I had to release my pet cat Bubbles. We tried to cure her but it did not work. They were so respectful and kind during this process and even had a candle lit which I loved. Saying goodbye is so difficult and they helped do this with so much dignity, love and respect.

Love this vet clinic. Found out my lucy had bone cancer. We ended up having to put her to sleep but they were very Professional made me feel at ease during one of the most difficult decisions i ever had to make. There is one assistant there thats pretty rude but i wont mention names.

Took my male cat there.he is almost 14 years old. Had 3 teeth taken out.has to eat soft food for 7 to 10 days.no fun for him.

The staff and Dr were great. We would have given 5 stars except for what we paid to get our dogs ashes back(We paid almost as much for that as we did the creamation) we expected to get him back in something a little better then a cardboard box with paw stamps on it.

My dog had been feeling sick and had a lump in his throat. After going to other vets and not receiving any answers other than pain pills we drove 60 miles to Clarks Grove. This is the only vet I will use from now on. They took the time to check his whole body and ruled out everything that it could be. They truly care and they have more knowledge than any vet I have met. I worked in animal rescue for years and worked with many vets. They are hands down as good as it gets.

Very helpful and willing to work with you! It can get a little pricey though. It is all worth it in the end to see your best friend healthy again. They can help treat all sorts of illnesses and diseases.

Called them about a week ago in the morning shortly after they opened at about 9:30 to get a second opinion from a different Veterinarian than the one I usually go to to ask some questions about my huskies diarrhea and instead got a receptionist trying to play the part of a vet. I didn't get no option of being put on a callback list for when the doc was free. My husky had just started a new medication and was having watery diarrhea, I started to tell her the symptoms and how he's had watery poop for the past 5 days before she rudely cut me off asking if my pet goes to this vet clinic, when I told her no she snapped that I need to bring him to the place that normally sees him. Guess I didn't realize I signed a contract that said I could only bring him to 1 vet for the rest of his life. I told her I was just looking for a second opinion FROM THE VETERINARIAN because having diarrhea for as long as my husky was having it, 6-7 times a day of nothing but water, going on the 6th day, was not normal. she got impatient with me when I started telling her about the diet i had started on the second day and cut me off telling me that the reason for my huskies diarrhea was because I was over feeding him and then she hung up on me. If this older lady had actually listened to me she would've known that I was only feeding him twice a day, morning and evening 2/3 plain white rice and 1/3 beef. If this receptionist is any indication of what kind of veterinarian practice this is, they don't care about your pet. After she hung up I called Willows pet hospital in Austin MN and they agreed it wasn't normal and set up a time for the doc to view my husky.

Dr. Mike is phenomenal. Knows what he is talking about and what he is doing. Everyone is friendly that works there. I drive past 2 or 3 vets and 20 minutes out of my way just to go here.
