Always friendly and been taking my dog there since he was 5 months old. He is now 14. Also the dogs marked their territory inside n that was horrible, but she didn't complain. I offered to clean up n she said she got it, very kind.

Staff took very good care of the poor starving kitten that showed up at our place in the country. He got a thorough exam that revealed ear mites and gave us peace of mind that he was other wise, healthy. He got his shots. We had him neutered. And now we have a wonderful addition to our family.

I so appreciate the time the staff takes to work with my animals to make sure they have a positive experience, even when it is a puppy who has trouble staying still! The time they took to take a sample without it on forcing my puppy helps to ensure vet visits aren’t scary.

Our dog was quite sick. We could not find 1 veterinarian that had an opening . We called all in the 75 mile radius.When we called this clinic, they too were booked up, but they said the dr would see our dog in between her surgeries...There wasn't 1 other veterinarian that even considered seeing our dog!!I highly recommend Crookston Pet Clinic!

Biscuit was near death. It was in the midst of a 2 day blizzard and we could not get him to Fargo as was recommended. The vet and the clinic took such good care of him and because of their knowledge and compassion he is almost back to his old self.

Had an appointment at 2pm on November 7th for our litter of puppies to get their shots. Got a confirmation call about the appointment on Friday the 4th. Showed up on Monday the 7th at 2pm for our appointment and there was a sign up that they were closed. Very disappointed that we didn’t even get a call!! We have people waiting to pick up their puppies. Will never do business here again! If I could give No stars I would!

Probably not the best clinic around. I've called them quite few times and they let me go to voice-mail. Their has been a few times I've called in the past and was told their vet isn't available and to go somewhere else. How this place is still open I have no idea?! My pet needs care and it seems this clinic just isn't the place to go.

We only have visited them twice unfortunately. Once for my dog Honeys pain meds and then today for end of life. The vet and assistant made sure we knew what was going on and were very kind to us and Honey. They were also very busy but made sure they were able to fit us in at the drop of a hat because Honey was in obvious pain. We thank them tremendously for not letting her suffer through it.

With covid still happening 1 person per pet is all that can enter facility. They came out to my vehicle and took my pet into facility, still have mask mandate in effect. Did what was needed and returned pet to me, called me later with lab results. Have been using this facility for years. I am pleased with them.

My experience at Crookston Pet Clinic was top notch. Being a 1st time puppy owner, they answered all my questions and their staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I can't believe how calm my puppy was during her first shot! She obviously felt at ease and comfortable. I love the text reminder of appointments and emails. I highly recommend this pet clinic!

Everyone one that works their is extremely friendly and are great listeners. Ask soon as I walked in, I felt loved and well taken care of. I was pretty nervous about going to my first vet, which is probably no where near how nervous my kitten was. But they offered treats and the vet took time to play with my kitten before her exam. They have always given me quotes and have stuck with them. They asked before they performed or gave anything to Butters (my kitty) even as simple as a vaccine. LOVE them all so much and truly appreciate the care they have given!

It was a good thing when i brought our 17yr old shitzu in to be groomed needing sedative and have shots.But when i tried to get an appt or info about bringing our now 18yr old dog in to be put to sleep due to failing health and issues. Nobody ever contacted me back in almost a month... i had to go to a new vet! Was not impressed!

Process quoted and final price were not even close. Quoted price was 50 of what I was charged. I realize estimation is difficult, butt $400 to $800 was quite a shock. Beware.Pet care was good for 3 cars. Shots were taken care of and ears cleaned.

I don't care for the lady veterinarian. I took my dog for her shots, first time since Pierce retired. My dog was a lil Bichon. She stuck the needle in my dog jumps a lil and she pulled out the needle having to stick my poor baby again. Never went back.

Very awful, the vet looked at my cat for less then 2 minutes before she told me we should just put him down, and then charged us $700 to do the bare minimum. Ended up having to drive an hour and a half to Fargo to get him the help he needed. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

Costed my over $700 to find out they are not equipped to handle a crisis. I ended up at Fargo where I should have gone to begin with. Waste of money that I did not have. Would NEVER go back.
