Kelsey continues to be a fantastic groomer. She takes such good care of my puppy and she took care of my sister-in-laws puppy too. The cut is adorable, the service fantastic. She acts with love for animals and I can tell. My dog pooped on her table last time and she was willing to rewash him afterwards to keep him clean

Both me and my best friend came in today to look at the kitty cats. My friend fell in love with the kitty called Raven and we ended up buying her a little toy. The manager was super friendly (i don’t remember his name) and let both me and my friend pet the kitty and give her the toy. Thank you guys for letting us say hi to Raven! We hope she goes to a good home! <3

One of the worst grooming experiences! The groomer was complaining the whole time we checked in and checked out which made my dog anxious. I paid extra for top of the line grooming and I believe he only got a bath and no other services and I had to ask for bandana, cookies and coupon book.I have been bringing my dog here for 2 years with no issues and this is the worst service I have received! The normal groomer (Ky) is no longer there so I had to schedule with a different groomer. I will be taking my dog somewhere else!

We've brought in two of our dogs so far and are very happy with the shaves and washes they both received. Both groomers we've worked with were very knowledgeable, made sure to go over everything before our appointment about length, extras, etc. Kayla and Kym, I think, groomed our pomeranians and did a great job. We'll be back! Thank you!

Grooming NOT good. They do not listen to what you say and had no patience with my puppies. They shaved all my cockapoos beautiful fur off when it was absolutely not needed or wanted. Never going back here. They rush and do not take time to do what is asked or needed. They just do what is the fastest and easiest for them.. Terrible customer and pet service.

We brought our standard poodle in for a haircut, specifically requesting the poodle summer cut. However, they ended up shaving my dog completely down to the skin. I wish I give them a negative star.

One of the worst grooming experiences ever. I will never return. The Groomer and manager was rude; even after the groomer arrived late to the appointment. Then she cut my dogs hair entirely too short and blamed matting on a patchy haircut that shows my dog's cowlicks all over his body. We discussed matting before the haircut and it was only on his stomach, from his harness. So I doubt if he had a lot of matting. Plus he gets groomed every 4-6 weeks. But matting or not, my dog"s fur shouldn't be uneven all over his body. We should see some blending of the haircut and not different lengths in the same areas, including the ears and head.

Had our 2 big, really hairy dogs groomed here yesterday. The girls did a fantastic job, the dogs looked like they had a total makeover. Would recommend to anyone!

There’s a young blonde girl that works there I don’t know her name but she is the worst. We tried to get a Guinea pig there because mine needs a friend and she tried making us buy 2 Guinea pigs and a new cage even though I already have one at home. She tried making me buy extra things so her commission can go up, highly recommend she gets fired or atleast looked into

the cashier was on her phone while ringing me up and basically threw all of my stuff into a bag and then walked away from the register while i told her to have a good day. i also work in retail so i understand some days are hard but this was really rude, especially when i was nothing but nice to her.

We have a very wiggly lab pup who is now 9 months old and we have been to the grooming center twice for a nail trim and grind. We have seen Katie both times and she is absolutely wonderful! She is very polite and helpful and takes on our puppy that has a hard time sitting still with a smile. She does an amazing job with his nails and we can’t wait to come back in a month for another trim! We also look forward to trying some other options like baths as well. Thanks so much Katie! You’re the best!

I love this store the variety is great but the prices are a little high. Sometimes there are employees working that don't like to help but other times I've interacted with a few really Great employees! So I'd say... take a trip check it out for yourself!

I took my furry love in for a bath, tooth brushing and nail grind this weekend and when I picked her up, she looked and smelled HEAVENLY. My pup is usually pretty nervous and shy around strangers but she just LOVED her groomer Ariel. Even got excited and ran up to her when she saw her in the parking lot! Ariel did an amazing job and made quite the impression on both of us! We'll definitely be coming back :) :) :)

We had a grooming appointment set up for 930, but thought it was for 1030. After looking at the confirmation- we called 10 minutes ahead of scheduled appointment to ask if we should reschedule or still bring her. We were told to bring her, but when we arrived told we were beyond the allowed time for late arrival. Wasted our time - why didn’t they reschedule when WE CALLED and asked?? Never going to know if their groomers are any good - lost a customer for life with that move.

The staff here is always very nice and friendly! I wish they carried more dog jerky in store since my 11 chichon is picky but can always order some from their online store with PetSmart treat rewards!

No one asked if I needed help I found the heavy puppy playpen myself dragged it to the cashier who was talking way to long to someone who brought a fish. I lifted this heavy box up enough for him to scan it wasn't offered help at all with anything. Had to carry it across the parking lot to my car. Very disappointed with the employee's. Also website and the front door reads mask required to enter store. I was the only smart one to wear a mask not even the employees wore mask 🤬

While they offer a lot of pet supplies, their prices are higher. They also don't seem to have staff around when you are looking for something. The bright side is they know their store well and guide you to even the little weird things you don't know by name but are looking for. Overall I was very pleased with what I found and how they guided me to make a brand new pet tag that was customized right there.

Grooming service is great! My pup has never looked better. I can also find everything I need for my pup and cat here. Employees are wonderful and helpful.

My 6 year old had a well established tank for over 6 months with really healthy fish... until I brought home a rubberlip pleco from Petsmart. Within a week, all of our fish had Ich and fin rot. Now all of our fish are dying and resisting treatment. When I went to to buy more treatment and I explained what was going on and suggested they treat their fish, the gal just said “sorry about that” and that was the end.I’m so sad for my daughter and feel even worse for our fish that are just suffering and nothing is helping. Please do not buy fish from here.

This store is kept clean and the employees are very welcoming. My only problem with this store is that there's a few dead fish. if possible could the employees clean out the dead fish before opening the door in the morning
