Went to the Dairy Queen in Caledonia on October 2. There was only one car in front of us at the drive thru. We ordered 2 mini blizzards which were delicious. My complaint is that one of them was sloppy and plopped over into the carrier they were in. Don't employees care about what they do??

There's a reason I go through the drive threw at this dairy queen, the filth, and quality of the workers is honestly disgusting. I love Dairy Queen but this one needs some help!

Store opens at 1030. Hours posted on the door open 1030. There at 1100. Attempted drive thru after waiting and no response was going to go in lobby. Kid walks to the window and shakes his head no then walks away. Seriously?!?

Went through the drive-through tonight for ice cream and as we drove off we realized we got the wrong thing. Drove back into parking lot and as soon as we did they started turning the lights off and we saw a worker run to lock the door. This was before 9:00 and hours stated they were open until 9:30.

Was at Dairy Queen last night. My son never received his Blizzard. Was waiting probably 45 minutes. We were totally ignored while several cars came thru and ordered food at the drive thru. Do not go here. Poor service!!!

Poor service. Waited for 20 min at the window. When we finally got our food they forgot the fries for the combo meal and shorted us chicken in the two 6 PC. chicken strip baskets. The only thing that was correct was a 4 pc chicken strip basket. What a waste of time and money. By the way there we're only 2 cars in the parking lot..

Two years ago this was like any other DQ I knew. However, the drive thru has been getting consistently slower. My last visit to this place we were waiting so long that the lady behind us fell asleep. I'd much rather just drive by this place than stop and go in nowadays.

Went to this Dairy Queen on May 4th. Drive through line way long. Went inside for ice cream cones. Never got acknowledged left after 20 minutes. What is wrong with this picture? Couldn’t of a employee said just a minute we are busy ! Nope very disappointed!

Drive-thru employee was absolutely horrible, took five minutes to even say hello. Gave two mediums after having paid for two larges & when confronted she told us, the costumers, that we were wrong which was not the case & had an attitude the entire time. Manager took matters into his own hands & treated us the way we should have been so Tony, thank you. But again, the worst service I have ever received.

The day we went there they were having major issue with their computer system. They handled it the best they could by taking out order on paper and asked us to pay once they had the system back up.The food was ok. Nothing to rave home about.Something I could interesting was that they don't have any signage on the building indicating it's a DQ or that it's even open. We almost didn't stop because of that.

My family went here today dont think we will ever go back first when we got there we noticed it was pretty dirty no clean tables they should have time to clean as the place wasnt that busy .The workers seemed like they didnt want to be there no friendly welcome no smile nothing. Then when we got are food the chicken strips were very hard and dry like they have been sitting for awhile or they were over cooked . while we were eating one of the workers kept staring at us which made me feel very uncomfortable like there were other customers but of looking at them we were stared at . so we wanted to leave but before we left i went to go to the restroom well there was no toilet paper in there when i told one of the workers she seemed like she had a attitude just cause i told her there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I wanted to just ask for my money back but there were people in line and i had to get going to get my son to an appointment so we just ended up throwing most of are food away i was so disappointed i wouldnt suggest going to this dq

Great place to go. My dad and I go just about every Sunday. The employees are very nice, and will make sure that the item you ordered is made perfectly. I have been to other DQs but they do not compare to this one.

I was disappointed in my visit to this DQ. I ordered a chocolate/chocolate dip cone and a funnel cake with strawberries. I hot a vanilla/chocolate dip cone and no funnel cake. Had to go back in to reorder the funnel cake which putus another 15 min behind schedule. If you aren't in a hurry and don't mind correcting their mistakes, then it's the place for YOU!

Only have 30 minutes for lunch. Stood there for 10 minutes waiting for one of the kids to take my order. They would look over at me now and then as if I was bothering them. Never said one word to me. The absolute worst DQ I have ever been to.

Lady who took our order today was not nice at all. We had to order for 3 people including our little kid, but every time we add order she wasn’t happy or she doesn’t wanna take order. Poor customer service.

Very slow and poor service, I had a coupon for a 4 piece chicken strip basket with fries Texas toast and gravy. First I find no toast and then 10 miles down the road I find only 3 chicken strips.

Seems to have changed in a good way in the past few months, still only get 1 sause cup for 6 chicken strips but oh well. Still long wait times but darn good chicken.

It's a DQ however they need to work on mixing the blizzards better. Most of the time the bottom inch is ice cream not fully mixed.

Only two people working all the time very very slow so if you have at least 45 minutes to burn at a fast food place I would recommend Dairy Queen
