Excellent customer service which is so hard to find these days. Adam Carlson, the Service Manager, is definetly one of a kind. Took the extra step to try and help us with a problem that Walker Tracker didn't want to deal with. Made us feel like we were important and our need was important. If you need a boat and want excellent follow-up service, I highly suggest you give Brainard Tracker a call!

Our tail light on our trailer went out. They replaced the light; however, they did not attach the side refector corectly and it fell off. We called and they wanted to charge us for a whole new light AND labor. Asked to speak to a manager and he wouldn't even speak to my husband. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Never againShame on them!!

Worst place ever to buy from deal with or have work done at . Disgusted and completely annoyed . Have spent over 30k on machine with all the bells and whistles plus warranties and have used it less than 100hrs in the last two years because of malfunctions that keep happening that shouldn't on machine this new. Than trying to get it taken care of or fixed is even more of a headache and everytime I get it back parts are missing or other things are broke and no one takes responsibility they just wanna point fingers and place blame . I strongly suggest not doing any business with these people . Worst experience ever and will never think of doing any further business with them

I have used this location on two occasions in the last two years and found the staff exceptionally, not only friendly and engaged, but amazingly knowledgeable about not only boats, but the electronics used by fisherman. I had some very technical problems with marine electronics and the staff troubleshot the issues, demonstrating deep knowledge of the interaction between the electronics and my smart trolling motor system and, with a on time appointment, fixed the system (found issue with wiring) in a few hours. Very impressed!!This is a follow up from my earlier post. I had a ignition switch failure on my Tracker and called Tracker again. They informed me that the ignition switch harness was backordered and may take some time to get in. However, they suggested that I bring the boat in or remove the switch (told me how) and they would rewire a new switch on to the existing harness. I removed the faulty switch using their instructions and amazingly they were able to rewire the new switch onto my harness in about 10 minutes! This only got me back on the water, but saved me a substantial amount of money! I continue to be very impress by the staff! Would highly recommend!

After trying to get help elsewhere on a holiday weekend, Tracker's service department happily replaced our boat's battery and even helped us test that the boat would start afterwards so that would have a better day on the lake tomorrow.
