I witnessed a group of staff members talking badly and mocking a special needs adult customer.I put my items down and did not and will NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS GOODWILL AGAIN.That behavior is atrocious and they should be fired.

Without doubt the premium thrift store experience. Genius marketing in the name and extremely well presented throughout, they simply nailed the perfect formula. While the percentage of funds actually going to charitable causes is nowhere near what you'd expect, it's hard to argue with this business model. We supply their stock of saleable goods and they sell it back to us, generating massive profit margins. Well played. As for the individual shopping experience, it's magnificent. Like a treasure hunt, only without an 'X' marking the spot. Truthfully, it depends what you're in the market for. Being a fairly average sized individual as I am, there's great variety in the clothing. I check here maybe two or three times a year, and sometimes leave with more than a dozen items costing significantly under $100 in total. I even enjoy shopping here with my wife, partly because of those treasure hunt type feelings, but also knowing that if we do find something special, it's a wonderful treat delivered on a budget, which honestly feels twice as nice. Really, the only frustrations are finding things that look fantastic but aren't quite the correct size, because everything is unique, and they absolutely do not have alternate sizes. There's other stuff here besides clothing, though it is significantly harder to stumble into other types of goods that are exactly what you want. When you do though, it can be a quite stunning result. Our dining room table, for example. Easily worth ten times what we paid for it. Outstanding.

I bought a pair of boots from there. My son (7) wore them to school today and noticed a hole in the bottom. I have the receipt but the sticker isn't on them so they will not return or exchange. Be careful if you purchase something there, they sell defective items and are unwilling to help. I purchased only three things and they really can't figure out what I purchased or that I purchased it there? Come on! I understand the return policy but it is ridiculous to have to keep a sticker that has the price on it. A tag, I understand but a sticker gets ruined the minute you pull it off. I will never shop at any Goodwill again.

The mark ups on items at this thrift store is disgusting. There are multiple items that are found literally next-door at the dollar store, that they have priced at 2, 3 and all the way up to 6 dollars for the exact same item that is 1.25 next door. Sure this location is cheaper than Goodwill’s in the city, but it doesn’t make the price gouging acceptable. Disappointing for a thrift store, try the shalom shop across the street or family pathways down the road, and quite a few other local thrift stores for much better prices, and really supporting the community

The racks are very packed so it was hard to look through them. Prices were really high especially for the quality. I did find some cool items though so it’s worth checking out at least once.

I will never step foot into the Cambridge Goodwill ever again I went in there and I felt like they were constantly watching me and it came down to the point where one of the workers walked up to me and asked me if I was going to purchase this purse that I was going to purchase from the store and treated me as if I was trying to steal stuff and I have quite a bit of money considering just got taxes not to mention I'm not a thief and I'm not going to steal from the store but it was just very very poor customer service and I was treated as if I'm not in there going to spend money I will never go back to that store again and I mean really all this s*** gets donated to them so I don't know why they're acting like it's top brand name brand $100 stuff but I still wouldn't steal it but I know I definitely I will never go back

Very slow cashiers. And when they see a need for more cashiers because the line is 18 people deep and there's only one person running the cash register nobody has a half a brain to think hey maybe I should call some more people up here to the other three empty registers to help move customers along much quicker than just one. All the Goodwill stores are like this they need to get it together and figure it out and put it being so stupid.

Our new favorite place. Lots of deals to be had, especially on Tuesdays and Thursdays. (Tuesdays are 75% off a certain color tag, and Thursdays are 50% off kid stuff)We've found everything from fun coffee cups to games and books, shoes and boots, pants, skirts, jeans, and even prom dresses!!

This is actually a 1.5 rating from me, this store had a very large issue with unfiltered negatively boisterous comments from the workers on the clock. I heard some things that made my head turn about customers & I'm baffled. It's got alot of variety & cool selections but be ready for higher & bigger spent dollar amounts because some things are cheaper brand new at target or Walmart.

Nothing wrong with the store. But why get rid of the fitting rooms then have a return policy where there’s no refunds but exchanges! Sizes are different for ALL clothing lines!

Nice and clean new building. Only 4 stars because prices are higher than most Goodwills. And the employees in back make it a point to stick price tags right on top of the name of the dish pattern and brand. So frustrating. Still find things here often enough to stop in several days each week.

They won't accept any donations they don't accept donations for furniture at all you'll hand them something very nice and new and there was just a little scratch on it and she denied it and said we don't accept anything with damages or scratches and then you walk in the store and the furniture in there is junk compared of what I was dropping off extremely disappointed and very offended super rude people work here

They have very engaging friendly staff, good selection of all items! They even give an immediate discount when you bring in a bunch of grocery bags! That helps keep prices down for us! Love this Goodwill

To any readers: this review has nothing to do with the inside of the store, but rather what the store has available within its parking lot.I dont think that this goodwill could ever know just how much it helped me last night, in two, very simple, but very essential ways.I was visiting family, 60 some miles north of my area. Unfamiliar with the lay of the land as well as my cars ability to reach the charging stations upon it. Therefore I cut my driving range far to close for comfort. This goodwill proved to be a charging haven amidst a desert of looming dead battery despair.Were it not for this locations available station, and secondly, for its continuing power of the GE station after hours, then many unfortunate events would have befallen me - entirely of my own doing.Thank you goodwill. Hopefully a 5 star rating will somehow help you. I shall continue to donate, browse, rate, and contribute.

Walked looking for a wide and tall clear case to put clea lights into. Not only did I find that, but 2 more chests that I have been collecting for my new home. Of course I found several items, including a solid wood buffet table for $14.99..it had just arrived. I was lucky!- Love that store. Everyday is a good day, but Wed is 25% off for 55+.

Harassed twice on this store for having a medical condition. Workers in the store themselves not wearing face masks appropriately but they decide to harass me about it. Told me its the Law to have to wear one. It isnt and I didnt appreciate the awful words that were said to me, a paying customer.Shame the 2 older women that work there thinking they are above everyone else. All the years of every other virus that has shown its face and there were never any precautions for any of them.I will no longer be a customer at Goodwill until they appologize to me.

Hit or miss with what you find like usual with thrift stores. Lots of brand new items from target there usually. I've found brand new movies there too. Or recently released one. You do have to check if the disc is there and if it's in working condition tho. Several times I've had to tell my daughter no because I knew the movie wouldn't work. Usually have pretty good book selection too and hardcovers are super cheap!! It's the nicer thrift store in the area with the most to choose from.

Prices at Goodwill in general are overpriced especially when alot of the items are very worn looking. Some items have noticable holes and/or stains on them. However what has made me decide to never shop at the Goodwill in Cambridge is being harassed by 2 employees to wear a mask. It's not a law and actually is against the law to wear a mask in a public place. When it became ok to chase someone down and harrass them i have no clue but because of that I will be bringing my business to other thrift stores that don't harass.
