I love this Coborn’s. They almost always have what we are looking for, the location is convenient, and it is well kept. That said, can you please train the staff responsible for monitoring self-checkouts that they do not need to be in your personal space in order to do so? I get that stopping theft is important but I have now been there multiple times where the staff person may as well have been in my cart. Other stores are able to monitor self-service without being so rude.

I shop at this store and people are very nice! Always willing to help. I had ordered flowers from the shop and the ladies went out of there way to make sure they we're fresh for my sisters Celebration of Life. A kindness act came a day after from the Manager which put me in tears. When, times are tough there is good people out there. Thanks Coborn's Management

My family moved into the area earlier this year. We liked this grocery store although it is quite pricey. I came here 12/24 to grab a few cans of meat and right as in I walked in I spotted some overprice flowers. I figured I’ll buy two bunches since it’s so thin. As I was choosing flowers not even one minute in to the store an older man- I’m assuming the the owner loudly announced the store will be closing. I decided to quickly grab my flowers and get the cans before they close. As I rolled my cart around- he comes by me again to tell me they are closing. I tell him I heard him the first time. I wakes around the aisles looking for the canned meats. When I rolled my cart around to pay he AGAIN came to me said he needs to go home so if i need anything he can help me find. I was so annoyed I couldn’t take it anymore. Never have I been so rudely talked to in a store as soon as I came in and second constantly roaming around me while I shop. I’ve been in customer service and when a customer comes in we respectfully let them shop until they are done. I will never come here again. I felt disrespected and disgusted as I left with the way I was treated. Definitely disappointed.

Went to Coborns buffalo at 5.30pm monday march 22. I saw a sign at the front entrance that said "get $5 when you buy 5 items with your rewards card". I was only going to get 4 items but when i saw the sign i bought 10 items assuming that i would get $5 off my total. Found out that it was for specific items. So the sign lied and the store did false advertising for walk ins that did not look at the ad. They said they would change the sign.

Good prices, clean store. Only prefer Cub for Gluten free since they put all of it in its own section instead of with everything else.

Two departments are well above average, meats and pharmacy. Other than that, the selection is sparse. If I really need to shop, I go to Cub.

An older gentleman who works in the meat department recently referred me to the pulled pork and some BBQ sauce (old west). He was so hospitable and sold me on both so I brought them home. I ate some of the smoked pork with the barbecue sauce which was delicious and froze the rest of the pork that I didn't use up. I then had a plain pork tenderloin that I grilled and basted with that same barbecue sauce he suggested... My oh my delicious!! I'm a chef and I usually cook my sauces from scratch. This sauce is amazing!! I wish I caught the gentleman's name but I did not unfortunately. But great suggestion on both ends!! Did not disappoint!!

I love this store. It is clean, neat, shelves are always stocked. If you can't find something they walk you right to it. So helpful.They have great in house managers specials on meat that is super reasonable.It is usually on the end caps, check it put. Also a beautiful Flower and gift department. Lisa that works in that department is very helpful.Also love that I can get gas, stamps, dry cleaning, mail drop there to.One stop shop, love it. Check it out!

Markeen in the bakery is awesome! I came in last minute and asked if she could make a cake and cupcakes on short notice.( Bad planning on my part). She was able to accommodate my request and even had it done sooner than asked. And the cupcakes looked fabulous . Thank you Markeen!

This grocery store is awesome. They have the best cuts of meat in town for a large department grocery. They also have a nice and clean layout design that allows you to shop more efficiently. I also like that caribou coffee is inside as well a drive thru. Gas station is also in the parking lot which can be very convenient when needed. Some things here are higher priced than other places around, but for fresh meat and produce this is the store to go to.

I love this store! All of the staff are so friendly and the level of service is unmatched anywhere else in town. The store is beautiful and has a great variety of product with a fabulous meat dept. That said... the bakery dept needs work. Another store that I frequent when I'm in the city is Hy-Vee and bakery is exceptional! A variety of fresh-baked artesian breads, lots of beautiful cookies, cakes & so much more.

Cheapest gas in the 5 county area. Usually $.50 cheaper, and once $.90 cheaper per gallon than what I pay in Plymouth. The Store is great too - clean, huge selection, and really friendly staff - at least all the ones I interacted with. Would have given 5 stars but their prices were a little high.

Beautiful store, nice flower and gift selection and display at entrance. Great bakery and deli. Some items are not carried that we use so have to shop elsewhere as well. Pharmacy is very helpful, knowledgeable, professional yet friendly.

Wow this store is big. It was very clean and all the staff were very friendly. The pharmacy went out of their way to assist us and fit us in to their schedule. I LOVE that caribou is in there as well and being able to drink something so good while you shop is awesome. I would recommend this store as the place to shop in buffalo!

I ordered for the first time for pick up due to the fact my daughter is sick and didn't want to bring her around the store! LORI was the lady that brought our groceries out and I felt bad because I'm not used to have people doing things for me!!! She was so kind and sweet and definitely made my experience a 5 star. Good job for having an amazing employee whose personality and efficiency made everything so great!!

Leaving this review because of people having to deal with the store director, an this is from multiple people even people that have worked in the building, she’s really rude an does not problem solve what so ever. Really sad to hear this because it looks like an amazing store and has some amazing and helpful staff, but the store director isn’t very amazing an doesn’t want to listen to the people that work under her just thought I’d leave an honest review had no other problems with the store but will not shop there any longer because of her!!! Not professional what so ever!

This is a great coborns, very clean and great customer service. I was impressed. The one thing that was a little unexpected, and slightly disconcerting (to my old soul self) was the robot worker (I think it was a cleaning robot maybe?) But I think that's the way of the future.
