This Buffalo location doesn’t know what they’re doing, they’ve tried to say my discount is invalid when I clearly and actively work for target. I shouldn’t have to explain certain policies on my day off. 💀 they’ve also tried to say my red card doesn’t work when it’s still active. Head to Monticello target instead!

Baby section is extremely unorganized. They don’t seem to be getting new/updated baby items except clothes. I couldn’t look at strollers and car seats due to all the boxes on the floor. Target used to be my go to for baby items, but now I don’t bother going here. Check out lines are always extremely slow if they are open. It’s almost impossible to make shopping trips here quick because of how long it takes to check out. Over all I like Target, but I dread going to the Buffalo location.

I went to Target to buy a pair of shorts and a spring top. I am plus sized and couldn’t find one pair of shorts to even try on. The selection for plus size women is embarrassing.

So tired of coming here to shop for presents for my wife and daughter only to be accused of stealing. I can only assume it's because of how I look, profiling at it's finest. I've never stolen in my life, and it's not only incredibly insulting but demeaning, too, as though I can't provide for my family or something. Ridiculous.

They never have stuff and they took all the staff off registers. Generally 1 or none working. Consequently walmart added cashiers and has stuff in stock all the time. Walmart is where it's at in this town. Crazy that that's a thing

The self checkouts have been shut down the last few times shopping here. If you are going to force customers to checkout with a cashier, please make sure there is more than one cashier handling all of this.

Literally the slowest pickup ever. The past two times I waited over 10 minutes. At that point I could’ve easily ran in myself….so what’s the point?

The Monticello Target is much better and well organized. I was looking for some cube shelving for my craft room, they didn't have what I was looking for.

Empty shelves aisle after aisle. Items listed available are unavailable. Items listed unavailable are available. In the spring summer fall dead birds are everywhere on the east side of building. Great customer service staff. Everywhere discarded product left unnoticed by team members. At the entrance a security person (blonde hair, glasses)stands there handing out carts, chatting with other teammates or wandering the store obliviously looking either shop lifters, obliviously cannot be looking for safety as I watched him pass by oranges left on the floor. I actually had to laugh at the time he closely followed me out of the store after I had paid for my purchases at self check out with a team member standing there. When I turned around to open my trunk, made eye contact he pretended like he hadn't been following me & turned around and started walking back. Embarrassing. Only 2 big box stores in Buffalo is Target & the other 1 starting w/letter W, just not my type of store. I've been to multiple Targets in the TC & I can't say my experiences at this particular location are the norm, this one just has some allocation, operational & better training for other departments.

If Target's corporate office believes people will pay higher prices for a better shopping experience, they should actually provide a better shopping experience, especially at their store in Buffalo. We got overcharged by almost $24 on one item, could not get a common lotion type item in their area leased to CVS and neither we or the cashier could get our Target Red Card to work at the one checkout, with a cashier, they had open.

Went here for drive-up and after waiting 10 minutes, someone finally brought my items. The boy told me that there was a bag of "goldfish" missing and his boss would bring it out and asked that I wait. I sat there for another 20 minutes while driver after driver was helped. Finally someone decided to see if I was waiting on an order and I filled her in. She said "good deal, just wanted to make sure you were being helped". I waited another 5 minutes and the girl then decided to radio her boss while she was assisting another driver. Apparently there was a "miscommunication" and the "cold items" were already on the cart before the boy brought it out. When I got home, the bag of cold items which consisted of 2 jugs of milk, a box of yogurt and 2 packages of ground beef, broke. I'm surprised the ground beef didn't get punctured by the corner of the box that it was pressed against seeing as the common sense to put it in its own bag was missing.. as I took items out of the bags, I was just amazed to find that my $35 container of formula was missing. Now I get to wait 5-7 business days just to see IF I can get a refund or not. This store is an absolute mess when it comes to management and organization and is the most out of stock out of any other locations I've been to.

This target is always out of everything. Looking for random but essential things like socks, lamp shades, face wash, area rugs, peanut butter, baby purée or tomato soup? Most things are out or very little options. And this is just to name a few. Looking for your size? Good luck. Empty shelves everywhere. This is ridiculous.

This place is a dump. Walmart was better... and that never is the case.Shelves sloppy, nothing looked nice and orderly. I wish I would've taken a picture of the clearance area, clothes all over the floor, couldn't even get a cart through, without driving all over the items. Seriously this store manager is either sleeping, doesn't care or just plain and simple has the wrong job title. Will never be back. Buffalo is a toilet....

My daughter bought my son a Pokemon Board Game for Christmas that apparently had been purchased and returned after the good cards were stolen from the box. Guest Services needs to be aware that these products contain collectible cards and stop taking them back as returns because apparently shady collectors are exploiting this and now my son got a gutted gift for Christmas.

Store seriously never has anything. Every time I make an online purchase to have delivered it says they have the items in stock and it turns out they don’t. Not sure how this doesn’t get updated on the app. Example: ordered Easter candy and the shopper said there is none out on the floor, asked a manager where it was, they said they haven’t put it out yet. Why is it even an option to purchase in the app then? This happens all time with all types of items at this store. I never have this problem at other locations. Buffalo is THE worst!

I love the drive up. There's no membership to pay for, theirs no minimum order. Which is nice when you live alone. There's no time slot you have to pick. It is effortless and the customer service employees that bring your item to your are are always fast and very friendly. I hope this never goes away. I've shopped at Target more over the past year when drive up became an option then I did over the past 14 years I've lived in Buffalo.

I used to love going to Target, because it was nice and clean and people were friendly and helpful. But then they went and turned into Walmart. I might be old fashioned but I don’t enjoy using the self checkout. You guys do pay me enough to do the job you should pay your actual employees for. I’ll shop elsewhere from now on.

I went to purchase toddler formula for my toddler while I was shopping with my newborn baby. The person at the self checkout seemed fine at first and was just making conversation, but she kept criticizing that my baby was unhappy and hungry and that I was ignoring her.It's hard enough leaving the house with a newborn with everything going on in the world, but then she kept goading other customers checking out to agree that I was ignoring my baby and that she was hungry, when that wasn't the case. I shouldn't have to announce that I'm breastfeeding and she ate before I came to the store to complete strangers. Or that the TODDLER FORMULA I was purchasing was for my toddler at home and not my newborn. I was already feeling pressure to check out as quickly as possible and if I hadn't been picking up items I actually needed, I would've left everything behind just to get out of there faster. Having an employee insinuate I'm not feeding my infant when she's extremely healthy and well-fed, but just a little fussy, and then getting other people involved is just so far beyond rude. My family won't be shopping at this location again.

Nice, friendly hard-working people at the store, but many items I order for pick up are out of stock. I do not find out until the order is filled and ready. I have taken to ordering for pick up at another Target most of the time.

I think Target has the most adorable fashion and home goods, the end cap called target circle or something similar is also my go to! Target is only lacking in one department, groceries. I wish they had a larger variety of brands to choose from.

I returned 2 items and.Was going to look for a different item for my daughter but some of the customers were rude to stare as I was bruised up from a fall, not only did they stare, but kept staring. So we left.

Employees went above and beyond my expectations helping and improving my visit. At checkout I was given advice on how to save on my purchase.Next I forgot something while I was at the store and came back 1/2 hour later to get it, a supervisor assisted me as I had paid for it at my first visit and he was able to remedy my problem immediately.Highly impressed with the entire experience!

Logistics fail caused me a significant loss of time and money. Checked their website to confirm product availability. Showed 9 left, but not available for purchase online. Drove 15 miles to pick up a few. Oops. They tell me there is a "number glitch". They showed the same data, but none were in stock. Conclusion: Either their ERP platform is stuck in 1999, or people are shoplifting large, bright-colored $6 sleds. Please fix this so we can restore confidence in American brands.

I needed to pick up my meds and a few other items. I was quite disappointed that many items on the shelves were low or out. Many areas in the store items on shelves were a mess. The womens bathroom very dirty and smelled, had not been cleaned for some time. So sad.

Love Target! I always find exactly what I need and don't need. My cashier was training on cash registers that day, and he was wonderful! Very polite, knowledgeable and made small talk -but not the weird small talk that makes an introvert uncomfortable - just easy going chitchat. Plus, with the Target card and circle, I don't feel I need to hide all my purchases from my husband!
