This was an initial appointment for Vixen, my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. We ordered the complete package. The atmosphere in the shop was friendly, neat and clean, brightly lit, and secure. I was met at the door as soon as we walked in and the groomers spent some time getting to know us and what we were looking for in a cut and other services. The staff were professional, but friendly and caring, at least as judged by Vixen's "mood" when she greeted me at pickup. She looked spit shined, soft, and ready for a night on the town! Highly recommend! We will definitely be back for more!

First time visit for our Corgi. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly and professional. Our appointment was with Lindsey who exhibited experience with and knowledge of Corgi temperament and behavior which set me at ease from the start. I was very satisfied with the grooming and our pup was very relaxed and calm when I picked her up. It was an over-all great experience and we will be returning to Ruff*alo for our grooming needs!

My dog Stella looked so good after her grooming and she seemed very comfortable there. I’ve attempted to groom her a few times during the summer and her hair looked like it. When I picked her up she looked happy with little bows in her hair and finally looked like a Bichon. I will always bring her there!

Felt welcome from the second we walked in and you could tell everyone loves what they do. Picked my dog up after an hour and they did an amazing job with her. Highly reccomend and will be going back.

Our dog Maya, an English Doodle, looked so adorable when we picked her up. I requested a pretty short buzz and in the past other grooming shops had a hard time getting it to look even and blend right but Ruff-Alo did a perfect job!

My Alaskan Klee Kai is a more anxious dog. I’m always afraid to take him to someone new, but he did great. I love the dedication to establishing trust with the dogs being groomed, they take their time but not excessively so, and they did what I asked. What more can I ask for?

My first experience with them today, it smelled great when I walked in with Leo, I was greeted by Melissa that was very sweet and friendly, she had Leo come in and walk around to get use to the place as I filled out a form. I really had a good feeling about leaving my best buddy with them. When I picked up Leo, Melissa explained the grooming and said he did great. I think Leo actually didn’t mind getting groomed today, I left thinking we will be back! Great setup and atmosphere, very friendly and caring staff, can’t say enough! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
