Shame on you Menards. I like to see what the original price is on sale items. Imagine my surprise... The same price before and after your 'sale'. I don't know if this is legal, or maybe a mistake but it's sad.

I love Menards. Doesn't matter, any location. All stores have same layout. It can be a quick in and out but usually it is not.

Only bought 3 plants of the 6 pack today I would of loaded up but they didn't look well very dryed out. I felt like I had 2 rush home to water/ save them.*I do have a suggestion water and keep the plants warm don't display pants that dont look healthy!!

We ordered all of our needed materials to replace our deck online. We paid the service fee to have Menards shop the product for us. When we showed up to pick everything up, it was all on a pallet ready to be loaded into our car. We got towards the end of our project and realized that Menards gave us 2 side railings and 2 stair railings, when we ordered 4 side railings and 0 stair railings. We went back to Menards to swap them out for the correct items that we ordered. In addition to be not what we ordered or needed, the stair railings cost more than the side railings so Menards gave us product that was more than what we paid for. When we got to Menards to swap it out, the customer service we received was incredibly disappointing to say the least. The manager was very rude to us and not only stated there was nothing they could do, she then began to tell us that it’s our problem because we grabbed the wrong items. When we explained that we paid to have them shop the items for us and they had them all on a pallet, she then told us that they don’t have any items in stock to swap them out. We were informed by the workers outside that they do have them in stock, so when we mentioned that to her she said that the “in stock” items are all for online orders. This is just really frustrating because WE placed an online order and were given the wrong items so this should be made right. She continued to very bluntly state that she can’t help us, so when we said we’d just keep the more expensive railings then, she started trying to charge us the difference in price. At this point, we just walked out. Not only has this been incredibly inconvenient and frustrating, the customer service was extremely rude and degrading. We just wanted the correct items we paid for to finish our deck. Buffalo, Minnesota Menards needs to do better.

I just had the pleasure of speaking with a young man in pick up and delivery. I think his name is Troy but it definitely started with a T. He’s a patient kind person incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I hope he’s getting the props he deserves.

I had visited the store to purchase over 200 feet of fence kit worth over $5000. I asked one of the associates at the customer service desk to help me apply for the credit card and give me more information on how I can save money making a big purchase. He said to go online. I had mentioned that atleast home depot helps me apply for a card at a bare minimum, to which he just gave me an info card to apply online myself and said it’s all about self service here. I was very bothered and said I’ll see what options Home Depot has to which he snickered and said fine. Unbelievable that this menards doesn’t care about its customers. I have the packing list upon request.

Told that I was able to return a door if it didn’t work by an employee. Found out this is not the case, very disappointed. Sara Stiles, general manager, very unprofessional. Would of even took in store credit. Looks like Home Depot is my new store!

Poor service all together. Items aren’t stocked as it says online, team members have no answers, coffee cups left on dusty shelves, and what is real upsetting is they change the sales overnight now and not weekly. Be sure to double check their ad as well, some things are on sale only overnight according to the manager. That means if you don’t get there the day you get the ad you will not be granted the sale. Also if you bought said product the day before they will not price match it to the sale. Shop wisely as we have had to reevaluate.

Huge store with everything you could need. Lumber yard is massive and well cleaned. Front end workers always very nice and professional. All employees seem to be in a good mood and happy to help you. Best hardware store around very helpful for contractors and local businesses.

I ordered something on line for pick up that was incorrect. I called the store and worked with Andrew. Instead of telling me to go to the website and cancel my order as so many companies do now days, Andrew simply took care of it and canceled my order for me. This made my day. Finally someone that gets and understands good customer service. Thank you Andrew!!!!

Always find more then I need because of great prices .sometimes have to Waite to find help but any staff member knows exactly where to find items I need which is a big plus .save your receipts and send in for rebates .what you get back is listed on bottom and you can send multiple receipt portions in one envelope .nice getting a store credit in the mail .

You need it for work? They have it! I could spend hours in that store. I found Wrangler work pants that I couldn't find anywhere else! And they were real Wranglers, not that flex polyester bull. The clerk was nice. And...no one (except the clerk) had a mask on. I highly recommend this store for all your work needs.

Could not be anymore disappointed we ordered a dishwasher 4 months ago we were given 3 different dates and now it will be in, in April. Half a year for a dishwasher. We asked for our money back and they said they’d give us in store credit, or we could will out paperwork and wait another 2 weeks. Never order anything from the horrendous Store unless you want to wait forever to get nothing.

horrible customer service after purchasing a stainless steel refrigerator. paid full price for a refrigerator, only to get it home and out of the box to find it damaged. the general manager couldn't have cared less. This is not the first time I have experienced less than friendly service at this Menards but this was by far the most frustrating after spending so much money. I would strongly recommend buying large appliances somewhere else.

So apparently part of my order got backordered for 2 months and they can’t get inventory from all the surrounding Menards stores that have them in stock. I paid for delivery so now I have to pay for delivery for my partial order and drive 40 mins to go get the rest of my order. Absolutely ridiculous management system. Nobody ever reached out to tell me it was backordered or offered to do anything to help get it resolved once I reached out to see the status 2 days after it was due. We will see if the refund actually goes through as no one knew how to process it. Do not ever place an online order with Menards.

I’ve been here many times and it usually goes pretty good. Today I went in to buy some lumber. The cart corral by the lumber area was completely empty. So I start walking towards the front of the store looking for a lumber cart. Nothing can be found. I set my couple items at a register that isn’t being used and step outside to look for a cart and there are over 20 carts scattered on the front sidewalk. I grab one that is only a couple feet out the door and step back inside. The manager at the front of the store tells me I cannot come back in this door. I had just said hi to this lady 10 seconds before. Now she tells me I need to go all the way around with this cart and come in the entrance. I explained the situation to her and she replies “that is an exit only”. . . Whatever I just did it, not a huge deal. I’m now in back picking out my lumber and an older gentleman walks up to the worker that is just down the isle from me and asks where he can find a cart like the one I have. The worker said there is a cart corral at the end of the isle. I spoke up and said it’s empty I had to go get mine from the parking lot. The older gentleman turns and looks at the worker and says well where can I get one. The worker replies “sounds like out in the parking lot” I started laughing and the old guy stormed away. The worker looks at me and says “what are you laughing at?” I just shook my head and went along with my day.

Bought lumber for a project today. Excellent service from the lumber yard men. They helped us get the lumber down, carried it to the saw where we needed to cut the lumber and helped us with the cutting. They were polite, helpful and cheerful and it showed that they enjoyed their jobs and helping customers. Something we don't see very often anymore. We will definitely be back.

Vary helpful and nice. Masks are required as it should be expected. And they do enforce it! I loved watching someone at checkout that refused to Wear a mask be told to order their stuff online and they took his cart away. It was great and a appreciate them doing so. It is not hard to Wear a mask just do it or like they said order online. Whether you think it's necessary or not the store has the right to require it. So just be respectful please wear your masks. And thank you Menards for enforcing it like you do.

They were very helpful. I told them the items I needed help with and they were brought up to the register. The gentleman loaded all items in my car. A clerk even brought back the senior scooter for me. Very pleased.

Went in to get paint, had a few questions in what was best and what to use. Awesome help!! Very knowledgeable and when we came back to pick up the paint he had the brushes and rollers that he recommended for the project.

Bought trusses, steel roofing and siding for a cabin being built in NE Minnesota. Provided cabin measurements, 12/12 pitch and millwork staff calculated materials needed. Materials were shipped to building site. Hired a crew and schedule a weekend to install. Upon installation, we discovered the steel roof panels were measured 6 inches too short. Menards offered a piece meal solution to extend panelscresting a seam on both sides of the roof. Corporate stated it was my responsibility to insure proper materials measurements. This will eventually be decided in court. Buyers for building projects bought at Menards should hire archetect, engineers and professional contractors as Menards will not correct or fix errors created by their staff. BUYER BEWARE.

This is my go-to store, I need the store as much as I need any other essential business. I am disappointed that not everyone takes the health of our vulnerable population seriously..I found exactly what I needed and I went about my business.Most of the employees I encountered were wearing their masks properly, two of them were not wearing masks at all and one in particular was half wearing a mask nose uncovered.It's disappointing that not everyone takes it seriously, that is all I'm saying.

I am very disappointed in the service. That was given to me at Menards at Buffalo I will never shop at Menards again. I had an employee lie to me and say they would pull my order and it would take a couple of hours so I went home and then called back two and a half hours later and the employee on the phone said I can’t pull this order today and I can’t get it done. So why wouldn’t tell me right away. So I have wasted time getting my father and his worker trailer here to change and say this guy lied and wasted my time. This so called manager Travis griffin was terrible manager needs manager training on client satisfaction. So from here on out I will be making my purchases at Home Depot were they take care off issues and take care of the client

Staff very helpful and friendly. But, the customers were taking their masks off once in the store. Not a big advocate of the mask but, if only for a short time, what's the big deal?
