Caring family atmosphere. Easy access and 25 hour telephone line. Can talk to the staff in office or over the phone. Can get monthly electronic billings, paper monthly or pay full amount on policies. They take care of you so you know you have the coverages that you would need in case of a loss.

Typical story, got in an accident last week. Not so typical, was how my insurance and more importantly, the agency, responded. Within the next day, we got a totaled truck. Within in the day after that, the paper work was received at the agency needed to finalize the lien and claim, and Tim had even personally gone to get my title! Talk about turn around and customer service! Seven days later, with a provided rental car, I have a new vehicle, and have a new policy already underway. I even got renters! All of the people at the Conklin Agency always put forth the greatest service and hospitality. Thank you very much, it's appreciated.
