I had some questions about pig ears for my little fur babies. I don't normally purchase these, but one of my daughter's chihuahuas, Maui, was having a birthday party, and I thought these would be fun for them as a treat. An employee came right to my assistance and showed me the varieties available - it was very helpful. All of the employees were in a great mood, and it made for a very enjoyable experience in a friendly atmosphere. I certainly will be returning again.

A complete disappointment for grooming today— after years of going here- today will be the last. Reminded groomers that our labradoodles (who they have groomed several times ) are old-at pick up the groomers complained about them being old - and didn’t even complete one of the dogs ☹️Also brought our 2 rescue standard poodles- again reminded about the fact they are rescues from a very bad life……they complained about them being scared throughout the groom. They also burned one of the poodles bottom.And one of the groomers had attitude -Just a complete disappointment - never again1 star is being too kind

Conveniently located close to many other stops on my errand outings. The store is clean, employees helpful, and they carry great brands. The Friends of Chuck and frequent buyer programs are great.

Amazing customer service & wonderful people! We had placed a pickup order at the Eden prairie location & the worker there had dead-bolted the door and was screaming at customers and wouldn’t let anyone inside to get their food. We had no idea what to do and called the Chanhassen location. They were extremely nice and apologetic about the situation and invited us to come and get our food there. They were so kind and helpful, will definitely only be shopping here from now on!

The Chanhassen Chuck and Don's is a great part of the Chanhassen community. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are also very knowledgeable about their products. This store stands by its products and has an admirable return policy, one of the top reasons I shop here.

Desia (Day) is a great nail tech! She did an amazing job with our tripod who needed extra support for a nail grind, and with our super shy iggy. We were worried about potential nervous nipping from both dogs, and she said they did great - definitely because she was gentle, kind, and made them feel comfortable!

Stopped in to the Chanhassen Chuck & Don’s yesterday and was very impressed with the knowledge of products and ways to improve/help my 1.5 yr old female Bulldog mix. She’s has been having some skin/coat plus ear issues. They gave me many options with varied cost which was really nice. They did NOT push the most expensive but seemed to really want to help. Also let me know that if the food doesn’t seem to be working after a month and if I have at least 1/4 of it left I can return it. Staff very friendly and most importantly helpful.

It's a very nice store, clean and calm with a pleasant layout. The staff are friendly, and there's a pretty good amount of supplies. The cats available for adoption always look content, which is a huge plus. Prices are like any other pet store.

Friendly staff. On-site grooming (but a long wait to get my dog groomed). Cats available for adoption in a "cat condo" also on site. Wide variety of food, bagged treats, designer snacks nicely displayed. Toys for cats and dogs. Small selection of bedding and no cages or crates for sale. A bit pricey but a fun place to shop for your pet!

I never bought quality food for my old cat and thankfully she still lived to be 22 years old. I now have a new cat and things are different. I took my older pup into get groomed and I was very nervous to try someone new. I loved the compassion and patience that they had for him and made him feel comfortable. Stephanie did an amazing job on his cut he looked like a new dog! I would recommend them to everyone. By far the best experience I have ever had. Thank you for you kindness and understanding. Also for taking such good care of him.

This store is up to date, with some great features such as a grooming salon and pet wash. Unfortunately, the customer service here is pretty poor. I've been here twice and both times was not greeted by the staff, standing together visiting at the register when I came in. No one offered to help me find what I was looking for, or carry out the large bag of dog food I purchased. I will definitely not be shopping here again, but will return to my regular Chuck and Don's where the service is much better.

Love both shopping AND grooming here! It is difficult to find food that my finicky Bernedoodle will actually eat…. Gina has been so helpful (and patient!) in helping me navigate the extensive food options! And the grooming…. Wow! Lucky has a long, wavy coat that easily mats (despite brushing) so he needs fairly frequent bath/brushing appointments. He also has “grooming anxiety”…. which I imagine makes grooming a 70 pound dog challenging! Stephanie and Sam have been AMAZING! Both are positive, attentive, and thorough in determining Lucky’s needs and do excellent work! His cuts are always exactly what I ask for and never have I had any surprises. So grateful that grooming is now offered in Chan! I highly recommend!

I really enjoy these stores and my dog loves to visit too. You'll find high quality foods, treats, and toys with a very knowledgeable staff. I usually find excellent assistance at CnD's. I was disappointed when I was steered away from a food that I wanted by a well meaning but clearly not sales oriented or well informed store associate. I'll admit it, I'm a sucker, and if I want to spend $85 on a 25# bag of dog food, you should support it! It's really good dog food!

Have a standing order there for our dogs food. She has tons of health issues so she gets frozen food special ordered in. We set it up for 2 bags at all times in case there was ever issues getting it in or something we would have a second backup bag as this is the only protein she can be on. There is ALWAYS issues when we go to pickup our food. Either they can’t find it (hard to believe given it’s a small freezer…) or it hasn’t come in yet. This is a weekly shipment on thursdays. It’s usually picked up by us every 2 weeks. Therefore, we should have 2 bags always there waiting to be picked up. We went again to try and pick up our food last night and AGAIN there is issues and they say they “don’t have it”. Now my dog is without food and I’m stuck scrambling trying to figure out something to do cause she doesn’t even have any to slowly transition with which is going to cost us a ton in vet care now for her special needs. Unbelievable. Not even a single bit of communication with us if we they actually are having trouble getting it in. I had to call multiple times and no one answers the phone. I finally got ahold of someone and she was clueless as to what I was even asking on the phone. Chuck and dons DO BETTER.
