Fun and welcoming staff. Easy to find items you need. Love the amazing variety of items that they have. I go in for one thing and end up browsing for ever and leave with more then intended. Would for sure recommend if you need things one your way out of town the prices are amazing.

I informed the store employee, who said they were in assistant manager, that they do not have any handicap accessible parking, or signage for the Parking. I also informed her that this violate state and federal law, that the parking spots Must have signage at least five foot mark the spots. She said that the marks were there they were just very light, she also said she didn't know anything about the federal law and it doesn't sound like that's right. I did notify a manager last fall about this, and nothing has been resolved. So I will now be filing a complaint with the federal government, which will most likely result in them getting an ADA violation, and a fine.

This location has been steadily going down hill. It was so nice to have a place like this in Chisholm when they opened but now they just keep on piling the new stuff on top of the old stuff and there is no real rhyme or reason to where stuff is located. If they organized the store better and made it so you could walk through the aisles it would be a nice place but until that day I only set foot in here on rare occasions.

Waited in line with no cashier in sight for over 5 minutes. I overheard their BIPOC female manager tell a customer not to buy a Bluetooth speaker because “As an employee, I know DG’s quality, and I advise against it, but what do I know..” same manager assumed I was using EBT, and was rude when I tried applying my rewards with my phone number on the pinpad. Her response to me informing her I was trying to use a coupon from the DG rewards program was, (in a snotty tone mind you) “Oh, for sure chief…” I don’t appreciate her rude attitude and clearly she’s upset with the fact that she had to defrost their ice-freezer that’s outside. 0/10 I won’t be back here again.

The Dollar General had everything I was looking for but there was only one young man working the register. There were 2 people in front of me and 4 behind me waiting to check out. The young man stayed calm and did a great job getting us taken care of. He was patient and polite.

UPDATE: STILL BAD. Waiting in line for 10 minutes and no one at the register. Went in one time and girl was blaring explicit rap music, I didn't mind but others in the store did.This store is always out of things. It always looks like a tornado went through it. There are no cashiers at the front tills, ever. I only go here if I ABSOLUTELY have to. This store is very unorganized and disgusting.

My husband and I stopped to pick up a few items. The store was extremely messy and items on the floor. I picked up three packages of diapers from the floor so that I could go down the aisle. I was instructed not to put the packages on the shelf as that was not the appropriate place! Apparently the floor was more appropriate. When we were at the check out we had an issue using our DG online coupons. The cashier was not helpful not to mention friendly. I was so taken back from the experience that I chose to not purchase anything.

I just love going there for just about everything. I even do Xmas shopping for my family and they just love the stuff I get. Very nice and friendly staff and friendly people who shop. All they need is to have a dressing room and public bathroom 🚻 otherwise it's the bomb and gotta say it's better than Walmart.

A bit pricey for certain items, being that it's a dollar store, but nonetheless a decent place to pick up items close to home without having to drive a ways to one of the other nearby towns. The fact that it's so near me & the store has such a variety of items is a blessing to me.

GREAT prices on quality things that sometimes make it three days before breaking. The GORGEOUS lady's that work here are so helpful it face redding to the average guy. LIKE having the Victoria Angels show you where the denture cream. Is! PERFECT 4 with now Angel wings.

Just went to grab some soda, place is disgusting, white liquid on the floor. Stuff piled up in isles. Cashier super rude and no mask and dropped my 2 liters in the bag, like dropped them in. Got home opened one of them and pop everywhere. Chisholm MN dollar general should not be open during this pandemic.

This Dollar General is Usually stocked with new items all the time and most times there are 2 people working the tips so you do get in and out of there quickly when done.

Came here to get some milk and eggs really quick. I hate going to Walmart on a weekend especially during holidays.This is my go to store.Every small town in America has one

I stopped on my way to work , 5:30 pm on a Sat. only 1 register open. long line , took about 15 mins to get out of there. Kinda felt bad for the single casher !

Store aisles are always cluttered in messy. U boats always all over store and NEVER anyone unloading them! So I shop at Dollar General in Keewatin. Only come to this store when actually in Chisholm, don't drive to just go to this store anymore, drive to Keewatin instead if I need something at Dollar General.

It is sloppy looking, dirty and dusty, completely disorganized and the aisles are so crowded you can barely walk through them I had to leave my cart at the end of a few of them just to get what I needed because it wouldn't fit down them
