Byron is lucky to have a grocery store in town again—and a good one at that! The employees are always super friendly and they always ask to take your groceries out to your car for you. The meat counter is exceptional. Prices are higher than in Rochester but the convenience is worth it.

They have an amazing meat counter for fresh meat. The best I have ever seen at a grocery store. A+++. They bring your groceries out to your care and load them which is such a huge help. In a small community they hire the local school kids to bag groceries and bring the groceries out to your car. It teaches these kids great skills. Very clean and well stocked store. Comparable prices to the stores in Rochester. Highly recommended.

Great grocery store, small town feel with the best meat that I have ever had. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, they even take your groceries to your vehicle, and load them into your car. I really wish Fareway would open up another store in Rochester!!

Stopped selling there taco dips in stewartville. But byron still carries it. So I go there instead

Love this grocery store...friendly workers..always willing to help customers..You really feel at home the minute u walk in!! The meat counter always is very appealing. .fruit always fresh. Shelves always stacked. I drive to Byron just because of the atmosphere of a hometown grocery store from The old days. Thank you FarewayGrocery....5 star +

Great selection and super friendly staff. They load up your car for you as well. Being less than a mile from my home makes them a winner on all fronts. We go there a couple times a week and are never disappointed.

Fareway is an amazing store!!!! The employees are extremely helpful and great with customers, especially in the fresh meat section. Their produce is always fresh. The prices are a little high but worth it for good quality food as well as a clean and we'll stocked store with great, fast customer service. The checkout process is quick and easy and someone is always there to bag the items and help take them to your vehicle.

My favorite grocery store. They help me take my bags to my car and are nice to my kids. Great selection of products, amazing meat, love those fresh produce. Have made them our regular store and haven't regretted.

Meat department is beyond the best.All staff are happy to help me bring my groceries to my car as I am handicapped and believe me if I have more than one bag of groceries, I appreciate the help.We just moved from Stewartville and I thought I would have to drive fro Kasson to get my groceries. I love the selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK.One more thing, I’m grateful to hear your store is also closed on Sundays for those that attend church services. THANK YOU

So happy to have a grocery store in Byron again! It was amazing! The amount of food and number of selections was beyond what I envisioned. The workers were super helpful. They even take your groceries to your car and unload them for you! Can't wait to go back!

Nice small town style grocery store with a meat market and lower prices. The selection of groceries is typical of what you would find at a smaller store. They have the basics along with every type of frozen pizza, soda, chips, and tv dinner.Farway also has its own branded items. Where they are limited, is in the in-between items like packets of chicken. no high fructose jam, and non grocery items. I wish they had the type of sale items they had before the pandemic.

The people are ALWAYS great and I can get in and out in 20 min, really giving the old school personal grocery store feel where you feel welcome.I recently started shopping here since a big box name took over a Kasson store and decided that furnace filters and crock pots were more important than groceries at a grocery store.

Byron store is wonderful. I like it better than the Stewartville store. The only thing Byron store needs to do is have some turn signs off the highway because the store is kinda hidden and when I first went it took me ten minutes to find the place.

Use to shop Rochester and was looking forward to today. Came to the realization it will not be a go to store and will not be worth the drive. ITheir sales are ok but they are much higher on cookies , chips. meats etc. They also kept an older checker from the old store ( I got today)who puts the fear of God in you if you put your credit card in wrong
