I wish I could go zero stars!!!! 3 time in a row trying to get my prescription refilled!!! 1st time oh your doctor canceled them. I called my doctor and funny nurse was on phone with walgreens telling them that doctor never canceled!!! 2nd time same thing!!! Well what a shock. I am hearing same thing from walgreens!!! Looked up my chart have a message from my doctor reminding me to get refill from walgreens. Was just on the phone 5 2 24 about 630pm telling walgreens what I was finding and what all happened before! They hung up on me!!! Terrible customer service for medicine!!!!! BEWARE!!!

I was traveling out of town and they were able to transfer my prescription from Texas, fill it, and send me on my way in 10 minutes. Great service!

The store is usually decently clean, not the best customer service though. you’ll end up waiting at the photo counter for a long time as well as a lot of issues with the pharmacy. Very long Wait times, lots of prescription errors and issues I’ve never had to deal with at another Walgreens, I’ve only been using this Walgreens since moving, and I’m already ready to switch to CVS in target

I usually go to Fairview pharmacy and my stuff is ready in 15 minutes after an appointment. Waited over an hour here and only one was available.

Nicole in the pharmacy needs some better training. Her customer service skills are absolutely terrible. My husband needed a 90 day prescription, and she said those weren't offered. Didn't even check with anyone else on it. He talked to someone else and got that resolved. Today went in for a Tamiflu prescription for my kid who has influenza....prescription was sent in right away at 0800, and I came in for the prescription at 1400 to be told that they didn't have it in stock. Really unacceptable that someone couldn't notify us that it wasn't in stock with that much time.

Staff is always friendly. They have to deal with some stupid policies and stupid customers, so I applaud them for that. I've never had a problem with staff not doing their job. So they get a 5 star review!

They could use a bit if help in the cleanliness of the store. I had to ask after not hearing my photos were ready after waiting 45 min. when my photos would br ready. They hadn't even started them, they forgot about them I was told. But then they were ready promptly. I would still recommend Walgreens in Cambridge MN to everyone.

Emplyee here are so nice and caring! There really is nothing else to say cause my visits here are the easiest, staff is wonderful and knowledgeable and can always find the stuff I need and somethings I don't need.

A drive through is supposed to be a time saving endeavor. My wife simply pulled out of the line and left because she didn’t feel well enough to wait any longer after nearly half an hour. A store employee told me that they were short staffed. The employee was polite.

I do know they like to tamper with medication!! I don’t understand or know if I did something to them? Of if something else is going on. I just know that from month to month it’s different and even smells like someone added a burning hair like smell to it then later on I start getting nauseated and feeling sick and weird feeling! I have been talking this medicine for years and have never experience this kind of thing ever until now! I reported it and am now getting Legal help and a private investigation. The state is now monitoring the substance being add to my medication! Maybe there so over staffed that they hope some customers will go elsewhere I don’t know but what I do know is that I don’t deserve this kind of treatment! I also had a complete check up with even a EKG and found nothing until I take the meds from them! I’ll further update later to let you know what happens. I’ll have more documents also.

Horrible experience. Sr. Martin on night shift was extremely rude with his attitude and accusations. All I asked was for them to honor a coupon and he spoke to me so rudely and put words in my mouth then when I calmly snapped back he almost refused service which I was in no wrong what so ever. Mr Martin I will be calling your supervior.

Horrible customer service with fedex drop off. On my fedex email, it stated that I could bring the package in without printing off the return label and have them scan the QR code. Per the manager, they stated that they have never printed off labels for customers. Very dissatisfied. If that isn’t the policy, then they need to update fedex.

Went to Walgreens looking for sugar free candy for Valentine's Day. It's amazing that the shelves were filled to the max. No candy shortage here. What was missing was sugar free candy. I know they make it, I used to buy it for my father. Why do these places have pharmacies that sell very expensive prescriptions for diabetes but NO sugar free candy? So far I've found this at several places, the have a pharmacy but no diabetic candy. Check it out, Russell Stover makes diabetic candy and so does Whitman's!

Rarely come into this store. There was a particular floss that was my favorite, I'd come in only for that. Think it got discontinued or found a floss I like just as much. This store for being the big chain that it is sure has some high prices that just doesn't seem right. I wouldn't even try their pharmacy, I've used other locations for that in the past and it is such an awful experience I wouldn't even bother with it here. Other visits are just when I can't find some product locally at other stores and come in to see if they have it. Never have a problem with staff.

Went here for my Covid booster. That process went smoothly, and I was satisfied with it. However, it was dismaying to see several of the pharmacy techs wearing their masks below their noses. Chin diapers do not stop the spread.

Walgreens in Cambridge, MN provides awful customer service - at least the full-time employee who works during the day, Kathleen. She's snarky, not helpful, rude, and outright needs help with her customer service skills. I have had a couple horrible experiences there. I was clearly upset and asked my entire transaction be voided, which prompted the store manager. Well she came up and wasn't much better - the look on her face said it all. She didn't ask one question about why I was upset or canceling my transaction. I would definitely not buy drug store cosmetics there either. After going to another Walgreens and getting great service from a beauty consultant, I went to the Walgreens in Cambridge. Since colors can be deceiving from the outside, I twisted the top of a lipgloss to peak at the color. No box or deals were broken - in fact, it had neither. Then Kathleen yells from across the store, 'Excuse me! But you can't open that!' In an old haggy, grump voice.

This has to seriously be the worst place to get perspiration fill. It never fails 1. They can't find my insurance information witch I have two being in the military and my civilian insurance in a very well known company. 2. They never have anything ready I've if you give them well over a hour to get it ready. I have never had issues like this till we moved here and started using them.

It's a wonder this store has a 3.2 star rating came here for the convenience and speed that was boasted about this place I'm sticking to walmart pharmacy wait times the same and prices for things I'm shopping for are half that of Walgreens

Staff in the pharmacy is so sweet.It made me sad to see this sign today. It’s disgusting that adults have forgotten how to act in public and how to treat strangers. Grown adults... needing to be reminded to be “patient and kind” like they are in elementary school. Unreal.

Went to the Walgreens in Forest Lake Minnesota found baby food on sale . So I made a special trip to Cambridge Minnesota. Where I spoke with the assistant manager who called the manager. All I was trying to do is have them match my receipt from the other store Which is in 15 miles away.So I wasted a trip and fuel to come out here .very rude employees. Won’t go there again

My mom has dye allergies, and everytime they refill a prescription they always will give us dyed pills, We've told them more than once. They also put are lids on wrong sometimes.
