Horrible for ordering food pick up. My daughter thinks that is so great.They gave us a time frame wasn't ready when we parked in the area..they said how many items..and better come back as we said ok fine we will go to the nearby McD's and they said the store closes in 21 minutes and they weren't ready..they had replacement items she accepted like Cina raisen bread..and get this the plums 4 to 5 were replaced with 1<<< apricot in a little produce bag alone found it next day in trunk.Pictures will be shown.We drove a distance to the Walmart, and we never stepped foot in the store.Where I used to live open until midnight or 24 hours, what a joke to be not ready and say store will close at 10pm..maybe Don't make us wait until so late.What a joke. She said she got her money back..but that's why you should go in a store and pick your own items.The deli department did the worst thing. Instead of slapping a label on the side of the deli bag, they were completely rude to slap the sticker on the zip lock, making it inoperable.

The one star is for the cashier and nothing else. Watch out for the DOOR RECEIPT POLICE at this store!!! When you spend almost $200 and just because something is on the bottom of your cart “bulk item” that you maybe don’t want to smash the rest of your food, they automatically think you’re trying to steal that item! THEN they can’t even read a receipt and then make you wait even longer! Then they use there handheld and still can’t figure it out. Oh and did I mention that they don’t know what produce items are and charge you for something that’s maybe $2 but be prepared they will charge you for more! Two bad experiences back to back at this store. I won’t be back. Take my business back to Target.

Very rude customer service ! Because of clients like me they have a salary , but yet their customer representative , floor supervisor could care less! Had an issue with the playing machines that 1 was not working correctly and took my grandson's money , she replied why did we play that one that was not working ? The maxhine was lit had noise and music but couldn't play it . She stated that is not their problem as Walmart rents the space to those machines that eat your money ! Ridiculous, her behavior was rude, aggresive and disgusting ! Be aware !!!!@ Walmart !! The picture shows lights on. And if Walmart had nothing to do with the machines why did she had the audacity to come in into the game room and unplugged the machine . We saw no sign that stated it was not working ! I got her name to email it to Corporate to correct her nasty behavior abusive towards a contributing consumer !!!

I know economically we all have to go to Walmart.But I wish I didn't have to go.I hate this place.Normally it's a madhouse. I go there for a few items. and leave spending hundreds of dollars. And with 75% of the things I don't need.I leave mad at the place,My wife and my children and absolutely hate myself for going in the first place.We should all start going to our local stores. The ones we stopped appreciating a long time ago.I'm just going to get drunk and forget about that damn place.Sorry for venting

1 star because I can’t go down to zero. I was simply trying to buy myself a drink due to being parched. I am struggling financially so I was paying at the self checkout with quarters. I put in 4 quarters and it spit out one and only counted for 2. I’m am extremely disappointed that this huge corporation needs to steal from me when I’m down in life 😢😢😢

Ohhh I come for pickups…. Wait 20 mins…. Then call again bc people who came AFTER me are getting their stuff and I’m not!!! I kinda liked Walmart but am starting to hate it. Pretty sure I’m done doing pickups.

I needed a headlight bulb and they have them locked behind glass now so I thought it was going to take me a long time to find someone working but there wasn't very long at all next aisle over somebody was there and they went and grabbed the key quick down my headlight and they rang it up in the back for me out the door I was In-N-Out in less than 5 minutes

They have put more cashiers on the floor, that's because of the holidays. They appear to have put in more self check outs. I feel they are taking away jobs from people by utilizing self check outs.

I was able to find everything handsome nice sweatpants that were named brand for a very good price and some other food products that were reasonably priced a free ride there and back it was very enjoyable

Today I had a wonderful experience there. I had a hard time finding stuff but every employee was very helpful and kind. I’m disabled so I have to have help with ringing up my groceries and helping me bring them to my car and to load them rin. A very nice young man by the name of Mason very graciously walked to my car while I rode the motorized shopping cart. He unloaded my groceries into my car. Mason is such a polite and caring person. We had a nice conversation and I just feel I need to let it be known. Thank you Mason for your kindness and your support for and making it a wonderful experience. Good luck to you, keep up the good work and I know you will go far and be successful in your future.

Very nice cashier that I had today. Very bubbly and extremely friendly. She was someone that brings a customer back. She takes her time and seems to be interested in what the customer has to say. Treats all customers the same, young or older. Buffalo Walmart you have a winner with her. Sorry I didn't get her name.

Went to Walmart today and thought, "Oh, I'll grab puppies some Calentine treats for 50% off. They will enjoy them. When ar register rang up at full price, so asked about 50% off was told they are human, not dog treat. But in aisle with valentines and everything else rings up 50% off and wouldn't horror price.

I had a very long list to work with and this WalMart filled the bill. First, I needed my glasses readjusted and the Eye Care Center was very nice and professional while they fixed my glasses.I found a 4" topper for my Mom's bed, the only one for a full size; pillows; an egg boiler; potted flowers in the Garden Center; Bakery goodies (Love the muffins) and misc. items. The store is always clean and brightly lit. What I miss are the greeters and associates who offered help and didn't look at you like they don't want to be bothered.

I was 5 min late picking up my online order and not only did they cancel it they only returned $19 out of the $489 my order was for. So I had to go in and grab a few things, just to eat today and now have to wait until they refund all my money back and redo the whole order and waste another day picking it up. This is highly disappointing!

Purchased about 15 pouches of Gerber baby food two days ago and just noticed today there was a quarter size black clump in one of the pouches that I was about to give to my 9 month old daughter and I leaned forward to smell it and it was RANCID. Checked the expiration date and it had expired months and months ago!! Proceeded to check all of the other pouches and 7/15 had a nasty rotten smell with big chunks that you could visibly see through the pouches and they were all expired! Not to mention one of the jar foods I had purchased a few weeks ago expired a YEAR AGO. Absolutely disgusting I spoke with the “supervisor” Crystal and all she said was for them to give me a refund. You are going to get people SICK, babies and children. I almost gave this to my child! completely unacceptable check your inventory.

so they had two registers open for the whole store and i swear they were scanning an item roughly every 10 seconds went to self checkout and asked clerk who was on her phone if she could ring me up. she looked at me like I killed. Her kid said no she had to help these other people now mind you the other people didn’t need help she was standing there like I said on her phone and told me two different times that she could not help me, so because I refused to self check out myself because Walmart does not give me a discount or pay me for doing it so I will have them scan my items for me because of this lady now mind you she was in her 60s or 70s wasn’t like she was a kid I will never shop there again I will only go in there to make videos on how do use employee treat customers a Walmart Buffalo watch out. Today I was looking for some Pokemon cards. I spoke directly with the vendor. I asked her if she could help me with a question about the Pokemon cards. She immediately said she can't help me, saying she knows nothing about the product. She was very rude and condensending, and overall just not wanting to help. The product is not labeled. You can't tell what it is that is behind the shelf.

I mean..its Wal-Mart. I will say compared to other cities and their Wal-Marts, Buffalo is decent. I've heard negative and positive. I personally avoid my trip until I run out of enough things to make it worth it and do one bigger trip. I don't like being in there very often. Their prices used to make it more worth it, but not in years. Target and Cub and sometimes even Coborns have comparable sales. They do have more options. And specific things you can't grab at Target. But with online shopping..idk. I'm not trying to act like I don't appreciate the store in theory. It depends who is working and what you need to get accomplished. And again, Buffalo has one of the nicest stores I've been to. Just manage your expectations when it comes to customer service. I couldn't give it 3 or less stars though, just based on availability and variety etc. It's not usually a mess or anything major. It's more the feeling I get being there for whatever reason. And a lot of times the people working there cannot help when you need it. But I understand it too.

Well stocked, seems to have plenty of workers stocking all the time. Yet every time I go there, only 1 cashier is there and the lines are so far back and customers are upset about it. 24 registers and only one cashier open. Give or take atleast 100 shoppers in the store at minimum, this place needs more cashiers!

I needed to run in to get a last minute item at 10:45. The store closes at 11. I was walking fast, as I knew it was closing soon. Nonetheless, Walmart found it useful to pay an employee to stand at the door at that time and glare and literally yell at me like I was in boot camp that I had 5 minutes only, and inferred that I was not allowed to come in as it was.He continued to yell like this to the next 10 people...As I ran and panicked and got what I needed and was walking back out, I saw many people still checking out in lines.Perhaps this location could review if they should stay open an hour longer, or just not make the people feel so panicked and scared by this employee.

Where are the small carts, seniors like myself don't want to push large carts that the wheels don't work on, I understand that the person collecting carts complained about the work, sorry thats your job if you can't do it leave, the customer should come first they are the ones keeping the store open and giving you a paycheck, get the small carts back
