I’d give zero stars I could. This store is so filthy dirty the product isles are a mess and there’s usually one staff member. Talking to the staff member they were like well we can’t get anybody in here to work so we get behind on stuff. So managements bright idea was instead of getting staff in and getting the place cleaned up, thought it would be good to put a balloon shop in there. So now it’s a filthy dirty balloon store/discount mess. My sandals were stuck to the dirty floor while waiting 8 ppl deep watching the employee very slowly mind you blow up balloons in a understaffed sad store. Just because it’s a discount chain doesn’t mean that it needs to look like a dump.Family dollar Chisago City needs to do better for the customers and the staff.

there was a woman who was working yesterday afternoon 6/18 around 2pm, she was so rude it was appalling. Not sure if she was hangry or just intolerant of people in general. She yelled, growled and showed her teeth like a junk yard dog. This was primarily directed toward my small child. This terrified my child and was unacceptable customer service so we left and will not be giving this place our business again.

I normally go to North Branch family dollar and it is set up and cared for so much better. Just because it is a discount store it doesn't have to appar unkempt. All customers no matter what economic status deserve respect. The products are there it just feels like a dump.

Absolute rudest workers I've ever come across! I have a 2 year old so every time I shop there I'm trying to move quickly since he is going through his terrible twos. Twice now I have been in there with my son and they don't give me my change. I never notice until I get home because I'm always overwhelmed with my son once I leave and don't notice. They do it on purpose and keep your money! They have kept over twenty dollars in change and take advantage of a stressed single mom. Heartless people....

Didn't even get to go inside, some rude man signaling me to leave before I even get out of my car. It's 6 and they close at 9. No one answering the phone. Very rude. Also as I left proceed to call me a "monkey" and yell other vulgar remarks and obscenities.

Worse family dollar ever! Dirty store and the rudest employees. Wasent always this way, only for the last 6 mths to a year. New management and employees aren't taking care as they should. I mean wash the floor!!!

Every time I walk through the door, I am greeted with such a warm and friendly welcome 🤗. The girls(ladies)who work there are ALWAYS super friendly, fun, and courteous. I have never left there without being in a better mood than I was when I walked in!

The customer service is always great and are never too busy. The major downfall of this company is the small array/variety of products amd each item is typically priced much too high. I can hardly find anything for a dollar: shaving cream $2.25, baby oil $2.65... It's disappointing...

What a shot hole. Product on carts blocking isles. Employees are very slow. One of the employees looked like he hadn't bathed in a week. Another coughing and sniffling another went out for cigarette twice in the 15 minutes I was there, also the entrance reeked of cigarettes. I guess you get what you pay for.

I recently had a job here I wouldn’t recommend getting a job here the new assistant manager was talking BS & I over heard & the manager just let him 0-10 recommended

I went there on October 3rd 2016, around 12:20pm and it was closed! There was even a sign in the window saying they would be closed until 11:30am. Last time I checked 12:20pm is long after 11:30am. I thought the point of a business was to make money, it's quite difficult to make money if you're not open for business! How ridiculous! Guess I'll be spending my money with Dollar General from now on!

This store is the dirtiest store I have ever been to. Floors need to be swept and mopped. Prices are high. Cramped isles. Very messy! Walmart has better prices then some of their products!
