Management is horrible, no control over these children. Employees are petty, delivery driver is an idiot.. has no exhaust on his car and that's all I hear all weekend on my days off. Ice machine is always broke and leaks water, grease trap backs up when washing dishes, moldy bathroom ceiling tiles, employees have no hygiene. They need to close this place down, it's an embarrassment.

Every time I stop by here, the store is clean, freezers and food are always fully stocked, and employees are nice. I was asked if I had rewards and when I said I didn't, the employee told me the benefits of rewards and how to sign up. This is way better than I've seen at surrounding Casey's.

I recently moved here about a year ago and legit LOVE this Casey’s. The same only thing I really buy is gas and the mocha iced coffee but the people that work their is why I’m giving this place 5 stars. Especially Sue and Jake they are fun to talk too and actually care about the store and the customers. Nothing but respect I always leave smiling or laughing and feel at home at this store. Also sue keeps that store clean top to bottom she deserves a raise!!

I just ordered the buffalo chicken wings, boneless. I used to love them. But the new ones I got today were awful. Some were not cooked through, and some were over cooked. I don't know why Cokato changed the wings, but I will be waiting for Kwik trip to open. Never will I buy them from Casey's again. The buffalo sauce in those little containers tasted like soap.

Just had the greatest experience at this store. I am from a neighboring town and my daughter had a volleyball game in Cokato. After the game (starving - 8:45pm) planned to go to Subway. Decided to go to Casey’s instead hoping that they had a sub station. They do not, however Alexis in the kitchen offered to make a fresh sub for me. She was extremely enjoyable to talk to while she worked. She honestly made me the best sub, toasted and all. I would like the owner/manager of this store to know that they have a valuable employee in Alexis.

Usually the pizza is good I buy from here all the time.. But just saying Casey’s: If you’re gonna advertise lettuce, onion and tomato on your burgers please add it! We paid 10$ for 2 bacon cheese burgers with the lettuce, onion and tomato.. only came with cheese and nothing else... not 4.49$ worthy for each sandwich.

All i do at this gas station is order pizzas i never get gas here or anything and the last month or so ill call to order a pizza and no one answers finally asked one day as to why no one will answer and they said they ran out of dough and dont answer the phone because of it could at least answer and say that idk if its a new manager or what but watch ur supplies have never had this problem before

I called 14-15 times at 11:00pm CST and not a single answer. Just wanted to order a medium pizza. Terrible customer service.

When I order a pizza and they say it will take 20 minutes, then I go to the store in twenty minutes, I don't think I should have to wait another 40-50 minutes to get my pizza

I have never been to such a happy place. People there are very kind. When I leave Caseys in cokato,mn. I never leave without s smile on my face.

Maskless cesspool. Stopped for bathroom break and there were people packed in the place like sardines all without masks aside from me. Terrible.
