This Casey's would be alright if they got rid of Lisa. She talks rudely about customers as she thought they left the store! She doesn't like her job or her life and that's apparent. I don't feel customers should feel the rath of that. I literally heard the worst things come out of her mouth, to another employee out loud she just doesn't care and hates her life!

Pizza was very sloppy, I could tell it was made with no care. I would stick with happy joe’s or dominos if you want pizza in this area. It did taste okay though. But I will still not be returning here anytime soon.

Me An My Husband went in to Casey's today an it was very dirty like people on the registers were on there phones, need lot of training an customer skills every time we go in there it's like no smiles no meet an greets.. this is by far the worst Casey's every other Casey's is nice an clean good customer service but not this Casey's in Crookston

Ordered a two pizzas tonight as we do most sundays…. My pizza was a Hawaiian. Second week in a row the dough was raw. Brown on bottom of pizza and cheese on top was brown… dough in middle was raw… we had to recook it. Call the place and no one cared… tough tootsies is basically the attitude…. Last week I got a bit of a upset tummy but we thought it was a fluke so we ordered again this week… mistake! Jason Omdahl

Convenient as it's close to where I live! Employees may need to have more training as there are very few times that I've been in there that they don't struggle at the till in some way. There has been only 1-2 employees that I have encountered that are knowledgeable of their job and are great with the customers! They need to stock the store better as they are always out of quite a few things throughout the store or management needs to order better.

I've recently switched to going to Casey's and I am glad they are here. The employees are always nice. I've only had the breakfast pizza so far and it was great. It's nice to have a clean and friendly atmosphere to stop in. Thanks for the great job!

Every experience I’ve had since the new manager took over has been absolutely excellent! Their food is delicious and fresh, the customer service is top-notch, and the store and restrooms are clean. If you haven’t been there in a while, please stop back! You won’t be disappointed.

It seems like it depends on who the cook is making the pizza a few days prior to when we ordered dinner the slice of pizza was good but the night that we ordered dinner for the whole family that pizza was not as great

Seems like everytime I walk into the store for a quick slice of pizza there's never any made. I don't have a lot of time during the day to wait which is usually why I like heading there. Most of these estabilments are an enjoyable experience. This one is sadly not.

It was a different experience for me, since the help was smiling & friendly making the trip enjoyable, unlike the Caseys I"ve visited in MN or NE when the help is straight-faced & task oriented.

I went to the new store for the first time tonight (2/20). Picked out my items for purchase. The clerk/cashier was talking on the phone. I kept waiting for him to hang up and ring up my items and take my money. He was still on the phone when I got tired of waiting and just walked out without buying anything. It seems to me the most important part of any business is to "get the money" -- because without the money you are not going to stay in business.

Hi, I was recently at the Casey’s General Store in Crookston, MN and I came across a very rude employee. As I ran out of dollars to pay for my gas, I had to start counting coins to pay for the rest of it. There were people in line behind us that we told could go in front of us. However, Andrew, the employee that just started working at Casey’s, informed us that he can’t close out our tab. He repeatedly told us that everyone was waiting on us. I have never been treated so rude at a gas station before. Please try to get in contact with Andrew and provide extra training on customer service.

I'm INCREASING my previous rating of just 3 stars, because their sub-sandwiches are AMAZING, & they even DELIVER, AND CALL when there is an unexpected delay due to high customer volume on a Friday night - THANK YOU, GREAT & DEPENDABLE WORK! ;-)

Had to leave a one star review, because there was not a option for a zero star review. We ordered pizzas from Casey's tonight and they stated that it would take 45 minutes from the time we got off the phone with them to be delivered. We called Casey's back after an hour of ordering the pizzas, which had not been delivered yet, and they stated that it would be delivered in another 25 minutes. They delivered the pizzas after driving to the neighbors house. The pizzas were barely room temperature and also the pizzas were not proportionally made with the indgredients on them. The taco pizza that was ordered looked as if it was dropped and picked back up and served to us. We called Casey's back to speak to a manager and they stated there was no manager working and to call back tomorrow. Would definitely not order from the Casey's in Crookston, MN.

I ordered food said that it would be done at a certain time then got a rude response when I had asked if it was complete. I wouldn’t have normally cared if I hadn’t gotten a rude response definitely recommend driving across town to do stuff.

Every week something is not available at this Caseys . Management needs to wake up... been in the store 30 times each time im charged a different price coffee.2.3 is not a good rating

Rude employees on more than one occasion. Went in to get donuts and there were only old ones (this has happened more than once) and they still made us pay full price.. which I will add that they are expensive to start with. Not impressed.
