Very nice clean and well stocked store. Found just what we needed thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. Shout out to Tammy working at the Cambridge location for helping with finding the price on some ladies jeans! Almost bought some fun shirts but I had no money of my own on me lol

I had an issue with their price match guarantee the other day. Everyone was very friendly and the manager honored the checkout price of one of their competitors. They were patient friendly and very helpful. Also their tire department is top notch!

Fleet Farm in Cambridge Minnesota has the best employees. Cate in Sporting goods. Kyle at the service desk. I shop here because of employees like those two! Never met them prior to shopping here but they are definitely the reason I go to Cambridge. Instead of Monticello or Blaine.

I would like to thank the staff that was there on Saturday at around 11:15am in Cambridge. My son had a seizure(1st one ever) and we were not by him. They acted fast and called 911 right away! He is doing OK now. Just thank you!!!!

I just checked out with a young lady named, Brook, at the Cambridge Fleet Farm and she was really good at her job. She was professional, but witty and very pleasant. It is employees like Brook that you're going to want to hang onto at any cost. Especially when it is so difficult to find help these days, especially good help like Brook. Keep up the good work Brook. It was a pleasure.

Black Friday nightmare. I wanted to buy oil from the ad. Ad gives price after rebate but it fails to disclose the rebate limit. Called store and asked. Clerk had to go to the rebate rack and find the mail in certificate for each item I was interested in to find the rebate limit. This took over a half hour. Then placed my order online. Next day drove 30 minutes to the Cambridge store only to be told that their computer crashed and I could not get my merchandise. Wasted trip and gas. Went home thinking I could stop by the next time I was in Cambridge. Received email from Fleet saying it was my last day to pick up my online order. Raced to to town again another 30 minutes. Got my stuff and asked the loader where the rebate slips were. She said I had to go into the store and find them. Defeats the very purpose of ordering online. Now I had to go park and go into the store. Went to the rebate rack and not one of my four rebate slips were there. Next stood in line at the counter for 15 minutes to get helped. The clerk acted annoyed and went to her computer for about 15 minutes and came back with 2 of the four rebate slips. Another 10 minutes of searching and finally had all of my slips. Really!!

Store policy that without a receipt even after Christmas for an exchange needs to be reviewed. You have lost a customer from now on! The lowest price for the past year is ridiculous. All I wanted was to exchange the item. The time I waited and asking for my ID 4 times for the $4 back not current price. I will shop elsewhere, tractor supply, agricultural center for my chicken supplies, hunting, fishing and everything else from now on. I have never seen a return policy after Christmas like this!

Poor Unfriendly Service at Auto Center. Paid for full all four wheel balance. As long as they had all tires off I asked if they could rotate tires front to back. NO WAY would they do that unless paying for a rotation fee. It would have taken no more effort to do this for me.

Don't expect them to honor their prices. I grabbed this Sprinkler as you see 3.99 I was like what a deal and ya scanned it for 50 bux. The whole stock was on that shelf. The rep actually took a pic of my pic to send to the floor staff to fix (but she didn't believe me at first). But they have a wide variety of stuff. No home improvement stuff tho.

Fleetfarm doesn't honor their clearance prices. Found a fishing pole for .99 was told by Taylor the manager on duty that Fleetfarms policy doesn't have to honor it as it was a employee error. Sorry, been in retail for awhile now. It doesn't matter if it was a wrong sticker or they didn't pull the sale sign from the night before they have to honor it as I look up Fleetfarm policy on their website regarding clearance items it doesn't state anything regarding it.Very poor customer service!!!!!

I like fleet farm but the one in Cambridge is like a diet fleet farm. They moved into the old Lowe’s building and it is just too small. They have maybe 60% of what a real fleet farm has. If you know fleet farms and are looking for something a little outside the norm you have like a 50/50 this one will have it.

Fleet farm still has a decent selection of most of the items I go there for. This location is starting to slip a little though with the sprocket, pulleys and hydraulic selection.

It was great. It is my favorite place to go shopping. If someone asks do like going shopping ,yes if it is fleet farm .I got a new fish finder (Garmin ) by far the clearest viewing screen and best down mirage I have ever used. I just use one on my fishing trip to the lake of the woods . so when i got home I when and bought one

I can't express How upset I am the previous day. I was at the Monticello location where I waited patiently for 45 minutes. While the Fleet farm staff helped out a friend who was not working at the time at the store. Once it was my turn, he just turned his back and said we have to close. Today while a this store I got the same treatment at lunchtime I was just ignored even after hitting the help button.Go to Scheels

Tire center quoted me almost $500 to dismount my old tires, mount and balance new tires I have already bought, and put new air pressure monitors in the wheels, $260 of which was just pressure monitors at $65 a piece...you can buy all 4 at O'Reilly for $130.

Went in there to buy a trolling motor for my son and his family. Arrived at 8am , the first day of the sale only to find the shelf empty. Sale price tag was on the shelf ..Sale didn't start until that day store opens at 8am. Really fishy to me .Sales rep.who seemed uninterested in my inquiring mind didn't seem to give a hoot.. I went to customer service to obtain a rain check .The rep stated there were more on the wayAnother story. I don't know.I contacted corporate and told them of the situation per email.Got a call back the following day and she informed me that ads were made up 6 weeks in advance. I feel they had some sold them to whomever of which I not sure and when. They certainly wouldn't put sale price on the shelf with having the product would they.Totally fed up with this kind of customer service.
