Britany did a good job.Woofington is only 5 minutes from my apartment, but I’d much rather drive the half an hour to Petco.

Brought my dog in for a nail trim. There were three individuals in the area working on some dogs and they ignored me for 15 minutes. When I ask a manager for help I was told they’re not ignoring me they’re busy and it would be 15 to 20 minutes before they could help me, worst service I have ever had in my life. It wouldn’t have taken them any effort at all to spare a minute and a half step out and say we’re sorry we’re busy, but we will help you as soon as we can. I didn’t even get that kind of courtesy. I have been going to the store since it opened. I have spent a lot of money there over the years. I will never go in there ever again.

I was able to have a grooming appointment within 2 weeks which was amazing after so many weeks of having them closed. The groomer took very good care of my 10 yr old dog and did a wonderful job grooming him. I will be taking my dog there in the future.

Tara does an excellent job on Bailey! And, she rarely takes longer than 2 hours to finish it all. She knows Bailey has some anxiety and knows how best to take care of her. Tara gives great advise on the best chew bones and treats to give Bailey. I feel like Tara is personally invested in the care of my dog.

My dog just needed his nails clipped and buffed, so no appointment. Just stopped in and they got my dog in right away. So friendly and fast. Way less traumatic than trying to do it on my own at home!

My dog did have some matting but not enough to justify the extremely close shave she was given. Right off the bat the groomer wanted to shave her down to nothing before she had even looked at her fur. She told me there were mats in areas that were not matted. Had she tried, a brush would have sufficed. Where my dog was shaved, I can see her skin. She's uncomfortable and itching like crazy now. In the few areas that her fur was kept long, its visibly uneven. I feel the groomer just wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible without regard to the dog or what I, as the owner, asked.

They were busy and with me being over-the-road truck driver they understood that it was hard for me to get a semi into Petco's parking lot so I had to deliver at Home Depot right next door and they were able to get my my pup in
