My first visit to Cass Lake Lodge for a weeklong father and sons fishing trip was a great experience. Owners Jody and Jason were very attentive, checking in multiple times each day to ensure that the accommodations and services exceeded our expectations. The cabins were clean, the beds were comfortable and everything was in good working order, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, television, and a well-equipped kitchen. The resort was populated with cabin guests and campers and it was quiet and peaceful throughout the day and, especially, in the evenings. The restaurant staff, front desk representatives and dockhands were friendly, efficient and helpful. The beach is nicely maintained and the dock and fish cleaning / live bait facility run like a well-oiled machine. We had three delicious meals each day from the resort’s restaurant, with a nice menu variety and generous portions.Cass lake Lodge is a great vacation destination. I hope to return soon.

Great place for adults and families! The kids can enjoy the gigantic beach, play a game of volleyball, or play on the playground on a sunny day. The lake is huge and connected to several other lakes so it's easy to spend the day on the boat if you want to. The lake is clean and clear! Lodge has a great menu and the service is awesome! Our kids love going there for ice cream! Can't imagine what more you would want!

Very nice RV resort! Would go back in a heartbeat if it were closer. The owners are very nice as are the dock helpers! the grounds are well kept and clean. The crawfish races not are not to be missed! Also I advise going to the fish fry/potluck on Mondays. Lots of fun!

Poorly run. Trashy. Dirty. Fish cleaning house is not sanitary, really was bad! Beautiful view, nice beach, marina accommodates needs but is tight when wind is blowing. Fishing, well, fishing wasn't good. Zebra mussels and crawfish have destroyed Cass. Very sad. Not worth the trip, won't be back to this resort won't be back to Cass.

Made a surprised visit and was surprised to be able to find a camper spot here. Not only surprised but lucky. This lodge has it all, very helpful staff, beautiful lake views and clean campground with nothing left wanting in amenities. Will be going back again without a doubt...

The best place on Cass Lake to rent a space or buy into a seasonal place. Great fishing, pristine swimming beach, updated cabins and super friendly staff. They have pontoons for rent and many activities through the week for guests. The food at the lodge is amazing and even has a kids game room and lounging area.

We have been doing a ice fishing trip for about 10 years here. Have stayed in the Bears Den 1 year and the Muskie Mansion the rest of the year. Jason and his staff have been great over the years! We love the Muskie Mansion!!

We stayed at Cass lake lodge and its a very nice place, however I was a little disappointed while were there . The reason why is because we were there over the 4th of July and they had no activities to join . There were lots of kids there so i guess I would have thought they could of had something for the kids such as some games as well for the adults like a bean bag tournament or volleyball .Over all a nice place.

My family and I recently stayed here for a week. It was our first visit. We have a 1 year old and 3 year old & our dad ( papa) with us. We had a great time. There was a beautiful beach with a play set, volleyball court & of course, the lake. My children had a great time, between swimming and hanging out around the cabin to making smores for the first time. It's not disney world. So don't expect to have the children entertained by the sights and whatnot. We brought games, toys & bubbles. Outdoor fun things & indoor in case it was to rain. The lodge does provide games and has an arcade & pool table. We also went to visit the itaska state park. Great family fun. We went fishing a couple times and my 3 year old daughter loved it. I'm sure she will be a fisherman for life after this trip. We visited paul bunyan in bemidgi, mn.All in all this was a fabulous trip and worth the drive from south Carolina. If your looking for a family vacation to relax, enjoy the outdoors & unplug from the world a bit, this is it!The day we left the cabin I asked my 3 year old if she'd rather go to Disneyworld or come back to the cabin next year. Her vote ( if she couldn't do both, haha ) was to come back to the cabins.
