Worst experience ever! She was very rude and obnoxious. She didn't listen to what I was asking to be done. My baby is a Pomeranian and you are not supposed to cut his undercoat. Anyone familiar with dogs would know this. When I arrived to pick him up he was SHAVED and she didn't even trim around his ears! She said to me "I know this isn't what you wanted". Since a friend had paid for the session I picked him up and left. I will never go there again and if I could I would give her a negative. Since then I have had several people comment how rude she was.

Allison is amazing!My rescue dog had major issues with anyone touching his feet. Whoever had rimmed his nails must have cut too deep and he was absolutely traumatized. His first session with Allison took an hour because she had to talk him down after each nail. She told me to give her three sessions and she'd get him over it. By the third session it took only five minutes. She made huge progress in getting him past his fears. I won't take him anywhere else! She's a dog whisperer!
