Great deals, nice layout and always have decent priced meats which is a must for home cooking. I like that their cub card qualifies as coupons on most sale items. Also their partnership with gas perks at the Holiday station, free gas for buying grocers...Yes Please!

The elderly lady with brown hair in the bakery is incredibly rude. I've never been met with such an attitude for a simple question about the products on the floor. I wish I could give zero stars. Rest of store was nice.

Great place for grocery shopping. They also now have a ups drop site inside, just have to have your label printed and attached to the box. They also sell lottery tickets and will do money orders up to $500 for 50 cents which is cheaper than most places around. Employees are nice, and the deli is pretty fresh. Only giving 4 stars because the checkout lines can get slow because they don't have self checkout, and they only have 2 lanes open at a time.

Cub has the best sale prices. All food is crazy expensive these days, but if you can plan around their sales..they have the biggest deals. I suggest getting the app so you can use your Cub Rewards (phone number at the register) and really access all the best sales. But even outside of sales, their prices are comparable to Wal-Mart and are definitely better than Coborns.I'm not a huge meat eater, but they have the widest variety of meat. And produce.I love that the elders of Buffalo gather for coffee and company during the day. It's adorable, so wholesome.I'm not the biggest fan of the app. But stores no longer use coupons that can be cut out. So once you get your info in the app and can use the Rewards, it's worth it.

While I don't shop here for groceries, I have and will always use their bakery for birthday cakes. Last year, they were very accommodating and took an order for me with only a few days notice as the original place that was to make a birthday cake and smash cake canceled last minute. I used them again this year and ordered online. I was called shortly after to be informed that the image wouldn't cover a whole sheet cake as it would a 1/4 sheet and shown online. That was perfectly okay with me and appreciated the call just in case! Their cake is my favorite and everyone at the parties loved it as well!

It's more expensive than other Cub Foods locations. That has only happened since there was a change of ownership for this franchise location. There are always tons of things out of stock and I've bought outdated dairy products more than once without realizing it. The only goods are the sales are decent and the produce is usually pretty good compared to Walmart or Target. If I need expensive groceries, I go to the new Coborns in town, where they have excellent bakery and meat selections.

They have made definite improvements to the deli, very nice to see the updates. The continuous improvements in customer relations is also very nice to see. This may not be as big as Wal-Mart but Cub is definitely giving them a run for there money.

For a moment there I thought I must be at Neiman Marcus. A HUGE shout out to Cory in the meat department who went above and beyond to ensure I had the perfect cut of tenderloin (trimmed and cut to perfection from a huge piece from out back), and the exact size of salmon filet, (also from out the back as what he had on display wasn't the right size). Such a treat to meet someone who is obviously enjoying his job and genuinely cares that he is providing the best in customer service. Thank you Cory and Cub in Buffalo.

Today I had the best batch of chicken, fried and grilled. None of it is left over. It was juicy, tender and crispy. I would have called the manager and told them but I don't feel like talking on the phone today so i figured this is the least I could do. Nice job, deli team of August 12, 2019.

This is a decent store. Good variety of food options. My only complaint is that no matter what time of the day, what day of the week I go, stockers are taking up multiple aisles, so it's quite an obstacle course to get my shopping done.

Do not bother with the new “Cub Employee Delivery” services. Placed an order at 1:30 for a 7 pm delivery, at 5:30 they cancelled the order with no text, no explanation, and can’t get a hold of anyone as their lines are all “busy”. Never had this issue with insta cart.

Favorite grocery store! Always enough check-outs open unlike its competition... Great selection, good meat & produce departments. Sales are great especially if you use the Cub card (with just your phone number now, which is much simpler).

Went in and bought 50$ of what I thought was Wright Co.pork producer's seasonings.Got home and this some lame Dixie land seasoning. I bought that seasoning for15 year's on the meat counter.Now I have this stuff.Bait and switch.Shame on you cub in Buffalo

awful . the deli girl, M was terrible. she slammed things around and treated us like we were doing her a terrible disservice. I asked if they were closing soon because I felt bad that they might be cleaning their sliders, but she said they closed a full half hour later. I guess the 500 bucks I spent in groceries the last 2 days mean nothing. all I asked for was 2 pounds of sliced cheese. I won't be back.

They almost never ask for your Cub card, then oftentimes I forget to give it to them, so I'm screwed out of points that I should have got. Then I cleaned out my wallet of all the cards That had phone numbers attached to them, and they could never locate my card via my phone number. So I was screwed out of more points. The biggest problem is nobody who works there even seem to care in the slightest. Then today Walmart was out of an ingredient I needed so I called Cub to ask if they had it in stock, they said there's really nobody who knows that is here right now. they refused to even go look. worst customer service ever! I will never set foot in that store again.

The grocery store is wonderful. Staff are ALWAYS helpful. The Pharmacy on the other hand seems to be full of inbred folks. Not once, twice or even a dozen, but EVERY trip to get my meds has been a NIGHTMARE. Save yourself the heartache and bring your scripts to Walgreens down 55.

The've always been a friendly place, with a small town feel.The last 2 visits to their Customer Service counter have been a serious disappointment... The week day staff is clearly irritated to have their small time chatter interrupted by a simple customer question.

Ever heard of Lemonade Stand? Cub in Buffalo gouges their customers by charging over market rate for many items. Haven't enjoyed shopping here in years because so often prices are just absurd.

yesterday i informed The manager on duty that their flag was needed to be retired it was very disrespectful to veterans in the country itself I went back there today and they had the flag changed as a veteran that was awesome they on took care of business did what was right I love cub foods buffalo Way to go guys

Expensive! Selection was typical, layout was typical, but prices were way off base. Visited 1-27-17 and some examples:Regular size bag of Doritos $4.298 pack of 20 oz Gatorade $6.49!Snicker bar $1.50One pack tic tac $1!12pk Coke cans $4!I should've gone to Walmart. Won't be back at Cub (probably ever) again.
