Very friendly employees, good prices, and nail trimming services are excellent for $15! There is a excellent variety of dog bones, toys, and treats, as well as other supplies.I have not tried the self-serve bath yet, but I love the option to do that here bc my house doesn't have an actual tub. At Christmas, they had a little arts and crafts table where they had stockings you could decorate for your pets, for free.. very festive and fun! I also really like that this is a locally owned store and I prefer to give my business to them over the big box chains.

First time in in a while. Came for the dog wash. Worked great, was nice the variety of shampoos available to use, towels are provided, and aprons to wear. Also got a nail trim, but didn't have an appointment, and they were able to squeeze my pup in. Much appreciated!!

Great place to shop for all your pet supply needs. They always have awesome deals on a wide selection of items. I always end up leaving with more than what I initially came there for because of the great deals.

Heavy, brown haired woman that opened today was polite to the elderly man she opened 10 minutes early for. He was outside knocking early and she let him in. I went in and she said , rudely , that she should not let me in. I told her I never banged on the door. The guy did. I was waiting for 9. She said she knew but he’s a regular. I ignored her and she gave me the rudest service when I checked out.

Service is over and beyond what “other pet stores” give! You have literally gained a loyal customer!! Employees are informative and helpful!! Shelves are fully stocked and if it’s low, they will go in the back and grab the product for you if it’s there. Definitely recommend this pet store HANDS DOWN! Worth the time to walk in and shop as well as shopping online! I bring in my dog and wash him up every other week and it’s perfect! Love this! You all had me at HELLO can I help you find something?!

The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and excited to see your pets. They offer nail trims for $10 & a Dremel trim several times a week. They have a 3 bay self-wash station that is the most affordable that I have ever found! At this time, you may purchase a 5 wash package for $25! They are way more friendly than Wags & Washes in Eagan. I would highly recommend this site over many others for your pet supply foods, supplements and grooming needs.

the self service dog wash was nice…. but they were so rude to my mother… my mother is aging and yes- doesn’t understand that the punch card for the dog washes is a discount if you buy in bulk- she connected the dots in like twenty seconds but… seems like the employees there are all on there phones and disconnected from the job. really disappointed that they treated my mother that way. wont be coming back to this location.

PS+ has always been a great supply shop in the area. I think their pierced are reasonable and their selection is great. I miss the bigger store but their current shop is great too. The staff are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

Love this place. Very reasonable prices. They have a large variety of food brands for dogs. I LOVE the dog bathstalls and the diff people that are avail at store for grooming, nails, pics etc. Staff is very helpful too. I love their reward program too and take advantage of their sales and discounts.

The staff are always friendly and ready to give my dog all the love. I love the bath station, it saves my back and my tub drain! The tubs are always clean and there's a great selection of different shampoos. It's also super convenient for after those muddy days at the dog park!And I see them going through these reviews, which I think is pretty sweet, especially these days

We went yesterday to find a specific cat toy. We mentioned what toy we were looking for to the cashier. She said she saw some like that in the basket to be stocked. They’re the best! The did so good clipping my Benjis nails! It’s so funny because we just had went to Petco in apple valley to get his nails trimmed and the person had to end the service so we left bummed and soon after when we went here, to get his food, they asked if we wanted his nails clipped! They did it like bosses. thank you so much we really appreciate it:) we have been trying to clip his nails by ourselves for awhile! Me, Benji, and everyone else thank you!!❤️

My New main go to dog store. Tons of choices for toys Chews Pet accessories everything you can think of That you might need. Staff was very friendly and help me find what I was looking for that was looking for and even took time to help me find a new more suitable dog food for my 8 month old labs pupp. As far as they have a dog wash Area with sinks high powered hose for drying soap soaps conditioners conditioners shampoos Comes the whole work They even give you towels to use. Then clean up for you when you're done it's a great deal $5 a wash when you buy 5 washes. My puppy's coat was super smooth and clean after using their wash

Canned cat food has been hard to find because of the supply chain issues. They still have a pretty good supply here. The employees were very helpful. They even suggested a few other stores that might still have the food my fluffballs prefer.

We just moved down the road and were so happy to see a pet store in walking distance. Stopped in in and the store was clean, well organized and stocked. The one star review comes from the experience at checkout. A man who clearly had special needs was in front of us. The person at the checkout was so rude to him. She kept getting upset as he counted his money, he had someone there to help him but was obviously working on that skill. She sighed, rolled her eyes etc as he was trying to pay. It was so horrible. Once he was done she loudly announced how sorry she was for "the long wait nothing I can do about that kind of thing". He wasn't even out the door the person with him had enough and said he was trying to learn to pay on his own. The worker had the audacity to say "we are a store not a place to work on disabilities ". So shocked people are treated that way. We will not shop here and suppourt that kind of behavior especially when I have a child who has a disability myself. Please train your staff.

It also frequently says they're out of products online, but I've called the store to find an ample supply. Bottom line: The in-store experience is great, but don't bother with their website.

Most favorite petstore. Ive been going here for years! They dont have much of a selection for rodents unfortunately but the workers are very friendly, informational, and have vibrant personalities. Lot better cost wise too compared to petco, petsmart, ect.
