I have been using the Mad Dog English Slip Leash and absolutely love it. I foster alot of dogs, and this leash has really helped me calm my fosters and reduce their anxieties. I love the quality and that it is made in the USA. I think it is the best leash on the market.

I purchased a KFI plow on Amazon from Mad Dog Products. It showed up late in 3 different boxes on different days. After opening to start the install I noticed missing parts. I ordered parts direct from KFI. Once installed I noticed the skid plate bracket bolts were not staying secure in the brackets. At this point, i was frustrated with the experience of this product so far i decided to return it. Amazon said the item was still eligible for a return. I returned the item with the reason "Defective". Amazon sent me a shipping label. I only got 1 label for 3 boxes so I tried my best to shove everything in one large box and then shipped it back. Mad Dog Products then received the return and claims the plow was damaged they had to throw it in the trash so they could not resell it and refused the refund. I filed a complaint with Amazon. MDP claims that I fraudulently returned the item as new (NOT TRUE) as I claimed damaged/defective. I called Luke from MDP and he laughed at me on the phone, accused me of being fraudulent with the return, offered no help in how to resolve this, and basically said too bad. He even said if I want, he can pull my junk out of the trash and mail it back. I then filed a complaint with Amazon and escalated the complaint. MDP still claims i made a fraudulent return and refuses to refund me. I tried giving MDP options that would work for me such as mail the returned product back, ship me a new plow, or just give me a refund minus 10% restock fee. MDP refused. Amazon sided with MDP and then Luke from MDP sent me the email from Amazon siding with them and said they won, they no longer have to do anything, and told me to stop calling them about this. In the end, MDP kept the plow and kept my money. To me, this is unethical for a business to treat a customer this way and many people might consider this THEFT as they kept my money and left with me no product. This company has horrible customer service. They were very condescending. I had no option to talk to Amazon fraud department to explain my side. I called KFI directly and they said they can't do anything either and MDP is a top seller for them. This just goes to show that the hard working middleclass buyer gets taken advantage of from large companies. Now I have to hire an attorney. Therefore, if you are considering buying a KFI product or any product from Mad Dog Products...BUYER BEWARE!
