High pressure sales location. I love harbor freight but this location has been worse every time I go there. They have too many employees walking around constantly asking if I need help and offering products to buy. Then when checking out they won't take no for an answer when they ask about the extended warranties. I just want to shop in peace and not be badgered at every turn. High pressure sales have no place in a harbor freight store.

They don't follow their companies policies and make up their own rules and when confronted about refuse service and kick you out of the store. They will tell their customers they have to go to blame to return products they lie about what the ITC can and cannot do. they say they can't look up receipts but then ask for a phone number when checking out but can't give you a reason why they want a number besides that I will get coupons that get email to me so the only reason why I can see why they're asking for my number Anna and Justin need to be fired or at least taken out of management position if they won't follow company procedure I've had numerous things go out of warranty because they refuse to look up the receipt that states that they will look up in the policy to where I can't get to the next harbor freight in time to where it passes the 90 days I've lost hundreds of dollars because of these two thinking that they make their own rules to where I was in the blaine harbor freight almost daily buying stuff to now that I moved up north I will go spend twice as much on the same tool from fleet farm Menards tractor supply than deal with ither one of them steeling the money from me because they think they are above there company's policy

I love this place. I needed a drill and asked a few questions and the guy answered them and I bought a drill on his recommendation. I never expected it to be as good as it was. Everything he told me was true which doesn't always happen. I'll be back.

They didn't have the Vulcan 4 in 1 welder that I was going for in stock so they let me buy the Vulcan 215 and once the 4-in-one comes in in 2 weeks they said they'll let me exchange it and pay the difference on the new one. Awesome place.Update 2/5/23They held true to their word and they honored it.

Everytime I drive to this location, they are out of the product I'm looking for even though there inventory says they have it. Call ahead, make them get the product in hand before showing or go somewhere else that cares to take your money.

I wanted to buy the 1 ton engine stand and went in there on a Thursday and they said they didn't have any in stock and to come back on Monday and they should have one. Fast forward to Monday I go in there and they say they have one but it's on hold for a customer and I said well I was in here last week and asked about it and was told to come in on Monday and they said somebody called and put it on hold and I said well if I would have known that I would have put it on hold myself. They said you can't do that, you can only hold it for 2 hours. Stupidest rule ever, I was there with the money and they refused to sell it to me. It would have been nice if the person last week had told me that so I didn't have to drive all the way there to be told that they wouldn't sell it to me. Poor service and poor communication. Will not be going back to this store.

The hardest part of going to harbor freight tools, is coming up with reasons to explain to my wife why i bought more tools.. this time my trip was completely unselfish, i bought my son in law a gift card for his birthday. No explanations needed, it would be rude not to use a gift card... right?!?

The people were very friendly and very helpful. Didn't take more than a couple of seconds for somebody to ask if they could help. The nice young lady that helped at first wasn't sure what we were looking for so she asked the manager. He was able to help right away. I believe his name was Steve.. sorry if that's wrong. Will DEFINITELY be going back...

I've been to the St.Cloud location and Cambridge location and staff is very friendly and helpful. However the last time i was at St.Cloud location one of the staff members smelled of body odor so bad that i nearly vomited he smelled like he had not showered for a month! I thought that was very unprofessional he should have been sent home to shower! I never said anything but i was very offended! A grown a$$ adult should not have to be told to shower. He was a heavier set person but as a heavy set person myself i shower daily! There is No excuse to stink that bad! There is deoderant and body wash!

They have no idea when your order will be in. Called customer service about my order and They said the store messed it up. Talked to store employees, they say customer service knows nothing. Customer service called and said order was supposed to be in over a week ago. Store employee says they got every color other than the one I orders and PAID for in full over a month ago. No body there has any clue what is going on. Sad sad store.

Large selection of products that are used by mechanics and construction people. Prices are reasonable and most seem to be of good quality. Service was non existing but the store is new and well stocked. Will stop again.
