If I didn't have to shop there on occasion I wouldn't.Extremely high prices, horrible produce. Many times I've been in there half a dozen people in line in one cashier.I can only wonder how is it possible for green bananas to be soft? I've basically given up on buying anything there that's perishable.

The store is Shameless in their price gouging. Double or triple what I pay elsewhere. I would love the convenience of being able to shop in town but I refuse to pay these prices except in absolute dire need I will buy one or two items. The ridiculous prices assure that produce is usually rotting in the store. You may be able to find a bargain in the discount meat bin, comparable to what you'd pay Elsewhere for fresh but half of it is already graying and when you can find something that still looks decent it has to be used the same day because it's expiring. Slashing their prices to a competitive level would definitely bring business back into their store but instead they would rather make up this lost Revenue by raising prices even further

Very expensive. I feel claustrophobic while I'm in there. Short isles some area are you narrow have to wait yo get around the customer in that area before I can continue. I'd rather drive the 20 mins to Walmart

Store is old school type market, but, very well stocked and clean!! It is small but personally that's what I prefer. Easy in and out of parking lot and same for shopping and check out. Friendly employees, plus very mannerly. Pleasant surprise little place on every level.

Family Fare has great chicken from the deli. Sometimes their produce is not the best but there are deals to be found in the rest of the store. The staff is always helpful and kind.

2-3 dollars more than anywhere else, they know they are the only food in town. Now they've decided they want to be Costco, put up a fake "sale price" and then force you to get their card so they can track you, otherwise they charge you up to double. This let's them charge the seniors who bus in extra. Absolutely unconscionable.

This place is a joke. I go there every month to get money orders for my bills. Depending on who is running the til that day depends on if they will allow me use my DEBIT card. NOT a credit card. It's inconvenient especially since I have used my debit card multiple times here. Get on the same page, either yes or no. Maybe put a sign up stating NO debit cards. I understand why they don't want to accept a CC. A debit card is my money in my account!!

I am a Deli Associate here. I always do well with the counter, cleaning, and food prep work over there. I always appreciate everything that has been taught too me for 3 years. I really enjoy working around customers and co-workers. Everyone as well as I get along with them get along with me too. I appreciate the help they give me and I also appreciate that each associate goes on a %10 discount when buying things that aren't on sale. Thanks

The prices are ridiculous...I can get these same products for half the price almost anywhere else- what they want for $18 (these 2 items) I can get almost anywhere for between $8-$10 if I’m able to drive for 20 mins outside of town. This city needs another grocery store to compete against these thieves!

Decent selection of foods. A little heavy on the junk food it seems, but if that's what their target market is so be it. Never have I ever experienced such a range of personalities and capabilities under one roof, however one unifying commonality is that there must be a prerequisite of clinical depression. Everyone is friendly for the most part, not unpleasant. And again decent selection of foods, just nothing to write home about all in all.

I generally travel elsewhere to get groceries because of the insanely high prices, but I do get my deli meat there because I like it the best. However the next time someone tells me or my family “you’ll get what I got.” After asking for 3/4 of a pound… you best hope it’s not me you say it to without politely telling me why. That was rude and honestly probably just lazy because you didn’t want to cut more.The prices are already too high, add rude workers and soon not even being the only place around will save the business.

Retirement celebration gone wrong… we ordered a cake weeks ago for a coworker’s retirement, confirmed yesterday to ensure it would be ready, they told us everything was set. Went to pick it up today and they claim we didn’t have an order with them. So disappointed, we had to scramble with several smaller cakes and cupcakes.

Like this store, the people were pleasant and helpful and informative. We have been there about four times now and we are somewhat new to the neighborhood. I would go back again! We go there all the time now right a little store and you can find whatever you need I love it

I am generally happy with most of the employees. However, the young man that I was being checked out by last time I was there I walked in the door and he was on his phone playing games or texting or whatever. Came to check out. He still had his face buried in his phone. Didn't even say goodbye to me. Thanks for coming anything else. As soon as he checked me out he was back playing on his phone. Very disappointed in that young man. I know they train the cashiers better than that as the rest of them are stellar.

There's always one gentleman there that I look for if I need something. His first name is Jerry. His customer service skills are outstanding! He always knows right where, what I need is, or he's diligent about finding it for me. I think that's awesome in today's world! It makes me feel taken care of instead of wandering around.

I don't think they can hire a cashier that actually likes to work there and takes pride in their work. Every single time I've been here, the cashiers act like it's an issue to have them check out my groceries, and then they bag it by randomly throwing my groceries into the bag. Eggs tossed in the plastic bag on their side with canned goods. 🤦‍♀️ prices are expensive cause they pretty much have the market for groceries in the area and fruit can be hit or miss. I try to go to Northfield, Rosemount, or Hastings instead, but their pre-cut fruit is convenient, so here I am.

This pharmacy is terrible! Some of the staff are very nice but some are SO rude! Multiple times I have called in the get my prescription filled and had to wait an hour to fill! I have worked in pharmacies and understand the flow. This pharmacies needs to learn customer service skills and efficiency.

The store itself is great, however the pharmacy sucks. Have spent 2 days trying to get my prescriptions transferred to another (cheaper priced) pharmacy and when I called during their hours yesterday-no one answered. Tried to call more than 6 times yesterday and still no answer. I’m laid up with a back injury, not supposed to drive but it looks like I’ll be driving there to have this taken care of in person. Would NOT recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Nicely laid out. Clean. The produce is fresh,but sometimes specials in this area are more difficult find. Most of the cashiers are well trained and polite. Most take care when putting my purchases in the bag. I like that there is a pharmacy in the store and that it has a drive up. It's a bit more expencive than other stores about the same size.
