I initially went to Sara’s to get my Dyson fixed and ended up buying a new sweeper instead. We have a collie with lots of fur and it works beautifully. I take it back yearly to be serviced, cleaned and new filters put in. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My last trip in I bought a rechargeable sweeper to keep downstairs. I’m possibly done buying sweepers but you never know!

Purchased a miele vacuum from Sara's vac shack through Amazon as a Christmas gift for my mom. In January, a piece of plastic broke off the extension wand. After contacting Amazon and miele, I was told to contact a local authorized dealer for the warranty to replace it. I contacted my local dealer in Pennsylvania, and after 7 weeks, I still hadn't heard anything about the replacement. I received the run around since I hadn't purchased it from the local dealer(sorry Sara's had a better price). I called Sara's vac shack on Wednesday and explained my problem. They instantly sent a replacement part that day and took care of the warranty over the phone. On Saturday-3 days later-I received the new replacement wand. Awesome customer service and so very helpful!! Even for an out of state customer. Thank you, thank you!!

Jon was very knowledgeable of many vacuums. He was helpful and offered some suggestions that we took. We were not in the market for a new machine, so he was not pushing us to purchase one. We would definitely go back! Highly recommend.

I didn't realize just how dirty my Miele Vaccum cleaner was until I got it back after Jon did a top to bottom cleaning. Now my vaccum cleaner is working and looking just like new. If you are having issues with your cleaner, I recomment taking it to Sara's Vac Shack and have Jon see what he can do for you

I had my several year old simplicity upright vacuume cleaner serviced at Sara’s Vac Shack in Cloquet Mn. They replaced belt, bag, filters and throughly cleaned the machine. They were very kind and knowledgeable. They did a great job at s reasonable price. I have been to Sara’s before and will not hesitate to go back when needed. Very nice store and people.

Left our vacuum for service & repair. John said it would be a few weeks as he had quite a backlog of orders. The vacuum was done in about 2 weeks and the vacuum runs like new. It's roughly 30+ years old. Very satisfied with Sara's Vac Shack.

Sara’s shampoo vac rental was a great choice. They were easy to work with, professional, and very friendly. The carpet shampooer was so easy to use and not very heavy. I used it on three floors of our house and could not believe what it got out of our area rugs and carpet. I even used it on the car before we returned it. I look forward to doing this more often. I feel like our home will be much more healthy now.

Our dog decided to choose a cord off of our rainbow vacuum …. boy what a mess took it to Sara’s vac shack and it was all fixed within a week and a half and cleaned with a new filter too! Fast work done right!!

Super friendly, informative, and helpful! I brought my Kirby in for repair, and shared some frustrations with Kirby. Jon shared his personal Kirby experience and also showed me what he got after they were fed up with their Kirby. I didn’t end up buying a new vacuum, but I know what I want (and where I’ll buy it!) should we ever ditch the Kirby. He fixed my Kirby in less time than predicted and it’s working great. Highly recommend!

Jon at Sara's Vac Shack has wonderful customer service skills. My goal was to get a vacuum repaired. I left with a repair ticket and a new vacuum. Jon taught me tons about vacuums in 15 minutes; his knowledge is impressive. Jon listened to my needs before he made purchase suggestions. Jon was not pushy...he was imformative. My customer service experience with Jon was far more enlightening than the hours I spent researching vacuums online. Went in to rent a carpet cleaner, because it’s our favorite place to rent from, and was given a demonstration on the SEBO Automatic x7 vacuum. Though I wasn’t looking for a vacuum, I was really impressed with all of its features and went home and told my husband all about it. He surprised me for Christmas with the vacuum and I absolutely love it. Works amazingly and adjusts to my different floor heights. Customer service is great at this shop and I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

I was happy to find a Miele dealer in the area for supplies and service for my two Miele vacuums. I ended getting a third vac....a cordless stick Miele, which is very nice and convenient to use! Excellent customer service. They fixed my vacuum but also cleaned and serviced it, basically extending its useful life. Vacuum works remarkably better now and at a greater savings than purchasing a replacement.

Sara’s Vac Shack is awesome. We had our Kirby vacuum repaired and I was very impressed with the service we got. Fast turn around, reasonable prices and very very friendly service. When we got our vacuum back it looked brand new and worked better then it ever had. If I didn’t know I’d say the vacuum was a new vacuum but the only way I knew if was mine was the scratch I put on it a while back, other wise I wouldn’t have know. The difference. We will be back for sure and I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else.

Glad there are still people like him in retail that care about quality and helping people.We went in looking for another Miele vac (our previous one worked great) and left with a Sebo, which is another German-made brand with a better warranty. It works great as well, even better actually.Wonderful place to do business!!
