I've been taking my pets here for over 4 years. Hank and his staff are awesome and attentive even though they are busy. Pricing is completely reasonable. I've been to other places where a vet bill can destroy your budget for care that is not as good. I highly recommend chosen valley.

Love this place and so do my pets had a emergency today 10/ 28/23 and they were there to help and do what had to be done hope to bring my pup home tonight if not tomorrow morning she had to have emergency surgery and vet Hank took the time to do it on a Saturday and saved her life for me to have many more years with . Dr. Peeters & his staff not only gave our furbaby the best care, they fit him into their busy schedules more than once! My husband & I are so happy with the way our baby, Jasper, was treated. Very good clinic for small animals and equines, alike. They treat my small animals and my horses. Hank is very caring with my dogs and cat, and both Hank and Bryce have been responsive and very skilled with my horses. Their staff are very friendly and kind, and their prices are more than fair. HORRIBLE CARE. My cat is in horrifying pain as she needs a tooth extracted. Won’t eat, won’t drink, howls when she tries soft food. The vet said he “couldn’t see” her BLACK ROTTING TOOTH, and gave her meds to take for 20 days. Regardless of them being incoherent, I gave it a go. Anything for my baby to feel better. Low and behold. No progression after 15 days so I call, this time frustrated. As there should be improvements by now and it’s only gotten 10x worse. The lady on the phone was snotty and didn’t care about my animal being in pain. she said “she’s not going to argue with me.” After I told her my cat needs the tooth extracted. These people do NOT care about our pets. WORST service and WORST vet clinic I have EVER been to. My poor girl has lost so much weight and looks clearly looks sick. But they refuse to help. Should get shut down ASAP.

Absolutely love this vet office! Their staff is kind, helpful, sincere, & very knowledgeable. Regardless of how busy, they ALWAYS make time for your animal in need of any emergent care, and educate you as needed per situation. Affordable prices which is important to many. They treat your fur babies like their own, with max empathy and compassion. All animal's that enter leave with abundance more love than they came in with. Forever grateful for Dr. Hank & his crew. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

First time puppy owner. Was struggling to find a vet that felt right and wouldn't over charge. Was recommended this vet by a former coworker. I live about 30 minutes away, but it is SO worth the drive. Every staff member we have dealt with has been amazing, professional, thorough and just overall so kind. I feel my puppy gets amazing care here and I am so happy we chose Chosen Valley!

Live 2 hours away and drive out for animals care. My husband delivers to them for vet supplies. Always talks about how great they are. Anytime he has a question about one of our many pets, they take time to listen and give advice, even when super busy. He said they are the kindest, respectful of your wants and needs, cost effective, and knowledgeable in the state. So trust them to care for my babies when they need it.Just now, made arrangements to take our kitten in for a spay and get her in the clinic earlier than they opened as to work around our schedule and working hours. Above and beyond service.

I had an emergency with my dog Lilley, no other vets would see her not even my current vet. my grandma recommended me this vet and I called, and even though they were busy they squeezed Lilley in to see her, they treated my dog with such kindness and myself even though i had so many questions. The prices were fair. Lilley is now showing some improvement. I think I found my new vet. So thank you so much for seeing my Lilley Bean!!

They are extremely affordable. Few months back my dog had kennel cough. They had no openings, but made time anyway. They are great with my dog!Way cheaper, and just better people then Rochester Vets. I promise you won't be disappointed!

The vet was kind enough to see my dog, who was having a seizure, after hours and perform necessary labs and provide medicine to help him. My dog was not a current patient but they were still willing to see him and provide the necessary care that he needed to maintain his quality of life! I can't thank them enough for giving him the care he needed! They now have another life long customer! I will always remember their kindness and will recommend them to anyone looking for a vet who cares! Thank you so much!

The staff were all nice and friendly and the visit was fairly affordable. They were booked out a while but were still able to squeeze peanut in and help us figure out the issue and next steps.

This place is awesome! I will always take my cats and dogs here. The front desk people were very caring. Along with the vet. Very old school and knew what they were talking about. Prices are reasonable too.
