I love coming to this location! Even in their short interactions with the customers that come a little more often they've found ways to get to know what least your first name and drink of choice. While waiting to have your drink made, they chat a little to get to know you a bit, so you're not just a drink and a name. If there's something wrong with your drink, they will make it right away to make things Right! Superb customer service!

The staff here are always very friendly and helpful. They work hard and are always smiling. Keep up the good work all!If anyone's looking for a sweet drink, the strawberry acaĆ lemonade is the best. Comes with strawberries but I order without them as the texture is not my taste (I think they're freeze dried).

Was passing through Cambridge and wanted to stop for a quick drink! Ended up not being so quick..Ordered 4 items; a Frappuccino, a Refresher, and 2 Sandwiches with one of those being a Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwich. We received our order quickly and got back on the road but had to turn around because one of the sandwiches had no bacon; it was simply just an egg and cheese sandwich. They were more than happy to remake the sandwich, the service was friendly and quick. So we get back on the road and as Iām drinking my drink; Iām looking at it and thereās a wrapper in my drink. Honestly surprised and disappointed. Staff need to be more observant of what they are doing and handing out.

I went there on Saturday and their drive through was long so I didnāt want sit in the drive thru trying to think of what I was anted do I parked at the front. As I was about to get out of my vehicle (around 1pm) a lady comes out the front door and locks it. There is no sign nothing. Today I went through the drive thru and ordered a pink drink with no strawberries. I get up to the window and she hands me one with strawberries in it. I kindly reminder her that I requested no strawberries. She takes the drink back and 2 seconds later she hands me the same drink that they attempted to take the strawberries out of. She never asked me if I was allergic nothing. Just handed it back to me like nothing happened and shut the window like it was my fault and I was in the wrong for them to fix the mistake. I will not be going to this location again.

Just hit the drive-through for a special treat. With those prices, this is about a twice-a-year indulgence for us. Plus, far too many calories to make it a regular thing. I got the carmel cookie Frappuccino thing.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level, easy entrance, or just hit the drive-through.

We went through the drive-thru around 3pm today & had the nicest experience. I had my husband order the wrong drink (my pregnant brain couldn't remember the exact drink I've had & loved before) and when we got to the window to pay he asked if the drink was made yet, and if it wasn't, if we could switch the order quick. They had already made the other but still made the one I had originally wanted on top of giving us the original drink I had ordered.I just wanted to say how sweet & unexpected it was that the girls there had no issue making us a different one. It was refreshing to have see so much kindness. We just wanted to say thank you again

workers are so nice which is why this sucks, but i love chai tea, and the pumpkin one, wanted to try the gingerbread one cause i love gingerbread, and the one i got today tasted like a literal bucket of sand being poured into my mouth šš my drinks are never made properly at this specific location

The cream cold brews have changed. They used to be my favorite drink, as they would make them with the cream that floated on top and would slowly melt into the black coffee under it. You would take a sip of the srink and get just enough fluffy cream with the savory coffee under it, it was really good. The last 4 times I've ordered this drink over the past few weeks the drinks have gotten progressively worse. The cream on the top seemed to get more and more flat each time I went, like melted whipped cream. This morning when I went the cream was fully mixed into the cold brew, and the whole drink doesn't look like what I used to love ordering and doesn't taste very good. It now tastes like a weak iced coffee. It doesn't look special. Just kind of "meh".

I have been there over 50 times now and there hasn't been a single bad encounter. Beth, the older lady is usually at the window, her smile and personality lights up my day. Deanna, is also a burst of light and personality. There is always a smiling, delightful, customer friendly face that is ready to take my order and money in exchange for some great drinks. It really is my favorite Starbucks in Minnesota. That says a lot since I travel weekly. Keep it up.

Drive through customer service was awful, apparently must have been against gift cards.... There are plenty of places to get iced coffee drinks, but I will not support rude service. Additionally- they were not busy.Side note: I rarely give bad reviews, I understand bad days, however the look I received, as well as her not saying anything to me once she handed the drinks- even after I said thank you, she just shuts her window lmao. Good luck with business having an employee like that.

This location consistently runs out of my favorite drink, itās a toss up whether I will be able to get the drink I want. Also, directions I give them to make the drink less sweet are often ignored. I knowā¦. First world problems.. but I just want to be able to order a drink thatās on their menu!

I ordered a tall Cinnamon Caramel Cream Cold brew and I finished the entire thing in about 2 minutes only to realize that 90% of it was ice. I went back into the store to inform the barista that helped me that I wasnāt very satisfied with the amount of ice as it was ordered regularly and there definitely shouldnāt be that much ice in the drink. I should mention, I worked for Starbucks for 5 years, so Iām completely aware of what it feels like to deal with angry customers so I made sure to handle it with as much respect as I could but I was taken a back by the abrupt interruption of the barista as I was explaining my interpretation of how the drink should be made and she says āYep! I know how to make it.ā Not once does she apologize for the inconvenience or offer to make it up to me. Iām not going to lie, I was expecting better service and to be offered a remake of the drink, or even just an apology for that matter but none of the above happened.

We have been coming here for over a year and never had problems. Today we made our mobile order as usual, waited a minute, then went through the drive thru. We ordered 3 drinks and a cake pop. We were told, at the window, that we should wait 3-5 minutes after placing a mobile order so it will be ready. Really? What difference does it make if I order all my drinks at the window or order on the mobile app? I realize I'm going to have to wait while the drinks are made. My iced coffee had almond milk and a splash of heavy cream. My lid was filled and dripping with heavy cream. "Be careful, the lid is full." Over half my drink was milk and cream. Then we sat outside. No napkins, no garbage can outside. I had to go inside to get napkins. They were no napkins in the whole store. Is there new management? Very disappointing. Luckily, Caribou is right across the street.

I have always run into problems with the Starbucks. In particular, I moved to the area recently and Iām a diehard Starbucks fan however, the last three times Iāve gone they have made my drink wrong and today I decided I would go back to get it fixed, I still got the wrong drink back and they were upset with me when I didnāt want the free nasty coffee they gave me in the first place, ended up, leaving the coffee there on their drive-through window as nobody would take it to just throw it away because I do not have any cupholders, and will not drive with a coffee in my hand

Friendliest Starbucks Iāve ever been to, and Iāve been to many. Normally I wouldnāt write a review on a chain like this because you already know what to expect, unless there was something remarkable to share. For a business in which you can almost always expect a friendly greeting and interaction, the lady at this location still stands out.The lady working in the drive through window at 12:15pm on 02/08/2022 is a gem and Starbucks should do whatever it takes to retain her so she can continue to represent their business. The world would be a better place if someone like her was helping you at every stop during your day.

Best Starbucks I have ever been to. I moved here not that long ago and started stopping by every morning before work for a morning iced coffee. My drink has multiple add ons and they ALWAYS remember it without me even telling them, they always get it right, and it always just tastes SO good. They are all so sweet and kind, and are just really pleasant :) today, one of them wrote āhave a good day!ā On my drink too, and it absolutely made my entire day once I saw it. :) They all deserve raises! They are awesome :)

Excellent staff! So friendly and they make quality beverages, always as ordered and as expected. I'm so glad we have a Starbucks in Cambridge. As much as I love the other coffee shops, Starbucks is an excellent additional option! And more jobs is a good thing!

My all-time favorite location! āŗļøZero complaints about the Cambridge location. Thereās never usually lines in the drive-thru and if so, they clear up fast. I can come here with ten minutes to spare and not be late to work. The baristas are always so nice and understanding as well. Itās very rare if they are ever out of something I want, so Iām always pleased (I can say this for caramel macchiatos, dragonfruit refreshers, sausage/egg/cheese, and pumpkin bread, at least).I come here 5 out of 7 days a week, so I definitely know every experience is amazing!I recommend this location over any location!āļøāļøāļøāļøāļøUpdate: Big thank you to Nicole today for helping me out when my app was being funny. She is very understanding! Give her a raise please! :)

I went to get an iced americano with almond milk (which was delicious) but I had my puppy with and he got his first pup cup and all the workers were so nice. I've repeatedly been impressed with how nice, friendly and personable the staff are, even when I only go through the drive thru. Thanks for making it a great experience me and also my pup, I know he can't wait for our next visit!

The last several times I have been to this location they have messed up my order. This time I did a mobile order with a drink and bagel. They tried not giving me my bagel, I had to ask for it. The bagel was barely warm and gave me frozen butter. It used to be great but it's going down hill real quick.

Huge, HUge, HUGE thank you to the amazing staff at this Starbucks. I had forgotten/lost my wallet in the store yesterday. Not only did I get it back today, everything was still in it, including my cash. Thank you for protecting my wallet, amazing people at Starbucks.As a side note, the staff here is always kind and considerate and don't seem to mind my corny mom jokes. The drinks are always spot on and tasty!!!

Cambridge Starbucks is small but employees were working swiftly as a team and cranking orders out like a well oiled machine. The fine in area needed a smidge of attention, trashes were full but they were really busy so I'm sure it eventually got the attention it needed.
