Good food and friendly staff but they somehow screw up drive thru orders more than half the time. The toast that comes with the chicken strips used to be good long ago, it's awful now. We'll certainly continue to patronize them. Double check your order before driving off!!

Tried to order nice and easy since our last few visits have gotten messed up. Same results, ordered no pickles on burger, had pickles with no ketchup. Got told that we couldn't order 3 piece basket unless it was the meal deal, but we could order individual strips with no fries so we said we'd do the individuals, got 4 strip basket with fries. Not complaining about the extra fries part, but it isn't that hard to do your job. On top of it we waited 15 minutes in the drive thru and the cashier's we're just sitting there chatting away, I believe one of their names was Amy.

This place has been here a long time, with many different employees on a regular basis. And the food every time I've been here is horrific. Undercooked, always receiving someone else's food, etc. Ice cream is good but that takes minimal effort to make. The employees are always messing around and the restaurant is not sanitary most days. The owner is an awesome person. But this place has always been kind of cursed with messy service.

The Crosby DQ is a really good branch of the DQ line. They did a very good job with the order and the wait time wasn't that long. Since all the prices across the franchises are about the same, the presentation and quality is the difference here. The inside was clean and presentable and the staff was very friendly. We ordered 3 meals and snagged a cake out of the cooler and they offered to write a name on it. The meals were as we wanted them and the ice cream cake was great! The short wait for all of it was comparable to the other fast food places in the area. Good Job Crosby DQ!

The girl working the drive threw was so mad. Literally whipped my card and receipt at my husband. Forgot half our order gave us cold/frozen food. And forgot my husbands drink. Slammed the window in our face after giving us the drink. Everyone was on there phones at some point. Wouldn't sell me a mini ice cream cake threw the drive threw?? Literally wasted so much money and just threw the entire order in the garbage. But the worst part was the rude attitude from the girl in the drive threw. More training is needed for all there, from food to customer service!

Don’t get me wrong I love Dairy Queen. But when I go I expect too get what I pay for. So when I order a strawberry cheese cake blizzard I expect there to be strawberries and cheese cake in it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ But ya know... you don’t always get what you want... anddd they messed up another order in the car too sooo that’s another disappointment
