Just ordered a snickerdoodle blizzard and a caramel moolate. We received a blizzard with snickerdoodle "flavor" but clearly had chocolate chip cookie dough bits. The moolate was a malt... just a caramel malt. Ew.This location has really gone downhill. Can't believe we just wasted our money here after wanting to go out and get a nice treat.

Waited for over 40 minutes for the order. The fries were soggy, unseasoned, and uncooked. The chicken strips and burger were also soggy and nearly raw. The employee said they were very busy yet there were no cars in the drive thru and only about 1-2 customers in there. Asked for sauce, said they didn’t have any. Never have I been to a more unprofessional place and never coming back. This place needs to shut down. Period.

This place is not only disgustingly dirty, the food is as well. We ordered a hotdog and fries, and drinks. Took them minutes for the kid to not overfill the cups. Waited another ten to get a cup of milk that wasn’t even half full. Stood there watching them fill all window and drive through orders. Ignoring I was standing there inside waiting. I had to ask for the food. The hot dog looked like it wasn’t even real, half was so discolored and shriveled up, the other part looked like air had hit it for twenty years. They gave me the hot dog. I stood there another 15 minutes here said “oh the owner/cook made the wrong size. When they brought the large fry out (about 6 fries) , I almost lost it. They were so hard and inedible. Sat down at the filthy and when I say filthy tables and walls, filthy is a mild term. This place needs shut down, not only for sanitary reasons, but incompetence. They couldn’t even couldn’t 32 cents in change. I would rather drive two hours out of my way then EVER go back.

Didn't not get the amount of food I paid for strawberry milkshake hat 2 pcs of strawberry if i am lucky, differently won't be going to back to give them my money wad out of lemonade told all workers was l8ke no big deal short on oder happen around 5:30 pm Aug 3rd nobody else they getting food, tables where dirty kids run in and out helping themselves to free ice cream .

Constantly messing our orders up. Can’t even get a simple blue raspberry mister misty freeze right. And it takes 10-15 minutes to make one shake. How sad.— went back again and they can’t make a cookie dough blizzard either. Jus made it with vanilla ice cream and barely any cookie dough. What happened to the chocolate and chocolate chips? Think you ppl need to hire people who pay attention.

This place is so bad , it takes so long for the food and also it’s really dirty . My straws had brown stains and my ice cream was disgusting. The French fires and the burger are off brand and are from somewhere else

Terrible customer service, every time I have been there they have gotten my order wrong. Ordered a blizzard with brownie pieces and cookie dough and there were literally 6 chunks of brownie in it and maybe 12 chunks of cookie dough. For the price that they charge, they should make the food worthwhile for the customers. Nobody ever says thank you or has any manners whatsoever. It's very sad to be honest.

I had an awful experience, I ordered a four peice chicken strip basket. I got 3 peices and just a peice of white bread, not toasted or buttered or anything. The people giving me my food also made fun of my car and laughed about it. Definently not going back. Reply: this happened May 25th, today, at about 12:40 I was going through the driveway

I’ve been in this drive through for 30 minutes so far and haven’t even gotten to the window. It may have gone more quickly had I cooked the food myself, but then that’s not really the point of going to a drive thru. The service here is as antiquated as the DQ’s exterior or as I will be if I have to wait much longer. Several cars have left the drive thru because of the slow service. They were the smart ones. I will never, never, never, never, never patronize this location again.Update: I just got my order and realize my onion rings are generic Sysco products rather than signature DQ products. Such a waste of time and money. SMDH

Kids working have no social skills. We placed our order and then sat and waited as the cashier stood at the cash register for five minutes then started making our blizzards, literally we sat and watched her do nothing. Soo many flies I can't even imagine what is landing on my food in the grill, would NEVER eat there. Was very dirty, grungy inside, I understand it's an old building but that doesn't mean it has to be dirty and disgusting. Only good thing was the actual ice cream.

Just stopped and had 2 funnel cakes ordered strawberry....they were out so we ordered cherry. The clerk asked the kitchen if she made funnel cakes today and she said no. The clerk said she would take care of it. She came back a minute later with 2 funnel cakes that had been microwaved and were tough and hard in places ...not edible. We order these at every DQ.....very disappointed. ...cost us 10.00.

2 crappy burgers, 2 shakes and a small fry for $19.01. Didn't get lettuce or tomatoes because those are extra and I couldn't justify it. The kids working knew nothing about the menu or how to work the cash register. It took 20 minutes to get the order. I enjoy Dairy Queen, but this is one to skip. I'll never be back!

We have been here 14 times. NOT ONCE has our order been right. Not. Once. I don't know if it's the shoddy intercom system or the insanely apathetic teenage staff, but something is VERY wrong. Wait time is about as long as a real restaurant, just to have them botch the order EVERY SINGLE TIME. It's a friggin burger, how is it even possible to be THAT bad?! Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me 14 times...shame on me.

It was almost closing time and they had about 6 people working, only ones at the place and it took forever to get our ice cream treats. All the employees were young laughing and goofing around. Not very good service.

Was 90 degrees outside and still cooler than inside the restaurant. Wouldn't recommend for cooling off on a hot day! Good ice cream and food though.

I wish I could add a picture but the burger was burnt like a chip and crunchy. Maybe that’s why it took so long, but at least they were nice and gave us our money back.

It took 30 minutes for two small cones and a cookie. Very disappointed. We parked, but the drive through looked very slow. There is always an excuse for why the food is late, and the flies drive me nuts.

Do not go here for food. Waited 40 minutes then the food was burned and incorrect. Just got her money back and left. Looks like others were enjoying ice cream though.

Customer service was terrible with a 45 min wait and 10 employees working there. Hardly any customers at all, they could not remember our order; twice. And ran out of gravy sauce.
