I came in to Pet Evolution in Chanhassen without an appointment with 2 very muddy dogs from the dog park. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They made the dogs feel as comfortable as they could with a few treats and kind pets, while quickly getting me set up for what I needed for bath time. They showed me how to use the equipment and offered helpful grooming tools for my self service dog baths. They even were very kind about my own not so clean shoes from the dog park. We will be back for sure and will recommend them to others. Thanks!

Our puppy had his first grooming today and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. The groomer was amazing from the moment we came in for our appointment until we picked him up. Honestly, everyone we encountered was so welcoming and kind. Cannot say enough about this place we will absolutely be back. Thank you!

Finn had a wash, nail grind and deshedding add on. Eva did a great job. Fin looks magnificent and smells good but not perfume like. I would recommend Pet Evolution.

Pet Evolution Chanhassen is an absolutely AMAZING place for pet food, pet supplies, self-service dog washes and full service grooming!!!! Amazing staff with exceptional customer service by their entire team. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!!! My Golden Retriever loves her spa days there!!! Go check them out. They are right next to FedEx!!!!

The whole team was beyond sweet and helpful. I brought my dog in for a grooming, which he was clearly very nervous for but they truly made him feel comfortable and loved. It seemed like he had become best friends with the employees when I picked him up. Plus, he looked adorable and fluffy with his new groom. Thank you team! They were definitely worth the cost.

Bryce was super friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the process to me and to let our dog warm up to him. She willingly went out to the van, he did her nails and sprayed her with a nice smelling coat spray (he had asked in advance if that was ok). It took all of maybe 5-10 minutes and I watched as our dog hopped out of the van. She was wagging her tail, clearly happy and not distressed at all. Additionally, Bryce gave our doggy a ball, frisbee and gave us a cute poop bag holder. It was super convenient in a pinch when we didn’t have time to take her to get her nails trimmed, and I would 100% use it again!!

Pet Evolution in Chanhassen is fantastic! I am thrilled with my dog’s new cut; he looks better than the picture I provided as a sample cut. The owner is extremely friendly, kind and comforting (which is especially important since I have a nervous dog). The groomer, Brittany, only had a picture of a previous haircut to work from and she executed it perfectly. The prices are excellent too! High value grooming services without the high price tag. I’ll be returning regularly for grooming services and more!

Shaved my “okay” behaved cat! I was shocked the groomer did more than I expected as my cat has a low tolerance for grooming. (I can get about 5-10 minutes of brushing or shaving before she gets spicy) my hopes were low. But I pleasantly surprised! She has a cute cut (which I also wasn’t excepting) And the fact my cat let them shave her for 20 minutes shows She felt some comfort in their care. Definitely will be going back in the fall for the next shave. I forgot to get the name of the groomer but they said they only had 1 or 2 cat groomers. I definitely recommend!

Fast, friendly, dogs not stressed, and they looked great. Great online booking service. I was able to get same day appointments for both dogs. When they noticed I had them one hour apart, I received a call asking if I'd like them to be booked at the same time instead. Fabulous service. Thank you.

Had a great first experience at Pet Evolution getting my petite bernedoodle groomed today! She was way overdue for a haircut and had some matting so I assumed it would be a long, stressful appointment. They took really good care of her and the appointment was quicker than expected. She looks super cute now! Will be back for sure!

Erin did a nice job grooming our golden girl. She was pretty dirty and had a few nasty mats from her walks at the dog park and exploring in the mud. She came out looking gorgeous after Erin cleaned her up.

I brought my 5-month old puppy to Pet Evolution for her first ever grooming. It was a fantastic experience! The staff was so welcoming and greeted us warmly, by name, at the door. The facility was super clean and non-chaotic. They were sweet and gentle with my pup, gave her tons of attention, and completed her haircut to my specifications. They were prompt and texted us (with pictures!) as soon as she was done. Tula had a great spa day and we’re super pleased. We’ll definitely be back!

My 12-year old cat was a hot mess. His long fur had gotten so badly matted (see first pic) that I took him (Oliver) in for a first-time-ever lion shave, towel bath, & nail trim. Kayla was his groomer and she was FANTASTIC! She told me Oliver did great- we were so happy and relieved! And the price was right. They were super friendly, they took good care of my dog ozzy! He is typically a nervous dog around a bigger environment but they did really good with him, he was so comfortable and happy after his appointment and during. They also leave a cute, honest report card of how your dog did during the service ! First time ever bringing my dog to the groomers and they will be our forever groomers! Thank you ladies! 😊

Great place with very friendly, helpful staff! I started going there when we moved to Chanhassen a few months ago to buy pet supplies. We just used their self-wash and it was great with lots of helpful suggestions. We also had our dog's claws trimmed. We are definitely finding Pet Evolution a one-stop pet shop!

What a wonderful, friendly staff! ❤️ We popped in for a nail trim and they handled my big moose, golden retriever, Charlie, so well! He hates nail trims, but was handsomely rewarded for being a good boy with a treat afterward. They fawned all over him and let him wander around sniffing toys and treats. Will definitely be back! We could not recommend this place enough! We have two large dogs who don't like their feet being touched and act tough but are huge softies so finding a place to be so welcoming and understanding has been hard. Pet Evolution worked with both our dogs and did a PHENOMENAL job! At pick up after being groomed, they didn't pressure us to buy products and instead gave us pointers to keep working with our pups. We highly recommend giving this place a try!

My husband & I took our German shepherd to the walk in dog wash. The bath area was very clean, and well stocked. They had everything we needed like shampoo, brushes, scrubbers, towels, and the blow dryer. The staff were friendly and helpful. The price was also very reasonable. We’re very happy with our experience here. We will definitely go back.

Excellent facility for dog baths! The tubs are walk-in so I don’t have to lift my 60 pound poodles and the hairdryer is right there so you don’t have to move the dog from the tub to dry it. I do my own grooming and the store is only a mile from my house. Excellent prices for the bath. The store also does grooming and carries a great variety of quality dog food and treats as well as toys, leashes, collars, etc. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I’ll definitely be back!

We did the self washing station and the process was so smooth. They have 5 stations that are available by walk inns. All supplies were provided: soap, scrub brushes, towels, blow drying station, ear covers during blow drying. The staff were so friendly and kind and informative. Definitely recommend

This was perfect for bathing my 55lb dog. The bath has an anchored collar so your dog can’t get away. They provide soap, brushes, unlimited clean towels, etc. They also provide a groomer strength warm air dryer at each station. I was able to dry my dog in less than 10 mins! The staff was AMAZING, so helpful if I needed anything and constantly making sure I had everything I needed. The space was extremely clean; overall very impressed with my entire experience and will definitely be back!
