Bought two packs of Newport 100 menthol from this store at 2:50am, 5/7/23. When I got home and took them out of my bag, both were already opened but seemed to have all of the cigarettes in the pack...so far. Why is the protective wrapping off prior to purchase? I don't know what could have been done to them. I've tried calling the store to get some answers but there was continuously no answer. 🤔🤨

Me and my sister went into kwik trip for some snacks and my sister had her service dog with her and the lady with dark long hair working completely attacked her with questions and stuff she can not legally ask her my sister is in heart failure and we just simply wanted some snacks but instead she went out balling because a lady cussed her out it was so disrespectful and wil never be going there again.

An older lady with long black hair named Mary was INCREDIBLY rude to me! She gave me SO much attitude when all I did was ask a simple question. Couldn't believe it!! I used to work for kwik trip so I really was in shock that she was so rude considering kwik trip hires good people.

Wonderful people, friendly and helpful. Huge selection of groceries and prepared food of all sorts from snacks like cookies and doughnuts to roller grill items like egg rolls etc. Pizzas, burgers and breakfast sandwiches. Coffee, cappuccino, bottled water, milk, juices, monster's and Starbucks - they have it all! And then some...just mind being selection can't forget the eggs, butter, bread, Ice cream and fountain beverages. Truly something for everyone. Always a speedy curious checkout!

I've been going to this location ever since it opened. 5 days a week. I've found nothing but excellent service. Friendly employees. Great coffee selection and breakfast sandwiches. Oh, almost forgot. The restrooms are always CLEAN. Never run out of TP or towels.

Review from purchase in Buffalo, MNI filled my 20 oz. Karuba Refillable Mug from the Gold/Espresso Touch Screen machine. I work across from a different Kwik Trip and the employees have said it is ok to do so, so I assumed it was fine. I got up to the register assuming my total (with snacks) would be around 10-12 dollars, but it was 17. I shop at Kwik Trip often and have most prices memorized, so I reviewed my receipt on the way to my vehicle. I was charged for a large and medium Karuba Gold beverage (3.49 and 2.99), totaling 6.48 for my single refill. I brought the receipt back into the store, but couldn’t find an employee. I eventually found them all hiding in the kitchen. I began talking to a man and showed him my cup, he was walking with me back towards the register when the lady who rang me up stopped him. She essentially nudged him off to the side and said “I watched you fill your huge cup with a large and medium drink”. I showed her the refill pricing (that specifically says espresso on it), and she said it didn’t count because I got the wrong type of drink and my cup was too big. I have a tall skinny brown refillable cup, so it didn’t fit well under the dispenser, so I used a disposable cup and then poured it into my cup, but I pressed the refill button on the machine, not the large button. But why was she just watching me? I started walking away because no matter what I said, this arrogant and rude employee did not care. Once I got about 10 feet away from the group of employees I heard the rude lady say “I literally watched him” in a very snarky voice. I would have happily paid for a large Karuba beverage (since my cup is 20 oz.), but to be charged over $6 for a cup of gas station coffee was outrageous. I work in a fast food restaurant and I know how easy it is to be kind to customers, even if you don’t want to change what you did as an employee. But not only did she not try to make it right, but she was extremely rude and treated me like a child. She was larger and probably around 30 years of age. I visited around 11:10 PM on Tuesday 2/2. I don’t come to this Kwik Trip very often, maybe once or twice a month, but every time she is there she has seemed very unhappy and has never been kind to me or my girlfriend. Please speak with her about customer service, as I’ve heard other friends of mine also mention “the cranky lady” at the Buffalo Kwik Trip. Thank you!

Staff is always friendly. I didn't understand my gas coupon with my kwik card so the cashier helped and explained it. I figured out the gas discounts expire which I didn't realize I thought I could keep it and use it when I wanted but harsh reality, no. I think she felt just as bad for me and honored a small discount, some was far better than nothing! Thank you!

My niece went in for a cup of coffee early in the morning to fuel her morning paper route. Opted for the fancy cappuccino machine. Likely due to its complexity, there was a minor malfunction that produced a foul mixture. She brought it back in to make the staff aware of the issue so that it could be corrected. The staff person who took the lead became immediately hostile. She offered a refund, but would not consider a replacement...strange? When my niece offered to pay for another cup out of her own pocket, this seemed to enrage this hostile staff even more...stranger? She was told to "just go get it then!". When she returned to the front of the store with the fresh cup, she paused and again offered to pay for it. she was once again confronted by this angry employee and told, "JUST GET OUT!....GO!".Now this is either acceptable behavior from their employees, or she's being groomed as their new VP of "customer prevention", but this employee should probably find employment opportunities away from the public, or seek some serious anger management! But in either case, Holiday will gain new customers from this experience.

Way more inventory than the Monticello location, probably due to less traffic (not being on/near the interstate). Always courteous and speedy in service. Extremely easy access for diesel vehicles!

KWIK TRIP is a gas station/convenience store in Minnesota. They have a great coffee and beverage bar as well as many other food items to choose from. A clean and well maintained shopping experience.

I've always had a great experience with QuikTrip I don't know where they find their happy people but I really love their bananas so I go bananas for bananas oh well two from Wisconsin Minnesota they're always smiling and helpful

Made the mistake of going using the drive-through at a place that serves billions of people for my coffee today. Bad buzz, dry tongue etc. Serves me right for not getting my Kona at KT. Sorry KT, I'll be back tomorrow.

Kwik Trip #458 of Buffalo is a standard Minnesota Kwik Trip. It offers a 'no-fee' ATM, a deluxe car wash, fresh bakery items and competitively-priced petrol and groceries. It's location has become less relevant after local road projects were completed, and no longer has an advantage compared to other gas stations along Highway 55 and in town. Nonetheless, it continues to uphold it's tradition of cleanliness and good service.
