Great service and value by folks that really CARE about animals. I highly recommend this salon. My dog had a full bath and full groom for over 50% less than a competitor that only bathed and trimmed around his eyes, rear and feet. We had a great experience and will be back!

Today my partner and I went to PetSmart at the Burnsville location to get our dog groomed. There was a female employee with dreadlocks that were dyed green who was disgustingly rude. As soon as we entered she was snippy. When we opened the door to the grooming salon she yelled from across the room that the grooming salon was closed, despite the door being open and the time indicated on the door stating that the saloon closed four hours later than when we arrived. She also made a snide comment that “we should have know since the lights were turned off”. That was how we were greeted at PetSmart; no one bothered to say welcome, only yell at us upon entering. That was a disappointing experience and that employee represented PetSmart VERY poorly.

Our dog dex has been going there for baths and because he couldn't stand very long they called and said that they couldn't give him a bath. He can stand up and lay down for a while then stand up again they just didn't want to deal with him he is 10 years old and had surgery to remove 2 tumors just so sad 😢 he is a very good boy and I will never shop again there

I have gotten my dog bathed there for 6 years. She always comes out clean and fresh. I have them detail her from nose to tail. Beside the bath, she gets teeth brushed, nails clipped and ground, ears cleaned, and glands expressed

Bought 2 male parakeets with the cage toys and food for about $240. Was in and out in about 20min.Lowkey I wish I would have realized how noisy they are haha

Bought a guinea pig for my daughter. They take good care of their pets but the girl that sold him to me was rude and frustrated. Store was busy so I had to rush which I didn't want to do. Wish I had Paul or Julie. Happy w my guinea tho.

Appreciate the wide variety of foods and goods available but really wish they'd stop selling animals and only do adoptions. It's heartbreaking to see dead betas or stressed out birds. It would also be nice to see their prices match their website, I have to check that the prices match and then ask them to match their own prices.

I just want to thank the employees, especially the manager, at Petsmart Burnsville. Our pup was in their grooming salon and got very nervous and stressed being in the crate which is a new behavior for him. He ended up breaking 2 nails down to the quick. They took such great care of him! The manager drove him to their vet and I met them there. They covered the vet visit and said no charge for the grooming. I've always had great experiences there and this just went above and beyond!! Bravo!!

Went and got Santa pics with our cold blooded crew. The staff were so excited to see them! Helped me dress them up and put them on Santa, Santa was THRILLED to hold them, and they were kind to my children also. We carried them around the store as we shopped and many of the workers cooed over our pets.Store was clean, well staffed, and easy to navigate!

The store is very clean. I brought in a recently adopted dog, I have always taken care of my dogs nails. This girl is terrified! Knowing she might be better off with the right setup and a second person, I brought her in. The first time went ok.... They were able to trim her nails, nit sand which is completely understandable.The second time, (and this is what happened to us at home( she really struggled. I left the grooming area to be out if sight, and I peeked around the window to see. It seemed to calm her, so I went in, the groomers motioned me to. You can't go back there-liability. (Although I used to go to W St P and my wonderful groomer shaved my Newfie mix. When she was older, I told Paula she couldn't stand in that table. We sat on the floor and I told her no ... Just make her comfortable for summer. She was the best!)My dog was going to hurt herself on that tie, so we stoppedI approached a mgr about a coupon book, and she was really gracious about *that* and my dog being reactive toward her.My experience at both locations has been really good.P.S. Tip your groomers!! It's hard work, when someone takes great care if your animal, thank them with a generous cash tip!!

I was disappointed to see that their stock was very limited. There wasn’t much selection for a big chain pet store. Half of the store was dedicated to pet food cat and dog. So the do have a somewhat good selection of food. However o was looking for gifts for the furry babies in my life. And there was a very short isle of toys and one side of an isle for treats. They did have Christmas stuff for them which I ended up buying. Wish they had more clothes.
