Clean establishment, large variety of cats, young and older. This is the second cat we've adopted from crossroads.The time it took to work on the paperwork and adopt our cat did take over an hour, so just plan accordingly.I liked being able to take my toddler into the large room with free roming cats that made it very easy to find a cat that had the right temperament for our family.Fair prices and friendly staff <3

This is legit thee best animal shelter on the planet!!! I adopted my cat London there 5 years ago && she’s the best cat in the whole world. When I adopted it didn’t require an appointment which I LOVED, you could just go in && check out the animals. I wish more places were like that these days (not sure if they still do that). Anyways great selection && they treat them very well here. I wish I could get my next pet here xoxo

They were kind, caring, and affordable. We had to put our sweet little girl asleep and they explained everything thoroughly on the procesure and what would happen. I recommend this facility...look them up for all your pet medical needs or if you would like to adopt one. This place deserves 10 stars.

Our new kitty recently got neutered, microchipped and vaccinated with the Crossroads Team. My kitty got home on surgery day and you’d never know anything even happened, The time delay pain meds helped him recover effortlessly. The entire staff were friendly and knowledgeable and scheduling was a breeze.Picture showing the handsome fella!

The staff were great & we are very happy with our new dog. Sadie is smart & eager for praise. We conquered food gobbling, reaching onto counter to snatch food, & her leash skills are fantastic. She’s the perfect addition to our family. Thanks for all you do for animals in need.

Bright and cheerful environment. Friendly staff; it's obvious that they care a lot for the animals and that they like what they do. I love the cat room - where you can go hang out with and get to know several cats that are up for adoption. Great place! Highly recommend.

We adopted a 4 yr old Retriever mix. The facility was great! It's a smaller facility (not like the cities) and very clean. The staff was so nice (and patient). They had individual meeting rooms (half walls) so you could spend time with your future fur baby. He found his forever home 💗

Adopted the cutest puppy i have ever seen !! His name was "Percy " at adoption, but we named him Waffle ...they take such good care of their animals here !! I will only adopt here for life !! Very well experience. Everything was smooth and staff friendly. The only issue is staff needs to know more about animals bc asked couple questions and they had ask other staff for answer. Clean and organized. And our new puppy Chloe is adjusting very well.

My family and I had the best experience at Crossroads! The facility is clean, the animals are definitely loved! The adoption process was smooth, the staff was amazing! Megan was so thorough and easy to reach out with questions! They went above and beyond- and our 2 new additions(kittens)are absolutely wonderful! The shelter was clean, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the animals all appear happy and healthy, and the manager was fabulous! We are bringing home our forever furry family member tomorrow. We are looking forward to being front and center on their wall of success in the near future! I just stopped to drop off some dog treats and cat food for the animals that are in the shelter for Christmas. The employee at the front desk was very polite and grateful for the donation. I have gotten both my cat and my dog from them and will go back when I'm ready for a new puppy. UPDATE: we went today 5/28/22 and adopted a sweet little pit bull puppy from them. It was a simple and quick procedure. This us the 3rd animal we've gotten from them and we will continue to go there in the future.

I found the cutest cat here! Her name is Maya she is black and fluffy hardly sheds which is perfect for me and my 2 kids! She gets along with my daughters guinea pig which is also great! If you are looking for pets I highly recommend cross roads! They also have the best people working there!

The owner of this place is extremely rude and cold. I adopted a dog from them and they said he had been there for months yet was extremely underweight. It took less than a month of him coming home with me and he was up to a healthy weight. They were starving him that whole time for him to be that under what two vets said his weight should be. His hip bones were clearly visible as were his ribs and he had zero appetite problems when I brought him home he was just very hungry.

Very nice, clean shelter. The people are extremely helpful and very nice. We were looking for a cat so only saw the cat side. The cats looked in good health and are in nice big cages or a community room. They spay or neuter all animals, deworm and give them vaccinations. We adopted a fur baby but wished we could have taken more home.

Do not adopt! Staff is not well trained(Kayla and Tanya) Donated a lot of new and gentle used dog items. We were asked if we wanted to adopt a dog that was not yet available until it was vet check and was just brought in the day before. We asked what was required to adopt and was told by Tanya was to answer 4 questions and to set a meet and greet. Was never told we had to fill out paperwork or pay for him. Gave them information to be called us as soon as we could adopt and then Foster family came in and wanted him. Returned today to see him again and that when we found out what happened. Because the staff messed up and the manager(Alisha) did nothing to correct the situation! We were told to leave and were not allowed to adopt!! They deserve a zero!!!!!!

Crossroads is a happy place as far as orphanage for pets goes. Well maintained. Large enclosures for those waiting for adoption with quality food. Petting booths to get aquatinted with the animals. Staff handles the ups and downs of the territory well.

Great staff with the animals best interest in mind. Noticed people get upset when they can't just go walking thru dog area, it is because it upsets the entire kennel, the dogs are already stressed, scared and confused, one dog starts barking and they all get going which can add to the confusion.......plus strangers and kids walking through also makes for a stressful environment. I love they won't stress the animals out . I just hope people go in with understanding , it's not a petting zoo.We adopted a cat and appreciate the cat was in a loving , clean, and well cared for enviorment.
