Cody gets so excited whenever he's dropped off here! My kids love the pictures posted each day showing how much fun he's having with his friends. They get SO much personal care, attention, and EXERCISE!!! If you're hesitating because of pricing...you absolutely get more than what you pay for! It's very clean and well maintained. We never worry about Cody and he sleeps for about a week after he's been there a few days❤️

We absolutely LOVE having our Axle attend Ruffin’ Inn! He gets excited as soon as we pull in and has fun until we pick him up. We never worry about him while he’s there and have always had amazing experiences. The staff are wonderful and even post pictures so we can see what he’s up to while we are away from him. We recommend Ruffin’ Inn whenever we can!

Our dog Archie had a fantastic time at Ruffin Inn!! They posted pictures and updates on Facebook several times a day and Archie came back home full of Smiles. I have nothing but good things to say! We will definitely use Ruffin Inn again!!! Amazing Place!!

Was a bit nervous kenneling our dogs for the first time and they did great. The staff at Ruffin Inn were very reassuring and answered all our questions and concerns. They posted pictures everyday which helped with our anxiety. Recommend them for sure.

Our Husky absolutely loves going to Ruffin Inn and comes home so happy and exhausted from all the fun playing she does there. The staff is all so kind and we love getting the daily pictures of her staycation while we are away. 100% recommend Ruffin Inn for your fur babies 😊

I highly recommend Ruffin Inn to anyone looking for a place for their pet while they are out of town. My Cocoa is deaf after an ear surgery, and needs various medications, and they always do a phenomenal job with her. They post awesome pictures everyday, so you can see how your pet is doing. On Cocoa's last stay, it was also her birthday, so they gave her a hat and then a pig's ear, and posted pictures, which was really fun to see. I love knowing that my dog is happy, safe, and in good hands when we are gone!

Our dog was attacked by other dogs while staying at Ruffin Inn due to an employee error. Management rectified the situation by reimbursing us for multiple surgeries but in our opinion was not super remorseful or kind when we shared our concerns in their protocols and response to the incident.

From the minute I walked in the door with my dog the ladies were kind and caring to my dog. He had an amazing bath and grooming! He didn’t want to leave! Thanks for taking such great care of him! Rangers an 8.5 year golden retriever for reference and loved it!

This was my dog's first stay at a boarding facility. I followed the FB page and she appeared to be having a good time. I wish they would have provided some sort of "report card" but overall it was a positive experience. We will return.

Olly has been going for daycare around two days a week. He runs and gets to interact with other dogs. He would never let us take him out of the car if he didn’t like. Kinda like I have to drag him into the vet for shots. We love them and Olly loves them.

We brought our pup here when we went on vacation and had a really great experience. Seeing all the daily photos with puppy smiles and playing all day helped us enjoy our time away knowing she was having fun as well. She was so happy when we picked her up so it was obvious that she was well taken care of. Thanks for the great care from everyone there at Ruffin Inn!! We will definitely be coming back for all our dog boarding needs.

I debated posting this but honestly trying to get appointments set was just an all around weird? experience. I tried booking boarding 4 months in advance, with a short daycare appointment a week or two after booking just to see if he did well in that environment. When I submitted the online booking it was late night so I intended to upload his vet information when I got the chance to reach out to his primary and get copies of his vax records. I got an email the next day saying my boarding was rejected because they were fully booked on that day. Called to get my deposit back and the gentleman on the phone was incredibly off-putting and was very strongly implying my dog must not be vaccinated because I hadn’t uploaded paperwork right away, and that’s why it was rejected, despite the email I received only saying they were booked. I didn’t receive any other correspondence otherwise. I tried explaining this, and that I was at work so I just needed time to actually talk to his vet, and he was talking over me and wouldn’t actually listen to anything I told him. I pride myself on never raising my voice or being rude to those working in hospitality so no, there was no Karen-ing going on. Ended up canceling all together because of that experience and went to a different boarding facility. Just all around put a bad taste in my mouth.

We dropped our three Dobermans off there for over a week and just picked them up today.❤️ We did it a year before too. We got a bonded pair this year from United Doberman Rescue that had kept them there too. I strongly recommend the Ruffin Inn. We toured a handful of other kennels before deciding on them, and I assure you the hour drive is worth it. I just saved you tens of hours touring the local kennels which we did. Those dang dogs are our children, it is tantamount to picking a baby sitter.

We switched to Ruffin Inn after our previous doggie day care providers retired. We are happy to make the switch! The facility is well run and maintained and our Aussie came home tired and happy. We love they are open daily as our other place was only open M/W/F. Great place to socialize your dog and ensure they are active.
