Chris from online orders is one of the best employees this Walmart has. Please give him a raise or promote him to the general customer service counter manager and maybe things will improve at that counter or maybe even that store in general. He went out of his way to make sure I got my missing item and fixed the issue.We need a Chris in every department, please and thank you!

Have been even ever moreso disappointed with the customer service, that indeed starts at the very top within this specific store location - 1) from not being able to break nor accept their own large bills ($50/100) given on 3 separate occasions; 2) to the Customer Service desk seemingly being 'dark'/closed much more often than it ever seems to be open; & 3) each instance only been offered a begrudgingly 'apology' @ best ;-/ ;-((

I have had mostly good experiences here. I know that most of the staff work extremely hard. I also know that sometimes other staff members can ruin it for others. The 4 stars are for those excellent employees, and the one missing star is for the star that have no business working with customers... on second thought, I'll give 5 stars because it's already bad enough you guys gotta work with some of those guys. Lol

We were at self check and had a product that rang wrong price. Hit button for help and person in self check out just cleared it out not asking what kind of help we needed. Had to hit remove item for her to come over and help. We said it rang up wrong and the tag said the same price we said it was, and there many more in the same spot. The lady said it will ring up the same price if I ring it up, but we would have taken the product if she checked for the right price or price over ride the product. She didn't want to keep the customer happy or do her job correctly. My wife and I work at a different Walmart so we know the procedures. She was just rude about it!!!

There was a Blonde lady, Hardest worker I’ve ever seen in a retail store. Impressed me. Hope they realize how rare that is. Store overall has a friendly helpful work staff

Well of course I go to Walmart always because it's my only option. This Walmart in Crookston is utterly ridiculousTheir always out of everything, I mean come on its Walmart and I was told yesterday they don't sell a pack of washragsUmmmmm... weird I've bought them there for 25 years. But maybe that's just one more thing now they don't have at this Walmart..I'm wondering to where they get their clothes they sellDoes anyone wear these? Every shirt dam near is looney toon charactersFor adults ? Please get in some adult clothingAnd ohhhhhhhh size 4 and 5 would be nice because not everyone is huge

The associates are rude and never greet anyone when they walk past you. Plus the new store manager is a joke. Told me to get my missing 8 and half hours of pay that was missing from my last check l. I needed to call a number for payroll. Payroll people told me he had to call them.

I ordered a TV today to pick up tomorrow. They canceled my order saying the fraud department thought I was suspicious!! I'm very disappointed. I will buy my TV elsewhere.

TO THE GUY WHO TELLS OTHERS "you have a good day"don't ever get close to a 3 year old and yell "NO!" you got too comfortable getting that close to his face.he is the worst worker. my wife and I done going to that Walmart. No thank you.a lot of the workers have bad attitudes. Not friendly

The workers there are not friendly.This happened today.The elderly guy who always tells many people "you have a good day!"he decided to bend over and yell "NO" at my son for touching a button on the lottery machines.NEVER get that close to someone else's child. 6ft away.There are other workers who have been so nasty. Even to their own employees.I will never go there or another Walmart again, I spend a lot of money too.So, you lost a good customer. Ill stick with Target.

I love coming here. Always very friendly staff and willing to help if you can't find anything. I also do alot of pickup orders and they are always so friendly and fast and if they can't find what I ordered they always call me to see what I would be okay with them substituting the item for. Thanks for making my experiences awesome!

We try to keep this store clean if it ain’t I’m truly sorry for it but to us workers I am sicker then a dog throat hurting bad cough keep getting light headed n feel like I was gonna collapse on the floor when I was working n was told if I leave I would get a point against me that isn’t right how are you gonna tell someone that when they try their hardest to complete their job health is more important then any type of work without health you will not have any workers

Not very smart to have charging place for elderly motorized carts in the wet n cold entry way with open doors blowing snow in constantly. Very sad my brother wasn't able to shop since no scooters worked and his walker was hard to push on wet soaked Mats n threw water puddles in entry way was accident waiting to happen. They need charging place inside store theres even rm by customer service which is to left once you enter store.

I go to the north store now in Grand Forks on gateway drive and the people there are so friendly the store is very clean I buy all my engine oil there it's about the cheapest in Grand Forks actually and I buy my oil filters air filters and cabin air filters there as well. But it's so much cheaper buying canned goods and box goods there in the grocery department then going to a local grocery store keep up the good work everybody

This is a very small Walmart, but they seem to have a bit of most everything, at least what I was needing. The day that I visited I was able to find nearly everything on my list and that's always a win. I didn't have to wait in line more than a few moments and the cashier was smiling and friendly. The produce items that I purchased were nice and fresh. We will certainly be back.

I was disappointed by unavailable items I normally buy. I only get to town every two weeks. The missing buttermilk really ticked me off. But this is nationwide supply chain problem that all businesses are dealing with.The staff was very friendly, the store was well maintained.

It's sad when I'm shopping with my 2 year old daughter and she wants me to try win a stuffed animal at the claw machine, all I have is a card and $1 in change so I ask if I could get a dollar bill just to be told "No, they don't exchange money" Pathetic

This particular Walmart pulled out all of the stops the day that I shopped at their facility. They had 2 staff wrong down carts and greeting people as we walked in and extra staff cleaning and sweeping as I shopped. Aisles were neat, well stocked, and staff were friendly! As I approached check out line, a staff member opened a new line and I was able to be 2nd in her line. She was efficient and knowledgeable and had us through in no time even though I had a large cart load. I usually like to do self- check but the line was much longer there and it went much faster with the 2 of us shifting product and bagging it. A+ for this experience!

Everyone loves Walmart I'm sure, just that this One in particular, WelL, their Customer Service Sucks. I've even went there in person and called for Customer Service and either they keep the ringer off or its plainly just gets ignored. And they're not short on help or even busy so What's the problem indeed? Other than that, A nice place to Shop. Just don't bother calling for assistance.

The only reason I’m giving one star is because I absolutely have to. There were eleven carts sitting in the 20 items or less checkout. And this was only because there were absolutely no other lanes open. Several customers asked the employee to get another lane open and apparently she was the only one trained in to check people out. Their solution was to open up the self checkout which was previously closed. If Walmart can’t have employees then maybe they shouldn’t be operating. All I wanted was the game of Monopoly and I had to stand in line for 20 minutes to then be directed to the self checkout. I don’t get paid by Walmart so I don’t believe I should be doing their job. Unfortunately, that’s the only way to leave the store apparently.
