I had my 10 month old yorkie/ maltese mixed Luna groomed yesterday. They did a wonderful job. I keep Lunas eyes trimmed but She needed a good trim. She looks wonderful and they knew what they were doing. My Fur baby is happy to bc she knows she looks good.

We LOVE Pampered Pets!! The staff there are the best and seem to genuinely love what they do. It's such a blessing to know Winnie's getting lots of love and care when she's here. Best part, she's not just in a kennel all day...the dogs get to socialize, run around and she's always super tired when she gets home. It makes my heart so happy!

They did a wonderful job on my two pups. They were scruffy and in need of a good cut and they by far exceeded my expectations.Both Sydnee and Cooper seem very proud of their new looks!I will definitely bring them back.Very friendly and asked what I was looking for and were very gentle with the pups they were grooming when I arrived

Con first: Judging by the pictures I received it looks like my dog enjoyed her experience, but she was there for 4 days and we received pictures in just one day. Would’ve liked to have had more pictures or a camera to check in on to see if she was enjoying herself.Pro: a lot of add on options to make my girl feel as comfortable as possible.

Had an emergency with my son's health, had to make a last minute trip to East coast. They held a spot for my 3 furbaby loves until I secured flight and knew dates. I felt very comfortable leaving my babies after seeing the love they gave them when we got there, including prayers for my son! Would recommend them highly!

Made an appointment for 2 dogs a week in advance. Drove an hour to get there and was informed we were not on the books. Not happy. Did not have time to wait in town so they could "fit them in" when appointment was booked in advance.

We have the calmest dog ever. Easy to give a bath, clip nail, and give a hair cut. He is a 40 pound I would say medium size dog he back is to about my knee. We were charged $75!!! For just a hair cut and nail trim, no bath. We want to give them a chance because they did such a great job grooming him last time. But at that price I'll do it my self. The place we use to bring him to did cut, trim, and bath while getting a ton of love for $40-45.I did a 3 star original the owner called me back and explained to me why we were charged $75 and apologized for the error not be caught in the computer. He also offered me a nice Gesture. It is an awesome place and super convenient.

I LOVE having my dog there, they take SUCH good care of Rocco! He gets so excited for daycare he cries with excitement and a wagging tail! I feel comfortable with leaving him there knowing he will be treated like family!

I brought my dog Abby in and they did a huge make over on her! I brought her in all fur balled up- shedding her undercoat really bad. Pampered pets gave her a bath where she smelt great brushed all her under coat out, clipped her nails and the fur on her paws and cleaned her ears. What service!! She looked 10 years younger afterwards!! Thank you so much pampered pets- she looked great even a month later!! I will recommend you all the time!

They where very friendly and professional. And no stress on my little buddha butt ( ferret ) when he got his nail trimmed. Even gave me tips on how to bath him at home and trim his nails at home as well. Not expensive as some places I've called.

I am staying in hotel while I travel back and forth from metro for work, black lab Inga staying with me. Coworkers suggested PP to me, I wasn’t looking to spend big $ for a dog sitter. Their prices surprised me, based on what a dog walker in Twin Cities costs. She absolutely loves daycare. Staff is wonderful. If these folks can tires out a 19 month old lab, they are miracle workers. Could not give a higher recommendation. 👍👍👍👍👍👍 and two paws 🐾 up from Inga

Used the self doggy wash....my Newfoundland is now clean but it took $40 to do it. Washer needs to have more pressure and water wasn't killer cold but definitely could have been warmer and it would have been more enjoyable and done the job better.

the water was a little cold and the drier was cold air also. Also people are dirty and don't clean up after themselves. respect that you have a place to wash your animal

Very good experience. Ruby is very skittish around clippers and that was handled with ease. Ruby looked like a brand new dog afterwards. Beautiful.
