Used the online to order 3 large pizzas, 1 pepperoni, 1 sausage add pepperoni and one sausage breakfast add ham. Super easy order! Yeah the manager told my daughter who picked the pizzas up there might be an issue with the online! I looked at the pizza it was literally crust with ham on it! No sauces, no cheeses nothing but crust and ham (see picture) this is a new low even for Casey's! I called back and I was informed by the manager it would be 20-25 minutes for the next pizza, I told him that was unacceptable and I was informed that he had other things to do first!!! Seriously your app messed up and you didn't call when you seen an odd order to make sure it was correct since you knew the app was messing up! I am just speechless since it was the manager making the pizza himself! Customer service at it's finest! This house will not be ordering from them any longer! Not their first fine moment with them! the picture literally shows the story lol

Nastiest Casey’s I have ever been too. And being all of the Midwest you know that’s a lot of them! Nasty diesel pumps trash everywhere even in the store! And lots of holes in the drink sections holy moly.

Came in on 7/13 /23 @ 1230 and there were no pizza or hot foods made. Then I asked for a deli sandwich from a worker they said in a snarky attitude " grab one from the cooler." I stated nicely that I would like a fresh one, as I can't eat tomatoes. He then stated what do you want in a snarky attitude.I won't come to this one again.

I love there pizza's. There new thin crust is good.The Cohasset Casey's does a good job at making them. I go to this Casey's 2-5 times a week. I like there Rewards program and use it every time I stop.

Probably the most inconsistent gas station/convenience store in the area. We have many employees and contractors that work nearby and it is hit or miss if the employees that cook the food actually show up. They are supposed to be open at 4:30am but that is hit or miss also.

I wouldn't bring my dog to Casey's the new employee is rude got rotten music in the back when he's making pizzas he hangs up the phone on you when you call tells you to get out of his store old man I wouldn't go back to kacy's it was last store in Minnesota

I went there today 9/1/20 it was about 5 pm and i walked in the place and there was no pizzas made why? I asked the clerk hes said its not his problem.I was puzzled by his reply.He told me talk to the worker in the kitchen.I went to him i ask if there was any pizza he said no and continued to play on his phone.This is the stuff i hate Casey's hires these people to do the work and they act like its our fault we come to the store.The soda fountain was out of certain drinks the place was disgusting nobody cares about their jobs. I don't know what's wrong with these two workers but something needs to be done or you will lose business.

Brought our taco pizza home to find it half cooked, the cheese wasn't even melted. No doritos on the top. When I called to inform them of this, I was told I could bring it back and they could "run it through the oven again"...keep in mind there are fresh toppings, tomatoes and lettuce on the pizza; I'm sure they would be awesome reheated.. or not. My husband brought the pizza back anyway, hoping for good results, but when he did the extremely rube person said it would be at least 20 minutes. He ended up just asking for a refund. While he waited to check out, he saw an A&W worker pick his nose so hard it began it bleed. Gross. We were frequent customers, no longer.

When we stopped at this Casey’s, mid afternoon (8/22/20), all of the windshield cleaning buckets were empty. When we walked in, there were employees standing around talking and laughing. We used the restrooms and both were a disaster, with no towels in the men’s. Who ever runs this Casey’s might want to keep a closer check on their employees’ performance. Casey’s deserves a better reputation than what they portray.

My family and I have been enjoying the pizza for years, untill we moved back to northern mn. Since the new store opened in Cohasset, MNWe have ordered at least 4 times, and each time we ordered taco pizza, it has a problem of some sort, one time it was on flat bread, the other times, just made incorrectly. When I call to ask why it wasn't done correctly, the person that answered the phone said she didn't know what toppings to use, another time, was told they just didn't put them in the correct order. I am going to try one last time tonight because we really like Casey's pizza. Just wanted to bring these problems to light, hoping that they can be addressed.

Nice and clean!! Friendly staff. Convenient on/off access. The A&W was very clean with attentive staff. Gas prices are comparable to almost all Grand Rapids stations.

I asked for simple things, ranch, and a burger no tomatoes. I was given ketchup with a tomato on the burger. And my cheese curds were extremely hard, sad really. (A&W portion not Casey's). Will never revisit

If you want to order a sub sandwich you have to do it online due to covid. The brightside is its super easy.
