Many items that have been there for years, some prices outrageous. The worst thing they do is writing directly on the items!!! Why ruin it????? Stickers and tags surely don't cost that much... thrift stores are getting greedy and out of control. Should be a rule of thumb that when things are priced decently they would flip through things more often, resulting in making more money...

Prices are outrageous. Asked why items are priced so high and was told they look them up on ebay for price comparison. Well guess what! Your not ebay! The purpose of a thrift store is to be thrifty. If I wanted to pay full price I'd go to ebay. Only time I will shop there is on 50% off days.

The staff is not nice, the older guy working acted as if he was angry to be there. We did not feel welcomed. Seems like they dont want or appreciate donations when asked about them. They also ruin a lot of things by writing directly on the object! The same items have been on the shelves for years now, mainly because they are way overpriced. Total disappointment being the only thrift store in Breckenridge

I have seen a bunch of reviews about the rude employees however the woman who was working when I went in was super kind! They have a large selection of reasonably priced items! They even offer a 25% discount to college students! Definitely recommend!

Very friendly staff. Great prices and quality items. Lots and lots and lots of anything and everything. Daily sales and very clean establishment. Pleasant shopping atmosphere. Definitely recommend!

This thrift store is so much fun. They have an amazing amount of stuff here. You could easily spend a whole day looking. The amount of stuff sometimes makes it hard to look thru, but it's definitely worth it.Every day they have different items at 50% off. Sometimes it's storewide! Great place.

over all, there are pretty decent prices. it's always kept clean and organized. the staff is friendly and polite except for Mark. he has been rude or disrespectful on many occasions. i've confronted him about it but he still seems to simply not like or is suspicious of me and my mother, who have been regular costumers for years. i love thrifting but feeling anxious because of him kind of ruins the experience of spending our time and money here....

I don't live very close to this store, but my daughter does. In years past she often told me to shop there and recommended it to me. When I do shop there, I appreciate the precautions they take against covid-19 . But the last two times that I have been there I have dealt with rudeness, total lack of respect, and the gentleman that I asked a question, named Mark, was unbelievably brusk. I felt like I was not wanted there. The women who were working there acted as though they were afraid to let him see them be nice to me.

I love Thrifty Horizons. The store is always clean, well organized and full of friendly staffers. The merchandise does a quick turn over so you never know what you will find each visit. The prices are good and normally lower than other thrift stores in the area and that is great for those of us on a strict budget. It is a rare day when I walk out of the store empty handed.

We were in the Breckenridge thrift store today, we heard a man yelling at a customer who had left him a bad Google review rating. wow!It was scary. It was loud. It was disturbing. I heard others in line agreeing with her as she left. What's going on in there?

Today Mark (rudest employee ever) decided to take it upon himself to ask my mother into the back room so he could berate her over a bad google review she had left about him many months ago. She is a long time and a very regular customer who was asked to leave the store over her review??????!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. It's a store not his personal space.

Its a great place with reasonable prices, just wish they were open on weekends and evenings for those that work 9-5 jobs... They dont get to shop there... Also i have family that come from out of town to visit but they can only come on weekends so they dont ever get to shop there because they're closed... Other than that... Its a pretty nice second hand store... 😊😊😊👍👍

Overall a good thrift store. Some items are very well sorted and displayed, others, well - no worse than a garage sale. Prices are about what you expect from a thrift store and there seems to be a sale on something all the time. I need to make it a point to go in more often.

It was the best service ive had there. Usually they are really rude and short with you. Especially if you come in 30 min before they close. This lady was soo much nicer

I have been to several thrift stores in many different places and a lot larger towns for some reason this store has the best variety and good merchandise and the profit goes to help disabled people.

Cashier not so friendly. Didn't wrap up my glass items up very good. Bought four items and two broke. So it was a waste of spending money on items I bought.
