Everytime I go I order extra marshmallows and say please charge me extra I want the drink how I ordered it which would be extra marshmallows and unfortunately I don’t know if they don’t care or what the problem is here but they can’t seem to do that it’s a simple order but when I’m spending $11 on a drink, I would like it the way that I ordered it. and honestly, it’s like I get less marshmallows because I ordered extra like that’s not even a scoop

Went to get my favorite everything bagel and decided to get one of my favorites, the chocolate croissant. Went to eat the croissant at home and it was hard as a rock!! What is with that? That has never happened to me before. The bagel was fine. The croissant cost me almost $4 and I am upset. Never again will I order anything else but my bagel. Why would they even give that hard thing out at drive-up? Guess they couldn't do it for someone eating in or they would have heard about it right away. There was no phone number to call them and no email address to complain or I would have done it right away. This is NOT acceptable!

I used to love the breakfast sandwiches here. However, the past few times I have received the absolute worst sandwiches ever. Soggy bread, still cold in the middle, meat all discolored. Such a disappointment and a waste of money. Not sure why they switched to these premade frozen things, but it was a bad move.

Takes a lot for me to complain, but this was ridiculous . I told the girls this is not the way it supposed to look. They disagreed.. Please start charging for half cups of nitro if your going to make pours like this. I also would like my dollar and change tip back. Thanks for ruining my day caribou .

This place is consistently delicious every time! The bagels are absolutely to die for, and the coffee never disappoints! Never had a bad experience with any employees there either! They have always been extremely nice and helpful! Keep going above and beyond, you guys are ROCKING it! You got my business for a long time!

I don't know how this Caribou has a rating higher than 3 stars. They are so slow. This morning's elapsed time from placing order to actual receipt of a medium coffee and large iced tea: 9 minutes. This after waiting in line for five minutes just to order.

Ordered a kids hot chocolate for my child today and it burned his mouth. I took a sip and it burned mine as well. A kids got chocolate is supposed to be wayyy cooler than an adult drink. Then they tried to give the same one back with ice cubes. I don’t want a watered down hot chocolate. Do better. You could’ve seriously hurt my kid for not making the drink correct.-Sincerely,Past caribou employee

Dark roast coffee and bagles are fresh and flavorful to my taste buds. Enjoy the interior seating but don't look down. You will realize your walking on trash. They could use training on how to pick up after dirty customers. Better yet, customers should learn how to clean up after themselves.

Very busy but still very quick. With a line out the door and a drive through line spilling out onto the street, we still got our stuff within 5 minutes of ordering which is extremely impressive, especially considering the wonderful qualityFood and beverage was delicious, probably some of the best I've ever had from these companiesThe building was clean and well stocked and niceWorkers were friendly10/10 would recommend

Stood at counter for a long time. Nobody even acknowledged me because they were focused on drive through. Finally guy comes from back with his gloves on for cooking. Handled the register with same gloves, then went back to food with the same gloves. Common sense to take the gloves off at register. People do not understand food safety. Drink was good. Girls working were not friendly. Bathroom completely out of papertowels and toliet paper. Poor management.

We got there 2 minutes to close last night. I know I know don't be that guy that makes them work and stay late because it the end of their shift. But we were just going to order 1 cup of coffee and go. A three minute process and then you get a tip.But instead of us getting our coffee or being polite to us. The person behind the counter lied to my face. She said it's already past closing. She and I both look at the clock and she said "see I told you".I'm fine with not getting coffee because it's so close to closing but the attitude I could go without. Especially since I didn't get any coffee.

They must have been fully staffed today because the drive thru went fairly quickly, as they were busy when I got there. They got my order right. I was greeted by a smiley friendly face when I got to drive up and paid for my order. I hope it's like this more often. Kudos to them.

Complete waste of time and money! Spent 15 min waiting in line when all I wanted to do was skip the line and go inside (why you can't go in the restaurant is beyond me!) After finally getting our order it was terrible. The bagels were terrible and the coffee just as bad. I was extremely disappointed because I love Caribou and an Einstein bagel just makes it that much better. This trip was a complete waste of time and $20. Makes me definitely think twice about Caribou.

It is an easy place to get to off 55. Never have had a long wait. Not any longer than say McDonald's. I always go in instead of drive up . I fine this better for one on one when placing an order. Always a clean restroom for ladies. And yes it is busy I have been in mornings and afternoons. Weekdays and weekends staff is always professional and friendly. It's the customers that are inpatient. Glad that Carbiou coffee is in Buffalo.

Poor service. Wife & I went in for lunch because she was craving their salmon sandwich. Cashier said they might be out of salmon, and left the register to double check. Upon returning, the cashier told us it was available.We order our lunches and sit down to wait.They bring out my sandwich only, and tell my wife that they were out of salmon.They delivered half the order, failing to informus until after the fact.So we ended up with one hot and one cold lunch.Inexcusable.

Well i gave them a second chance to make my drinks right, i was there a few weeks ago and my drinks were terrible. Now they did replace them but the new ones weren't good. The coffee was really bitter and the vanilla white mocha was not right. I feel terrible about this review because i absolutely love caribou!!
