I worked along side with Dustin and his client, as the contractor for a roof claim. There were a lot of issues that were out of our hands from the beginning, but Dustin provided a speedy solution to what hoops we needed to jump through in order for the insured to be indemnified. I know he was very busy with this claim alone, not to mention the stack that he was working on. And yet, he made sure to get everything taken care before the claim expiration. We had a storm go through our area recently and the following morning Nathan called us to see how we were and if there was any storm damage done to our home. I worked with Nathan to get started with State Farm a few years ago and have spent the past few years working with Lori. She has been able to answer all of my questions immediately. She even answered at 9 pm on a Thursday night when i had minor water damage and was happy to help. I recently had to file a claim with State farm and got amazing assistance from Eve! I made a phone call, she didn't have the answer but found out within 30 minutes and called me back as promised. She then stayed on the phone me into the claim center to open the claim.
