Waited for a few minutes at meat counter with no workers around to help me get the steaks I wanted. So I skipped that and went to find something from the Deli just to wait a few more minutes and no one was around to help me there either. Settled on a frozen dinner. I don't know how they even sell anything here.

Always very clean, amazing food in the deli!This was from 4 years ago and my opinion has only improved for the Cub foods in Cambridge. I would love to share my experience more than just a Google review. Since you're here, I can explain how awesome the employees have been this past week. Josh and produce has been amazing along with customer service as I forgot a bag of grapes in cart and didn't notice until I got home. With my kids help we shall get them tomorrow. Always amazing! Thank you!

My son turned one a couple of weeks ago and the work that the cake decorator Melanie put into his cake was absolutely beautiful! She is now going to be decorating my other son's cake for his 3rd birthday and I can't wait to see it! Thank you Melanie

Cambridge Cub has a nice selection of groceries, produce, and deli items. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. Prices do tend to be higher than other stores. I appreciate Cub's fresh donuts.

Cake is beautiful and tastes good but the decorative layer is hard and comes off in a layer. Not impressed about that.

I went to get chips( I wont say what kind due to privacy reasons), but the cashier and the stocker said to "put on a vest and do it yourself" and called me a monad. eye dont know how i feel about this.

Have worked with this Cub for few years for a benefit bbq we have with the Anoka/Cambridge dog show. Always very helpful and food and service is topnotch ..

My cashier, Robin, was so kind and efficient! She was patient and careful with my groceries when I was bagging. She let me advance the belt at my own pace. Robin thanked me and even asked if she could offer my daughter a candy cane. Amazing service!

Zero class, my wife ordered something for pick up. Called in when nothing was confirmed. Was told she would get a call back. No call just a very classless , order wS canceled message.I guess my 3-4 trips per week $50 each time can be spent elsewhere

I was able to find everything I needed.My only problem was the electric cart - the bank of carts are very close together and plugged in so it was difficult to get one out and then halfway through the store it started flashing yellow meaning it was running out of power. I was able to get another cart before it died.Carts are an important part of shopping for handicapped.

Good prices. Well organized store. Food from the deli is delicious. Only drawback: you bag your own groceries... Kinda strange but they don't have to pay someone to do it for you. They must pass the savings onto you. And they can't crush my bread! 5 stars otherwise

Always have loved CUB Foods! Produce and meat are always the freshest and best in town. Most items are competitively priced though not all. My most recent experience is I have a severely broken arm, and was struggling with my cart. The cashier noticed immediately and called for help with bagging and for carry out. I didn't have to ask... It was awesome that they noticed and assisted me.

I love all Cub Foods stores in general. They have a great selection and I've never come to a point where I've had to get a particular product anywhere else because of this. I do find it interesting that every Cub I go into is laid out a little differently. I just move recently and my experience here was no different. What might be helpful would be for every Cup location to have an aisle map that customers could take to help them locate the items they need when they're making out there shopping list. It would greatly enhance the experience and shorten the amount of time spent hunting down items if you're new to the store. Other than that I enjoyed the experience and the helpfulness of the personnel

Cub Foods should not be open 24hrs if they don't want to have anyone to check you out. 1:45 am needed some over-the-counter medical and a few grocery items. NO SELF CHECKOUT. WAITED 20 minutes no one to check me out. So I just left. If I would have walked out with it, someone would have paid attention!Extremely poor service or rather no service.

Seems like food selection is not the best. The produce department smells of rotted produce not the freshest produce. The food is dried out and not fresh looking with like self serve chicken wings or fried rice in the deli department. Seems like employees are lazy about rotating the for. I’ve noticed this at other Cubs.

I've been shopping Cub since it was county market. My car broke in the parking lot and I didn't have my phone with. I asked at the service counter to use theirs and the person said no, it was a business phone. I said i guess i will walk home and he said ok. I was visibly upset & had been crying before I asked. I walked a mile to a friend's for help. 60 years old with severe arthritis. People are so mean.

Great! I stopped the day before Easter with my 6 & 3 year Olds. The Easter bunny had hidden eggs all around the store and was there for hugs and pictures. What could have been a stressful shopping experience was really special and fun for us all. Thank you!

Call has their shelves in the store stocked very well. But their prices are a little spendy. They offer a variety of all sorts of food items and other items non grocery.

Misty in the deli rocks! Always friendly, even set aside some old fashioned loaf for us to pick up after deli hours one time, think she was cleaning up. She should teach customer service.

The quality of the meat is poor at best unfortunately they have to compete with Walmart prices and when a company starts doing that quality will always suffer I have made my last purchase from any Cub store I made the mistake of buying pork cutlets and when I took them out of the package they just fell apart this is the fault of a incompetent butcher so instead of checking out the other package it was better to throw them all out from now on I definitely will not waste any of my time or money at Cub stores.

Clean, stocked, got some great after Christmas wrapping paper, holiday bags, cookie sheets, measuring cups and teaspoons. I ran into a a coworker from 26 or so years ago and the cashier Pat a friend I haven't seen in 29-30 years ago and she was super great cashier helped me out with getting a cub card registered, helped with price checks on holiday items, new alot, what isles & very helpfulAbout items. Very Knowledgeable about the store. Very personable, friendly, smiling, laughing, helpful. Pleasant time checking out and Pat being helpful with bagging and helping. So great experience at CUB in CAMBRIDGE 👍🏻

The ladys at the deli completely ignored me. Not the first time but definitely the last. Clearly I was to much of an inconvenience to serve. Inventory was more important. I go to the Blaine cub after work now. Far better service and much friendlier staff.

Deli NEVER has rotisserie chicken or even fried chicken ready. Always a wait & to top it off they're rude. The grocery store is great, deli/cooked food bar is inept. I was told it's a 30 minute wait for a chicken so here I am, 4 p.m. just out of work so using this time to write this review. Get your act together Cub!

I received an email from Cub Cambridge as a former CobornsDelivers customer offering delivery to my address in North Branch. I was delighted as my local Super Value does not deliver. I was delighted. Sat down and spent several minutes that I won’t get back, filling out a large order. And Then it tells me they DON’T deliver. Very frustrating.

They have the best employees. I was helped by a worker applying sales stickers on the shelves. I felt like my shopping experience was just as important to the worker as it was to me.

I've been here 3 time's in the last 10 days and everytime I see many people without masks. Twice it has been mother's with teenagers. Don't they know the teenagers are the ones that don't have any symptoms and spread to everyone else. Full families don't have underlying conditions!!!
