I went to this liquor store bought a hard mountain due and went to pay and the lady told me very rudely told me that I needed to have more than 5 dollars to use your Debit and I told her I didn’t have cash and she rudely told me just to use my card. I know you have a policy for your cards but she shouldn’t be rude to her customers that are buying products from her store!!! Very rude not going back!!!

Huge selection, I can't think of something they wouldn't have.I picked up some dealcoholized wine for a recipe I was making, and amazingly, had to decide between a couple of choices. Never saw more than 2 anywhere else.

Decent prices especially when it's discount wine time. Only weird thing is that is city run, so times can be funky, especially with the location in the downtown area.

So excited on their selection of IPAs including a gluten free option. Thrilled to find the WI Sprecher beer here...Brings back lots of great memories. Good selection of Savignon Blanc's. Would love to know if you can order Seeker Sav Blanc?Bought the Campari and red vermouth to make a Negroni. So excited to enjoy that Italian aperitif at home.Great helpful staff. Boxed us up just right!

I'm telling you, this place is always got the best music on. When you walk into the store you can't help but start to bee-bop around while you shop. I've caught myself singing along more than once. The staff is awesome and they are very helpful and genuine.

Employees are always polite and very helpful. Store is always clean and well stocked. This is the only liquor store I go to unless they're closed then I go to the one in downtown buffalo.

Super helpful and kind employees. Manager gave me a lot of help finding the right Brut for mimosas and gave me a great deal. Another man carried the case to the car for me. Couldn’t be happier with the service!

Stopped in here for the first time yesterday. Staff was friendly but they had a very small section of non-domestic beer to choose from. I need some more options so I will have to try somewhere else.

Buffalo Wine and Spirits is the local municipal liquor store. Due to city regulations on alcohol sales, it is the only known location to purchase large quantities of liquor. It offers a great selection of beer, spirits and wine, is competitively-priced, is consistently well-stocked, and the profit is used for improving the city.
