I tried to fill a script yesterday but it was not ready. Short staffed. The pharmacist could not get authorization/pricing from my insurance carrier. I offered to pay out of pocket but store policy prevented that. I called my insurance carrier when I got home and was put on hold for 30 minutes. I hung up on them as it was 7:35 p.m. and it never would have been filled or picked up by closing at 8:00. I canceled the script this morning. I could tell the staff members I spoke with were stretched thin. They remained professional and helpful regardless. I understand. No one wants to show up to work anymore or work at all for that matter. My curbside order for several grocery items was filled and brought to my car with no delays. Actually, it was ready a few minutes after I placed the order from home and took the 15 minute drive to the store.

I love this Walgreens. The employees are extremely helpful and they are doing their best! The pharmacy had reduced hours because they are short staffed, as are multiple other businesses in the area. I utilize their services that they offer. Delivery services for prescriptions, curb-side pick up, etc. This way I am able to go to Walgreens and have the best experience ever. Some people should take note..

For this particular Walgreen's - its customer base is not pleased about the reduced hours of the pharmacy due to staffing issues (pharmacists). How can you run a pharmacy with service hours less than 8 hrs per weekday and closed weekends. I know the local Walmart has gained quite a few customers the last several months. I've been hanging on but was told its going to be a few more months until back to "normal" hours.

The hours they changed to are absolutely ridiculous. The pharmacy staff are so rude. They act like they are doing you a favor. Recently they have hired a man and he is so nice and helpful. The rest of the crew in the pharmacy should take some lessons from him.

I love that the cashier proceeded to press me to get a rewards card, even though I go to Walgreens maybe 1 or 2 times every couple years. I kindly declined due to rarely shopping there. She proceeded to make comments about how I'd get this particular item, a second one for free. Then stated "well I've never had enough money to pass up something like this" again, I kindly stated no thank you. She proceeded to make snide remarks until the receipt was printed.Aside from that, I suppose the store itself was fine. Went there for minimal items and found everything I was looking for.

I think it’s time to switch pharmacies. I understand everyone is short staffed but to cut the hours so drastically is ridiculous. The hours they are open is mainly when everyone is working and are unable to leave work to go pick up meds. Didn’t realize they are not open on weekends either anymore. Normally this is my go to store but with the hours of the pharmacy so inaccessible to a lot of working folks has changed my mind about this location.

Out of stock on medicine frequently. The app isn’t accurate. Some gals in pharmacy seem like customers are an inconvenience. There is a gentleman working there that is sooo friendly he just makes the day better! Also new hours make things really tricky. :-/

This store is a joke! The pharmacy is open limited hours and you never know what they are until you get there. Do yourself a favor, find another place for your meds, especially of you work because they won't be open for you to get your prescription.

The store itself is fine, but I have now had 2 very poor experiences with the Pharmacy staff. They messed up my prescription, did not inform me of a change and were very rude. I never writer reviews, but this one is bad. I will be switching to another pharmacy

Pharmacy is horrible! My husband has gotten prescriptions from Walgreens this year (same insurance billing cycle), but all of a sudden they denied him his prescription because they insurance company had his DOB wrong. So I took time out of my day to verify through my HR, the insurance company, and on my Walgreens profile that his DOB was correct. The pharmacist continued to argue instead of doing the due diligence of verify via other means.Go get your prescriptions elsewhere!!

One of the pharmacist has been rude to me the past 2 times she has been working. The first time she wouldn't let me turn in both of my perscriptions one a couple days early and the other one so I wouldn't lose it. Saying that they aren't able to do that when they have other times for me. Then today was super rude to me about filling my perscription that I'm out of due to knee surgery making me wait one more day when I went to turn it in 3 days ago was told today. IM BEYOND IRRITATED RIGHT NOW WITH THAT RUDE LADY FOR MAKING ME HAVE TO GO WITHOUT A MEDICATION THAT I NEED.

Needed to get an emergency few pills for the weekend and it was for my diabetes. The pharmacist was very rude to me on the phone and would not help me. I tried to explain that the Raiter Clinic has my rx but I didn't pick up in time and their other store in town was closed. All I needed was 3 pills to help me with my diabetes. I hope it sits with her all day. I went as far as calling the emergency room to get help.

My problems with his pharmacy are the following. The pharmacy staff are knowledgeable about rxs but not about over-the-counter medications. Two out of the three times that I've been in there requesting medications for my young children they have recommended the wrong medication. The older pharmacist lady with short curly is the one that made the mistakes. This location doesn't Cary major energy drink brands like Full Throttle or Rockstar. The prices on any goods beside RX and over-the-counter medicine are 35 - 50% higher than all other surrounding business. Unless Walgreens is the only store that carries what you need I highly recommend you shop elsewhere.

Why is the pharmacy open such odd hours? Last week I went in, and the pharmacist was still there at 9:55 pm. Tonight when I needed to buy Sudafed for severe congestion it was closed at 9:15 pm. If the store is open, we should be able to buy things from the pharmacy. It would be really helpful if they were a 24 hour pharmacy! The clerk working tonight just shrugged her shoulders when I asked why the pharmacy wasn't open the hours as the store.One good thing I will say is the young pharmacist that was there last week was very nice, and very helpful.

What kind of pharmacy closes at 6pm?? A lazy one that doesn't care about the customers at all.... only profits thats why they are only open during the absolute peak hours or business. Hey walgreens we don't all magically get better at 6pm .some people gotta get rides n can't just GET THERE. TERRIBLE STORE

While traveling I needed a prescription filled. A prescription that costs me 50$ each time without insurance. I was not only surprised but very upset when it came time to pay and was told it would be 299$. Again, 50$ is the most I've ever paid in mutiple states for the exact same brand and size. The employee looked at me as though in shock that I thought $299 was way to much. He mentioned he didn't know how I got it so cheap. He even mentioned that maybe the other pharmacies I've used in the past used some kind of coupon of the web. I paused, he never offered to look for a coupon. Turns out that this medication is 50$ everywhere else except at walgreens where it is $299. In 1 hour the employee owned pharmacy across the street got me taken care of for 30.73$ after they used the goodrx coupon.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when I was attempting to create invitations in the photo lab. I made an error on the final product, and they surprised me by correcting MY MISTAKE without charging me extra!I would say that they definitely went the extra mile.

The main pharmacist there is beyond rude, very snooty. I would suggest taking your business to the smaller business across the street, White Drug, located in Super One, the workers are much friendlier and easier to deal with.

Its just an average Walgreens however not being 24/7 is a huge issue. Especially in a town as small as Cloquet there is a real need for a 24 hour drug store.

This store gave my child chiggers they are located in the sand in their parking lot and I will be calling tomorrow to tell them either clean it or I will proceed with further actions against the store! DO NOT USE THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR CHILD!!!!
