If I could give 0 stars I would. The store itself is fine and pretty clean for a dollar tree. The older lady working there today was/is rude and unprofessional. You don’t bad mouth customers to other customers loud enough for all your customers to hear. Poor exampleof customer service not only to customers but other employees as well.

Very clean dollar tree, sometimes are out of things though. The employees are hit and miss, some of them are extremely nice and have gone out of their way to help me and others will just brush you off.They have a small freezer section in the back that was sometimes have some good finds and frozen treats

Jacqueline was a very rude old lady checking us out, didn’t even bother to say hello or ask how my day was, but waved goodbye to the Customers before us after they had finished their chit chat and are exiting the building but don’t show that same respect to the customers in front of her that she’s currently with. As soon as she was done with checking my friend she slams the divider down as hard as she could, which made me jump even though there’s no one behind us and my items were already on the belt. Radio silence. I put in my card, and she sits there tapping her nails, like hello my screen says waiting on cashier, then she tries rushing us out, and didn’t even bother to ask me if I wanted my receipt. I called back to the store to complain about the subpar customer service and all I got from the manger in response “that’s funny” and “I was checking out and I didn’t see anything”, Maybe because her register was the behind yours, so unless you had eyes in the back of your head it wouldn’t have mattered

Was a bit disturbing, and disappointing to hear the manager Skylar discipline an employee in front of customers... pretty sure he seen me there also, as once he completed the reprimand he proceeded to say that a customer was waiting, then walked into his little room... I suggest, in the future you have thoes privite conversations in your office.5-14-23 just before 2:00pmCambridge store,

It's just mediocre. The store was a bit of a mess. Cashier Anthony is not at all friendly or welcoming. Maybe he has social distress or maybe he just does not like his job.

The Dollar tree in Cambridge MN is the nicest store I have ever seen. Aisles clean and shelves all faced. A definent return to shop there again.

I feel bad for the cashier today July 3rd at 3pm. There was one cashier ringing and the lady on the floor who stocking was very verbally abusive towards her. To the cashier today, you are doing a great job and your customer service is outstanding.

We went the day before calentines day to play a shopping scavenger hunt game! We had a great time nobody stopped and bothered us although we did get some funny looks from the lady at register 😄. Only thing I could complain about is there is never enough open registers!

Usually have a pleasant experience shopping here. Today was belittled by cashier Irene because “my debit card locked up her register.” Not only did she say it once but continued using the excuse to her manager and to other customers as to why her lane was closed. She even had the nerve to ask if I’d had trouble in the past with my card. All I’m saying is this Irene could’ve handled the situation better than blaming her customers.

Its great lots of great stuff and I love it and I usually find what I need but the only dislike is that some of the cashiers slam my stuff down in the bag like pop and glass in surprised it doesn't break otherwise good

Everything is $1 here! They have a huge selection and great seasonal stuff for all the holidays. The ladies that work here are very friendly. Very pleasant place to shop.

Dollar tree is great for getting mylar balloons. They are fast with filling them and getting you on your way.
